It appears that your geocache has been under the weather for a while now. Geocaches that need repair or maintenance should generally be taken care of within a few weeks. I visited with the administrator for Old Town. She knew about the cache, but nothing about caching. I gave her the web address and told her who on her staff had arranged for the initial placing. She had noticed the container in an office, but not understanding had done nothing. I told her there were several options--Taking care of it--Archieving it--or allowing me to adopt it. I told her that several cachers were unhappy over the apparent lack of interest since noone had been on the website since shortly after it had been placed. They had been putting swag in it and did not know to watch the website and read the logs posted.
I think this needs to be archived, but in fairness to the (absent) owner, let's start with a maintenance request.
I think the CO are the people who run Old Town. They put it out with the instruction of a cacher. I was FTF and had trouble since they had not put it out before it got published. I went in and talked with the staff and they told me to come back in 10 min which I did and found it. I will try to visit with them and maybe adopt it as it is a neat location. This is another reason why I feel that placements should only be allowed after a minimum of finds.
Left no stone unturned hunting for this. Found some costume jewelry beads nearby but that was it.
Looked for 15 min or more

Did a brief search where we thought it should be but didn't find anything. Reading the last log it appears it is no longer there. And it looks like the CO was active for a week and now has been gone 2 years?
We found where it used to be. Looks like someone took stuff out, but removed the container. You might want to check it out. We found beads, a toy soldier and a plastic bead, which we left. I like the name of your cache!
Dong a few caches on way to NW Kansas for a couple of days - left a TB. Hope it gets logged out OK, since other inventory not seen in cache, record doesn't look too good. It's a new TB, let's keep it alive for a while. TFTC
Quick grab while on my way back to GA from Bryce Canyon, UT. Had to get one in CO before leavin! TFTC!!!
Nice quick find on our 700 mile drive home from visiting our daughter in Wichita. TFTC
#15783 Found while passing through the area on my way to Limon. Parked a short distance away and walked over to the cache. Found it easily, signed in, and headed off down the road. TFTC
US12. Once I found my way around the back of this interesting looking venue, actually finding the cache was not too hard. Thanks
