Archiving this one. Unable to find suitable replacement container. We may rebirth it later if we find one.
Gave it 20min and DNF On a caching holiday from Mackay. In the search of old caches and ones to fill DT grid spaces. Thanks for placing this cache for our enjoyment with mackay_geocaching. Have mostly had clear sunny days on our trip.
No luck this time: Checked old log photos to see what were looking for but no luck today. Nice place to stop and watch the barges (:
Looked high and low but we could not find it at all! We’ll return in the future to give it another go!
Found cache a bit damp, not sure what the soggy black bit is I think it’s the old log but it’s way past being readable if it is!

A quick find (and reattached) with the geodad after a test paddle around the island with the inflatable double kayak. Test successful! Thth
Love the piece of flotsam
Thanks to herbz for the cache in this lovely location

Great cache! Took a few minutes to zero in on GZ and then many more minutes to get the logbook out to sign! TFTC
Quick find. Original log is very soggy but 2nd one in plastic is still good. Nice spot, TFTC.
Was expecting something for flotsamy but flotsam is flotsam I suppose.. TFTC!
Thought I’d give this one a go but a Muggle was sitting pretty much at GZ drinking from a bottle in a paper bag. Decided to just keep riding. But thank you for bringing me to this lovely park!

Was Kabnabbed and taken geocaching (I'd say against my will, but who are we kidding?), along with ponchomon11. A great little wander around the nature trail near here and out to here for our final joint find. A lovely little spot (Suspect I'll be back to launch a boat to float from here one day).
Thanks Herbz for entertaining me at this location.

Today, [@jesswrigley](http://coord.info/PRNW59T) and I headed south from Brisbane to attend a friend's one-year birthday party celebration. Consequently, we decided to make a day of our time within the Gold Coast. We spent the morning visiting Hope Island, Jabiru Island, Coombabah, and Runaway Bay, and in the process, we completed *North East Gold Coast Skatepark Tour* and *Parks around Coombabah* Adventure Labs. After having a late lunch at Southport, we had a walk around the CBD area completing the *Southport Heritage Walk - Part 2* Wherigo adventure. A sunny and warm afternoon in the end, with many people out and about enjoying picnics and time on the water.
So wow, this boat ramp car park was packed today, with the nearby parklands and waterways packed with families and boats! We had to complete a loop before seeing a vehicle leave, and thus we had a park!
Before leaving the car, I read a few past logs of this cache which had noted a seriously wet logbook, so I brought with me a new logbook and plastic bag just in case. Once we arrived at GZ, it still took a few minutes of searching around, as there were plenty of small rocks and pebbles around, but eventually, a logical hiding spot for a cache revealed itself. The cache container and was in good shape, but the logbook was rather damp. Consequently, we've combined the old logbook and new logbook, which is a waterproof page contained within a plastic bag. A sweet location! Thanks Herbz for the cache placement and ongoing maintenance.

An early fathers day present saw me heading to the football game at CBUS Stadium with Charli. Needing some particular caches for a challenge cache we stopped off in this area to try our luck. This was our first stop and an easy find however the cache was full of water and the log was way too wet to sign so we took a pic and replaced it as found, with less water in it. Thank you for the hide, we were then off for a little walk, after we spray up as the mozzies here are large and very hungry.
The last 3 cachers said how wet this is it hasn't got any better. TLC required. Took a photo to prove we found it. TFTC JenneG and Budgy Nth Nowra
Found quickly however log book is extremely water logged. Signed with difficulty. A salvage operation was going on at the boat ramp with a boat being winched onto a low loader. Boat appeared to have been submerged for quite awhile. TFTC Herbz.
Log book drenched and needs replacing. Not sure how the clue makes sense as it was on the ground. No geocache markings on it.
Trying to complete traditional every calendar day. Came to this one on our way to work after visiting our beautiful nephews. Mozzie bites and wet log was a challenge but was inked and away we go away from the votings
Had a good look around base of trees but could not find. Might come back another day

After a 2 hour teleconference (they haven’t heard of zoom) I needed to get outdoors and find some caches so as to clear the head. I was driving along and the GPS just guided me in to a empty car park. TFTC

Brand new log book. Found with a bit of help from geo daughter DarthGerkin

Checked today. The original container is missing. Temporary container is a 35ml film canister with a new log book.
Raining on and off which is great. It is keeping the Muggle hordes off the streets
First time on this side of the freeway.
Picking up a few caches while checking out the area in general.
Enjoyed the many waterways, looking forward to getting out on them sometime
Thank you for this geocache

A lovely rainy morning, it’s so great to finally see some of the wet stuff falling from the sky! I was lucky here, finding the cache in the first place I looked. Not what I expected but still. TFTC!
Took advantage of being in Queensland for a few days following my cousin’s Hen’s weekend to target some specific challenges, names that caught my eye and a few bonus smileys along the way. This was a totally random bonus with a last minute turn off while sitting in traffic, as I noted how close the icon was to the road on the SatNav. Co-ords and clue bit confusing but an expanded radius search soon had CIH.
Day 58 Mainland trip
Out and about with Tassie Trekkers caching in the area and this was one of the caches we found. A quick find a GZ. Luckily no muggles around. TFTC

Caching in and around Runaway Bay area and surrounds, we picked up a few caches with whitewebbs and this was one of them.
An easy find at GZ, cache and contents were in good condition.
Thanks for placing and maintaining this cache for our enjoyment.

Second one for the day and second one we’ve had to dry. I’ve sat it in the sun for a while so hopefully that will do the trick so we can sign it. Good hide but soaking wet. TFTC ️
Unfortunately the log was wet and cache full of water. It’s not a very sunny day and I don’t think it’s gonna dry but found it! Beauty of a spot
Container wasn’t what we expected but a nice quiet spot none the less. Thanks for placing this here.
Nice easy one for a Monday after work. Had to act casual like as there were a couple of muggles fishing. Thankfully they had their backs to me
Being on the GC for over a week now and no geocaching done at all. Decided to go and grab a couple EC's and caches today before my Goodbye 2018 event at 2pm.
Parked up and went for the short wander over to this one. Lots of people around today getting ready for tonights fireworks.
Thanks for the cache hide Herbz

Great hide should have brought our fishing rods down. We could not get the log book out TFTC
Next, storigirls and I made our way to this one. As we neared GZ, I spotted something interesting and went to investigate. Ignoring my caching buddies instructions, I located the cache very quickly. We added our names to the log and continued on our way. TFTC
I was out caching with Selva Girls in the area today and stopped at the lovely little park to make a few finds. I had followed Selva Girls close to gz and was busily directing her toward a likely object when she turned around with the log in her hand Our names were added and off to the next cache. Tftc Herbz
