Take the dog along this bridge often. Never realised there was a sneaky cache this entire time! Great find! TFTC gg
A quick stop here today, cache found and is all good On a week long trip to Melbourne for work and to watch the AFL prelim at the MCG, I decided to drive over and make a bit if a caching trip out of it as well. Stopping to find the odd cache here and there along the way. Thanks for the cache
This was a DNF 3 years ago, but with 3 more years experience, a quick find today. Thanks.
It took a while mainly because I was startled by a lady and her dog which went ape at me. Thanks
Out for a walk, one park, 2 LGAs! How good is that - and the view is fantastic. Thanks for the fun
Just on the area doing a few caches before my flight to Brisbane tonight. As I began to retrieve the cache all I was think was just dont drop its which I didnt. Log signed and onto the next before dinner and my flight. TFTC
*Valentine's Bike Adventure #16*Find #12.Don't know why, but I like it. Have a fave. Thanks heaps for the cache!
Signed TRC. This was one of the first caches I attempted (and failed) to find. Im glad to have finally made the smilie
Tried searching for this with my phone reading a few past logs. I knew my arms wouldn't reach without some gymnastics... Scanning with my phone didn't work. Fear of dropping my phone into the river high...searching from the sides didn't work, so l called time after 5-10 minutes.
What a great sight here, a highlight of the trip. Didn't exactly get to see the train up close but from a distance, still an impressive sight.
Nearly impossible to get since I'm short I couldn't reach it at all my freind had to get it for me!
Call cash I found it awhile ago but forgot to log it online. It’s all it’s logged in the book
SPOILER ALERT***If you’re tall enough you can lean over and see it, but if you’re short like me, reaching one arm over and feeling around is not gonna cut it.. it’s tucked away in its little nook. I went to the car and got a makeup compact with a mirror- it helped

*Cache find # 14750.*
I was needing a multi cache find so I headed over to the one nearby but decided to give this one ago first, it did take a while to find the right spot as it wasn't as obvious as I thought it might be, eventually found and log signed.
**Thanks to Alsume for placing this cache.**

Finally found it with the help of hubby and looking at past finder's photos. Yes, the navigation location is correct
This one was fun! Thank you Alsume for placing and maintaining Train Whistle Blowin' for us to find today.
Find # 1452.

Awesome cache got sidetracked by all the photos but they were very helpful!
With earthcache souvenir day one of my main geocaching priorities of the year I was compelled to head out northwards to look for a 'nearby' EC.
I've cached along the Moonee Ponds Creek but this is the furtherest north I've been. After dealing with some BBQs and onions en-route I made tracks to GZ. Some light occasional drizzle fell but no wind was a'blowin' today, and the only whistling was several dog owners in the nearby slopes trying to get their hounds to listen.
Despite the good coords, the likely hide for the area, and the generous hint - it still took a lot longer to find the cache than expected. With no initial luck, I decided to look much wider and ignored the hint, even searching under the bridge at one stage. Disappointed I returned to the starting block and reverted to basics. And bingo! I'm sure I had checked *there* in my initial search !
I skipped back to my car with some Bob Dylan tunes playing in my head. Something about "the times they are a-changing, and "answers... blowin' in the wind".
"Yes, and how many years must a mountain exist
Before it is washed to the sea?"
- I was at the earthcache, Bob. I know what happens to mountains when water flows like this... the recent high levels in the creek are clearly visible by the leaning vegetation and high-water mark.
"Yes, and how many times can a man turn his head
And pretend that he just doesn't see?"
- Yeah, I had to dodge some walkers and cyclists muggles while searching on the bridge. It ain't easy dodging muggles, Bob!
"The answer, my friend, is blowin' in the wind
The answer is blowin' in the wind"
- Rub it in, Bob - hindsight is 20-20, isn't it ?!
Thanks, Alsume.

Checked today and the cache is still in position. Given the number of DNFs I have changed the difficulty rating to 2 and adjusted the hint, although I note that nearly all of the DNFs have less than 25 finds to their credit - so it may be just a run of inexperienced cachers not thinking it through.

Have no idea what it would look like, plus this was my first time and I have no clue what to do
A day of scooter caching with spiffy-, continuing along the trail where we left off a few weeks ago.
I had a dnf here previously, so returned today with previous finder spiffy- who helped with the retrieval.
Thanks for bringing us here today by placing this cache, Alsume

Day trip to Melbourne for an airport pickup, so decided to nab a few new shires. Including here. Last stop before heading in to the airport and a pretty cool spot.
Thanks Alsume for entertaining me at this location.

Couldn't see it and was on the way of people passing on the bridge. Not sure what the hint eclipse was referring to.
No luck, we loo under the bridge and felt the back and front of the rim but all we got was a lot of spider webs!
No luck, we looked under the rim and corner back to front but all we got was spider webs, a lot of them!
Finally found it.. Definitely not kid friendly and 1.5 difficulty is a little misleading, but a great hide.. TFTC
TFTC - found the previous logs helpful. Agree with the stretching. Collected a few spiderwebs during the process.
I felt, I looked, I even took photos in the difficult to look at spots, but it was not to be.
The ladies in front of us found it for us, we didn’t wanna risk the spider webs
Didn't need long arms, but did need steady hands for fear of dropping! Met some other cachers for the first time!
No trains but the wind carried take off roar of planes to be heard. Pic from some distance from GZ.
