Decided that it would be fun to ride my bike back from Takaka to Nelson after a week of holidays in Cable Bay and indeed it was, esp the climb and descent of Takaka Hill! Picked up a few caches along the way, all simple grabs to not take too much time. All logged with photos to take even less time. Thanks to the CO's for the fun pickups along the way!
At last found this naughty boy. Log full so added another one. Thanks for the cache

Trouvée Logbook is full Tftc. The freedom campsite is an amazing place to stay !
Took longer than it should have there are quite a few nooks and crannies to search.
On a little run killing time after a judo competition. Much better use of time finding a cache or two! Tftc
Bike ride from Kaiteriteri. Now to hopefully pick up some caches on way back. Thanks to the last find for a good hint. TFTC B&W
Searching around for a while only to realise it was right under my nose. Tftc!
There were lots of places to look. I eventually found it in a place that I didn't search. TFTC.
A straightforward find. Was quite out in the open, tried to cover it up a bit better. Thanks for placing the cache
Sad to read how people don’t look after areas so that others can enjoy them. TFTC bumandworker.
I came to the area to look for a cache that was released to celebreat the Get Outdoors week - not a Geocache listed cache though. But after finding it and the codeword inside, I walked over here for a quick find. Grass was still a bit wet but cache was good. Signed, replaced and put more cover on top.

A little bit of searching in a dark with a headlight here, but finally found it. The cache is in a good condition. Found it with Lukas_Garden. Thanks.

We are down in the Nelson/Motueka area for the weekend and a family gathering. Managing to find some caches along the way. Overall we found caching quite challenging in the area as it turned out with a larger number of DNF's than we are used to. However this one was a lovely surprise to find it. We left some pathtags too in caches where possible. Nice pretty spot. Took ages to find this one, it was really buried deep under leaf litter. SL. TFTC.
A weekend in Nelson and checking out the surrounding areas.Stopped here to check out the salt pool and dip our feet in the sea.A short stroll and managed to find this one without any troubles.Good job one of us is small and managed to fit into the gap.
Bit overcast today so headed into Motueka to clear up some of the caches we missed or new ones placed since we were last here, 8 years ago.

After we did not find it 6 years ago we came back today to make a 2nd attempt. We failed again. What a bad luck.

Perfect day here. Kids party at the park(yes I played the weird guy in the bushes!), as well as usual load of vanpers grabbing their spot for tonight!
Easy find. Returned right way up and added some cover as had none.
Thanks

Just had a great walk around Link Park now back to Toby and moving on. Replaced skanky wet log here with Temp RITR log. Cheers
Its Labour Weekend so Zara, Toby and I are off to explore Tasman for a few days. Left Blenheim early this morning, parking Zara up in Motueka for the next couple of days, while Toby and I go exploring.

Some muggle forklift operators over the road, but I managed to be discrete.
Wet log, managed to write on it; have emailed the C.O.

Getting the last few caches now, this was one. Soon spotted the container peeking out, too wet to sign I think, no spare logs left - sorry. Hid better with a rock on top. T F T C b&w
A Saturday at our disposal and Autumn marching rapidly towards the cold of Winter meant I weighed up my weekend intentions, especially as I was to be working all day (and night) on Sunday. Although I've already traversed the Motueka river highway twice in the last 3 weeks, I decided that a repeat of my recent caching run would be in order, with mrs capperz along for a ride too. The leaf colour, air clarity and general scenery was awesome, yet again, and we had a great day out of over 400kms travelled (local??). Double figure cache finds and a few TBs swapped out to bring back over the hill. We headed out to Motueka viaTapawera and back via Whangamoas.

Today, D4nielB and me decided to explre Motueka, just wandering around and maybe look for some caches on our way.
It took us some minutes to find this one but finally we were successful and could sign the logbook.
Greetings from Hamburg, Germany.

Since it's relax day for Jul1ane and me, we decided to do some shopping and then explore Motueka a bit, of course not without exploring some caches as well.
After a bit of searching (and making sure the muggle in the car parked nearby wasn't watching) we found and signed the log.

One of my favourite trees. In flower too. Gorgeous day. Thanks to all cache owners for taking the time to place and maintain your caches. Team Broadbent (signed TB on micros). Find # 1929
Straight forward found. Thanks for this cache and bringing us to this wharf / camping place.
One of the most rewarding finds of the evening. I looked in several different places but was determined not to have another DNF, and it wasn't before long that I had the cache in hand. 14 for 16 on the day/evening
