I had a good look and have a fair idea where this should be but could not find anything. Bummer.
We have looked for this one before and came up empty, so pleased that today was a bit wet and no-one was around. SL TFTC
Tftc Staasha, I found this with Jane-h. On a hot day, we about to go to movies. Will give a fav for this one as it is hidden nicely in a very busy area. No muggles spotted us retrieving this cache. I have also had a few dnfs trying to find this one quickly. But with a little help from my phone, I spotted the cache and I soon had the cache in my hands.
We only looked for 5 minutes but still could not find we had a good look around the navigation kept changing too
Cleverly hidden. I like these city cache. Am here from the Gold Coast to pick up a few around Victoria.

TFTC. We decided to spend an afternoon caching around Ballarat before heading to Enfield for the CITO and the subsequent evening event in Sebastopol. While we were going around town on the Art Deco Adventure Lab we stopped here to rectify a blue face. We had attempted this with muff1 in November 2018 but the cache was missing. We were close so took the opportunity for a quick find.
Came up to Ballarat for the day to find a few caches and to get out of the rat race of Melbourne fo the day as well.
Continuing my walk up the Main Street from the east end I look a detour to get this one.
Since it was Sunday and early I had the place to myself so I was able to have a quick search and retrieve the cache.
I soon added my mark and I was on my way again.
Thanks Stashaa TFTC.

The log is really full on this one so if the next finder could add a new log it will be good to go.
After having a big feed we thought we should go for a walk so why not have a look for a cache ! We found this one pretty easy. It’s a good cache in good order. The log book is full as a boot ! TFTC
A quick find whilst enjoying a wander at lunch. In the area today for work.
Thanks stashaa
Thanks stashaa
Was expecting this to be more difficult - not too many muggles thankfully and a fairly quick find. TFTC
On a time restraint- I had a bus to catch- and plenty of people wandering past, thought this might be more difficult than it actually was. TFTC
After finding the cache we visited the cinema. Wow the ceiling in here was incredible. TFTC
Loved the stars above. Pic.
Found on another epic caching loop with H423L which included the St Arnaud mega and many other magnificent Australian locations.
Thanks stashaa and clear skies from TeamAstro. ️ Cache the planet!

Caching in the area we picked up a few caches in the area and this was one of them.
Cache and contents were in good condition.
Thanks for placing and maintaining this cache for our enjoyment.

There was enough time between coach transfer for a quick walk in town. I found this cache quickly and headed then back to station. First visit to Ballarat since 2004. One of the geocaches I found back then seems to be still alive (Bunnies & Beyond)
I’m lucky enough to travel for work and today finds me in Victoria. In between commitments, I find myself with time to kill so I stopped by here for a find.
Spotted the likely hide on approach and made a quick find.
Many thanks to stashaa for placing and maintaining Heritage on Lydiard. I found it, I signed it, and put it back as found.

This cache was found today and brings our overall cache find tally to 10355.
Staying across the rod last night I was determined to avenge this DNF. It was too cold last night and a few people around I had a crack early this morning and found it very quickly.
Thanks stashaa for the cache.

With friends 3 weeks on the road to explore Tasmania and South Australia. We experienced great landscapes, people and animals. By the way, many caches were also visited. Thanks for the great impressions. Greetings from Germany.
Mrs Team GBS got lucky at Ground Zero and located the well hidden cache in the first place she searched. We signed the log book and then replaced as found. Thanks so much for the cache and for the information on the cache page. Greetings from Zimbabwe
Although the compass was spinning somewhat I managed to hone in on where I thought it could be based on the map and soon had the little container in my hand. thank you, loving wandering these historical streets checking out all architecture.
On completing the lab caches in town I managed to walk by this one and make a quick find, cache and log book are all in good order.

Spending a week in Ballarat with little Shonky playingb in the national club basketball competition. So have some time between games to find a cache or two. Don't forget to pay for parking here or you may be contributing $76 to the city of Ballarats finances... As I learnt the hard way yesterday...
Amazing to find this during white night but the drunken muggles paid no attention
Late night after the movies with a quick stop on our way back to the car to find this sneaky cache. Thanks!
Find No. 2786. Found with FUF009 at 2.43pm
Having to be in Ballarat for a meeting later on in the day, we decided to go down a little earlier and grab the new Adventure Lab Caches.
While walking around the Ballarat streets doing these we had just finished doing number nine when we discovered a cache nearby which was on the way back to the car. Naturally we had to stop off to get it. Together with the hint and GPS we were able to go straight to the spot. Signed the log and then it was off to do the last one of the Lab caches.

Find # 8412
Found with Tyred n Cranky
Needing to be in Ballarat for a meeting later on in the day. We decided to come down a little earlier and grab the new Adventure Lab Caches.
As we had successfully done 9 of the 10 labs in our short lap of the Ballarat streets, this trad was on the map when we were on our way back to the the car so we had to grab it.
Not many places the hint could lead us to and with 3 of us on the hunt we managed a quick grab.

A short overnight work visit to Ballarat had me staying across the road from this cache so I was able to enjoy a (thankfully) very quick find due to the freezing inclement conditions

I’m having a fun long weekend with friends in Ballarat. Came out of the Lost Ones bar late tonight after a few gins... heading to taxi rank, I made my comrades help me look for this cache first. Yes, it was freezing, but the air was still, so not too bad. Searched in a few places, before hitting upon the correct location. Under cover of darkness, signed the log, before replacing and heading down to catch a cab. TFTC!
Wandered around aimlessly for some minutes ignoring the map and fairly obvious logical hiding spot. Once we got there we found this sneakily hidden little sucker quite quickly.
3:10 pm #7740
GPSr had me walking back and forth near the entrance but it wasn’t long before we realised where gz was going to be.
Cheers stashaa

Rain is a constant in the city these days it seems. It falls from the skies in a constant stream sluicing through gutters and removing the detritus of the streets and alleys that make up Ankh Morpork. It many ways it makes the city seem cleaner than it is. Sometimes though it can wash up interesting things lodged in hidden crevices that can cause comment. For instance a dead body wearing a tutu, an assassins black cloak and a wig from the Fools Guild has washed up down from the Watch house at Dolly Sisters. Not sure what’s happening there but I’m sure I’ll get a report soon enough.
After a feed we wandered out into the cold and headed across the rod to find this. CaptainVimes put hands on it immediately. Thanks for the cache
In between dinner and movies, we stopped to ensure we got this one in between on a very windy night. Cache found nice and quick and in good order. TFTC, SL, CIGC
A nicely hidden cache in a likely spot... fortunately a woman having coffee at a nearby table, up and left when I arrived which made collecting and replacing quite easy. Thank you stashaa for placing the cache. I took the opportunity to visit the Art Gallery too.
Thanks for the cache stasha, we timed it between showers and made a pretty quick find then headed off down the street to get some privacy to sign the log.
Thanks for the cache and it’s in good condition

Found on a cold and grey Ballarat morning with not many people about. First place I looked. Cache in great condition. Thanks for showing me this area.
Beautiful day visiting Ballarat for our friends baby shower. Had just enough time to come in and visit Lana Rose a great little rockabilly shop close by. Quick find in the spot you would expect it. Log in great condition but I wish previous loggers wouldn't have taken up three quarters of the log page to sign their name.

Standing right next to GZ, ready to check the obvious place & a Ute pulls in & parks right next to it & begins unloading timber for a nearby shop Reno. Go for a wander, playing tourist - beautiful old buildings here. (Just as well I had my camera.)
Finally, the coast was clear. Cache found, signed & returned.

I've had a few looks for this but a glance at the most recent logs suggest that this cache is no longer in place.
Thanks for the tour of a beautiful street!

After searching for about 20 minutes we are logging a DNF too. Later chrck with a local cacher and can now confirm thst it is almost certainly missing. This needs checking ASAP.
This year our plan was to spend our "summer vaction" in Australia.
So arriving on the 7th November we took over the campervan and started our tour from Sydney to Adelaine. On that tour we tried to found a lot of caches. This was unfortuanetly one of those we did not found.
Thank's a lot to all CO's that placed and maintain the caches here in "Down Under".
Greetings from the south of Germany

With assistance from a previous finder we searched the likely location. No joy. CO needs to check it out
Found the hind found the magnet did not find the cahce... needs a little love lol
Sean.75, kenare and I had a quick look for this on the way to the mining exchange. kenare keeps calling it the 'Kabana convention' but there were a few muggles around. After leaving the convention the coast was clear to have a better look. Cache was soon in hand. Yay! The log is very wet despite being in a bag so it was very hard to write on. Tftc (which I found years ago with friends but I wasn't caching back then)
I'd headed to Melbourne on the 5th May for a weekend stay to see Priscilla: Queen of the Desert
Instead there was a mammoth change in my plans when the Corolla suddenly needed new brakes [xx(] which led to needing new tyres [^] which led to needing a new wheel bearing [xx(]
So a weekend turned into almost 3 full weeks and my HUGE thanks to the very patient and tolerant kmace who not only provided accommodation for myself but also for Rex [:X][:X]
Having your home invaded by a rabid geocacher who gets irritated when they have no car to go and find caches because it is in the workshop [xx(] and a pup who shreds his toys all over the house is not an easy ask for a day or two: let alone 20 odd days! [:X]
Rex also loved the beaches and the seagulls so there were many walks on the beach, some in pouring rain and gusting winds but that's what being a dog owner is about [^]
During this time some fantastic caches were found and some adventures occurred [^]
My thanks to all of the COs for the fun and the finds [^]
Day 22 of the trip and Rex and I packed up and left kmace's home this morning and headed out to meet leafotwind for a trip to Ballarat as he wanted to target a few caches there and I was more than happy to pick up anything that I had not yet found
After returning leafotwind to his car I went on to find my last cache for the day at 2.20am (appropriate as it was a cache about night caching ) and then Rex and I stayed near the awesome Sand Bar Cafe and the beach before finally heading for Shepparton much later in the day. All up 14 caches were found with only 1 and we even got muggled by geocachers BernieH and The Muggle Wife Does at the Ballarat cemetery
Most people stop caching at midnight but seriously... that's often when the fun begins
Especially when the cache is in party central in the town
Thankfully the cache was found quickly as leafotwind would not make a good childcare worker, judging by his reaction to the expelled liquor and food remnants near GZ

After driving back into Ballarat and visiting Mcdonalds I prevailed upon locus cache to pick up one more cache after midnight so that I could continue my streak. This was the closest cache and despite the throngs of 20-something muggles around at this time of morning we found the cache fairly quickly in the appropriate structure.
This was a good thing as a couple of those muggles could not hold their alcohol and had regurgitated it along with their stomach contents right by GZ. The smell didn't affect me until I made the connection between the chunky bits and the smell. Then I too began to sympathetically feel sick.

Visiting Ballarat for the day for work and after I was finished I still had a little bit of daylight left so picked out a few nearby hides to tackle on the way home.
I've looked for this one once before a couple of years ago without any luck. Maybe it wasn't there at the time because today I found it quickly in the obvious spot. Thanks for the cache Stashaa.

After a bite to eat on Stuart St we walked the 200 metres to GZ. A bit of GPSr bounce around the museum but finally had a focus that came up with the goods at 13:00. Thanks Stashaa
Spent a couple of hours amidst the beautiful paintings in Ballarat’s Art Gallery. Thus was a quick find on the way out. TFTC
Today was a perfect day to find this cache. I have been here before to find your cache, but have been put off by all the muggle traffic. But not on Good Friday! Not a soul near the lane. Cigc. Tftc
As per my log when an owner thinks that a cache is missing then they should disable the cache. The owner maintenance log is when it’s actually done after you reenable the cache.
