I found this one on the ground after searching the obvious place. Placed it back up off the ground. TFTC # 13,656
some recent chainsaw droppings below the tree led me to believe the cache was found by a non cacher and removed I replaced the cache please delete if not desirable and I will pick up the cache next time. when I'm out this way
Nice one glad ford dry.
Day 2 of my mini roadtrip travelling around Timaru on way to Christchurch. Also only a couple of days left to complete my 2016 new years resolution - reach 2000 by the end of the year (fell 35 short but I didn't just go for park and grabs).
Had my muggle friend who comes caching with me along for today as she now lives in Timaru area and through hunting for this and few other caches she's seen more of her new town over the last 24hrs.
Thank you for this cache. All in good condition.

No water to contend with today. Glad we had the tallest Gruffalo with us! Log was saturated, we left a replacement sheet of paper but suspect it too will be pretty damp before long.
Stayed at a campsite nearby. Found this cache on our way to Dunedin. Nice view. TFTC! Greetings from Denmark!
We headed down to this part of the world for Queens Birthday, finding a few caches as we went

Every day we are traveling around is same but also different. Today we had again the pleasure to visit some very beautiful spots and were also able to find nearly placed geocaches. I thank every single owner for placing it and giving us with doing this an other good reason to come here.
Mallorcatommy and I were on our journey through the southern island of New Zealand. With the help of geocaches we came to so many beautiful places, saw breath-taking landscapes and had, all in all a very wonderful journey! Thank you to all owners for placing all those nice geocaches!
quick grab , the river was too high to cross the ford today, log book was soggy could do with replacing tftc
This was a difficult retrieve today due to wind damage (recent? hard to tell) and 'stature' limitations but find it we did. TFTC.
Was not where the hint said. Looked all over and then another look had me standing on it and Justanurse seen that. Was about to give up too. Replaced to where hint says.
That took some hunting, was about to give up when I saw something under theroamingreliever's foot. Placed back where hint suggested tftc

Thanks for the cach. Don't think it is quite where it should be, but still find with out to much trouble.
Easy find, a bit too easy. It was sitiing on the ground in full view so put back where we found it but with a rock on top so that it cannot blow away. May need replacing in spot corresponding with clue.
Took a bit of work to get to with out getting wet! (Didn't want to take the car in) TFTC
Chickened out on both fords in the mighty Caldina. Came around from the other side and the cache was quickly had. Thanks for helping me realise my limits!.
I come to this area quite often for work (checking the well in the clearing) so it was nice to combine my lunch break with a quick cache finding mission!
Loved the chance to wash some of the backroad dust off the 4x4 cachemobile as I negotiated the 2 fords in from Colliers Rd to get to this cache. The first ford was knee-deep and the second was slightly shallower but through a stream that had a soft gravel bottom. Enjoyed the drive back out through both of them too. Definitely not suitable for 2WD's.
The ford was a bit of a mission today, but managed to drive to the cache. Quick and easy find, TFTC.
3556. A quick grab and find as we were passing. We had a good view of the cliffs as drove to the cache.
Thanks

The cliffs are really blue, my father works down this way, so was nice to see the area. spotted the cache from the road, so hid better this time. TFTC
Thr ford dint present any problems, neither did the cache. We saw it from the road.
It is a bit better hidden now.
Cheers and thanks,

5548 Nice views of the Blue Cliffs... didn’t need to negotiate any water at the ford, TFTC
Took a trip from Canada to New Zealand to visit my brother and nephew over Christmas. Did some caching and was taken to some pretty amazing places. Thanks for the cache!
A quick easy find in totally dry conditions. Very thick new gravel on the road, so we wouldn't have risked the ford if there was any water. TFTC
An easy find being a drive and park day. Weather looked a bit theatening further up the valley but good a nd dusty at GZ. TFTC
FTF Certainly entertaing getting to it from the wrong side ( of course ). Followed the river crossings to the main road and found this was one of the better ones!
Thanks
