No luck for me today. I even phoned a friend to check that I had my caching eyes on. I think this one might be missing.
Took a slight detour from the Bruce to locate this cache. Quick find at the GZ. Cool turning circle for the local bus. TFTC ICP. SL. [#512]
The original logbook is full as well as the sundry scraps of paper that have been added. A tidy up wouldn't go astray.
Was just about to log this as a DNF when my muggle friend being taught GeoCaching, had a 'found it'.
Visited with some TB's.

Another quick one on a very hot dsy. Quick find but would you believe a muggle pulled in beside us just as I grabbed the prize. Luckily he was just answering the phone. TNLN TFTC
Had a fair idea where this was going to be located as we got closer to GZ. It wasn't long before geoteen had it in hand!
Just as the title suggests, a drive-by on the way to the big crystal pool.

[green] Today we are staying at the Big 4 in Rollingstone beach, nice place but full of maniac kids, lol. We headed off today on a day trip up the very windy road to Paluma and stopped here for a look on the way and a couple of nice walks through the rainforest, the first lookout had me snookered for a little while until I discovered the side track down to the next lookout which was much better, grabbed the cache and continued back to the carpark for a quick lunch. Then it was back down the hill to see the big pool and after a lovely refreshing dip it was time to head back to the caravan park. We stopped here for a quick find for Charlie and then carried on.[/green]

On my way back from Little Crystal Creek I just had to stop for a Big Crystal Drive-by! Pulled up alongside and made a pretty quick find. I was so close to the Frosty Mango now but just had to head back to Townsville! Signed and replaced.
Thanks!
Thanks!
Mr TiedyeSmileys sat and fiddled with his malfunctioning GPSr while Mrs TiedyeSmileys searched with no joy. Turned our Mr TiedyeSmileys was obscuring the cache which as soon found.

After an early start from Ingham, we stopped in for this cache. It was good to stretch the legs and take the cache owners advice and use the provided seating.
Thanks heaps ICP for this cache. A quiet spot off from the busy highway.

It was a long journey for me today, So imagine my excitement at this drive-by! I love a quick find. I pulled up where I thought it might be and got out of the car to find the GPS telling me to go across the road. I looked at the structure and decided to ignore the GPS and look on the obvious spot, I found the cache in the second place I looked. I took the keychain and left a toy, a ring and a butterfly charm. I also left a new logsheet as the old one was full. Thanks for the cache, I only wish I had time for a swim in the creek.

Another cache on route to the park. Quick stop, grab and log. Coords seem quite off but cache found quickly anyway because of the hint. Thanks for the cache.

Found on the 2012 Tour de Eclipse. Cache found in the last place we looked. I left my swaps in the Pahero and I did not have anything of equal value in my pockets. Thanks for the cache guys, we love your work.

Out for the day caching with Avreno and whlest the coordinates where out easily found from the hint.
Crystal creek was my favourite swimming hole as a kid, it's a shame I've got no time this holiday to reacquaint myself with it.
I was glad for the clue, as my GPSr insisted the co-ords were 50m away!

#200 Woo hoo... 200 caches
We stopped for a quick feed and ice cream at the Frosty Mangoe, then headed back to th Paluma turn-off.
I knew what the location would loo like, and was almost sucked into the firstone I found. A couple of kilometers down the road, we found the right one and had the cache in hand within seconds. Big Monkey has made the claim on all of them today.
Signed the log and replaced

We were looking forward to do these caches whilst preparing our trip along the east coast. Paluma wasn’t mentioned in a single trip advisor…thanks to GC we got to know this stunning place.
We had a fantastic stay here…lonely morning swimming in paradise pool magic glitter all over the grass in the night (as we found out eventually it were the eyes of the spiders starring at us…) heaps of frogs… kangaroos at the camping site…of course kangaroo steak together with bush turkeys at the BBQ…stars all over the night sky…and more made our stay around Paluma to a special one.
Thanks to GC and the owner for showing us this beautiful place…definitely a recommended stop over to everyone on a trip along the east coast.
We will never forget our first night in a campervan…
We found this cache pretty easy and in good condition.
thanks for that.

The navigator and driver was sure he knew where this one was and after visiting little crystal we stopped for a 'drive by'.
It was soon realised that we were at the wrong bus stop and actually 2ks from the cache.
After relocating ourselves the boss jumped out and pounced like a tirgress on a nicely hidden cache.
Now on to Paradise for another hid...oops I mean find...........
Cheers SK and happy caching.

Found on our way to Townsville. The cache has become a nest of ants with eggs and all. Cleaned out the cache container and sprayed with aeroguard. Hopefully that helps. TFTC. TNLN. SL.
Found it!... but didn't bring a pen to write a log, so we're being honest and only writing a note here! Ah well. Without knowing the co-ords, when driving past to the Frosty Mango the first time, Denbe pointed it out and said, bet that's where it is. And it was.
10:00 - This felt like a drive-by/DIDO - when following the corrected coords. kwik find on our way back to Cairns. +/-0. T4TC.
Pulled up and thought "this doesn't look like a good hiding spot...". Then read the hints and previous logs and it was a quick find. Would agree that coords are about 40m out. I have posted coords that worked for me today. TFTC summer'skoby
Was checking on one of my own caches in the area and decided to go those extra few kms to look for this one.
Quick find. Left a Geocoin that I had for a little while.
