I didn't know it had been archived until making this entry because I loaded it into my GPSr last year and didn't get around to finishing it till now. I found the cache in place and placed my entry into the log and hope I am still allowed to count my find. I did not find it boring as the owner indicates. It is in a unique piece of bush within a very urban environment. I have also visited a group of trackables to experience the location.
I'm going to try and do all the caches around M'bah, and this is my second and last for the day and it's a good one as there was a group of muggles on the way over and I thought this is not going to work but the way the cache is hidden it is out of sight, well done! TFTC

geodaughter found this one, but threw it trying to avoid the giant spider guarding the cache
Found at 1510 with Marg waited a little while for a couple of muggles to pass. Quick find after that. TFTC.
Nice and quickly found. Cache wasn't very well hidden when I found it, so when I replaced it, I hid it a little better.

Got a smiley for this cache while out and about in this neck of the woods. TFTC
On a caching visit to Murwillumbah from our holiday van at Brunswick Heads. Easily located by following the owners instructions. TFTC
Slowly making our way home, Clan Gunnie and I found ourselves in this town and in need of a leg stretch. The Gunnie mutts were also very relieved to be out of the car I can tell you...
I pulled out the phone as we walked around and what d'ya know, a cache within 150m. Common dogs, lets go... [^] We found a handy path that led us all the way to GZ and after ruling out another likely spot, I found the container in the next place I looked. Still in good condition and plenty of space in the log.
A very nice part of town.
Cheers MattyRX.

With the GPS being no help at all, next step think like MattyRX. Yep, got it. Lovely park, never really took much notice before.
Still not sure we trust the new GPSr to know what its doing. We hunted all over the place until we got back to the second spot we looked for a more thorough look.

Diane was able to find cheap airfares to the gold coast on a weekend that all three members of Team Crackers could organise time off. After the booking was confirmed we realised it was the start of schoolies so we decided on a Southern Queensland / Northern New South Wales inland assault instead. We pulled up here to find a few people using the park on this beautiful Saturday afternoon but fortunately GZ was far enough away for them not to be a problem for our search which was good as this took a lot longer to find than it should have but when Cracker Girl joined having finished taking photos she rechecked some of the places that we had already looked she soon had the cache in hand and a large superior and triumphant smile on her face.

Thanks MarryRX for showing us this really well maintained park.

Now knowing MattyRx's style, this was somewhat easier to find. I still want to feed my GPS'r to the birds though.
Why is it that you spend ages wandering around with the GPSr saying, "there, no there, try here, go back" etc, etc, etc and when you eventually do find the damn cache under all those rotten trees and have signed the log, it says "1m to location"? Geez, I hate 'em under trees [:o)].
On the plus side though, you've found just the right spot 'MattyRX', with regards to the prying eyes of muggles.

A quick stop after lunch back to our B&B. Couldn't find it. Lots of trees with big roots but no cache. Had to cut the hunt short to get the wife back for her massage. Thanks for bringing me here.
Had to download app to my phone cause GPs not working properly. Found it eventually
Interesting find. GPS out of whack here but best to go out near the field get a good bearing and stick to it even if it changes when getting back into the thick of the trees. It took a few goes, then needed a stick for fossicking. A few muggles looking oddly at us with one asking us what we'd lost! Our marbles obviously!! Lovely park and a beautiful day.
This cache was on a round trip from Currumbin through the Currumbin Valley to Murwillumbah and back via Tweed. Glorious day with great views. Highly recommended.

Relogging this under individual account, previously a member of Gaz'n'Kab account.
A fairly quick find, however it did take us a while as the GPSr was bouncing around a bit

We love driving through this area. The GPSr was leaping about all over the place but with a bit of prodding and poking Mr. Herbz discovered the cache. TFTC

I was driving through town today, and decided to check up on the cache. I have replaced the log, as it was rapidly filling up.
I’ve resurrected this cache, as I thought it was gone in the floods at the start of the year. I looked for this one, but GZ was a mess, and council had piles of rubbish at GZ. Since the place has recovered, and the cache is in good nick, I’ll bring it back to life.
I was in the area with Fangsoki and this one was showing up on our GPSR's so we found it and signed it.
I only just realised it had been archived. Oh well, it's there and in good condition.
Thanks for the cache MattyRX.

Uhh.. Radnoski and I found this one today? I was not aware it was archived. It is in pristine condition and came to hand after a bit of a hunt. We enjoyed the little psuedo forest. TFTC MattyRX
I passed through this afternoon, and checked for this cache – and it’s gone. I used to frequent Murwillumbah every couple of weeks with my old job, so cache maintenance wasn’t a problem. I have changed jobs this year, and I don’t visit M’bah as often as I used too, so am archiving the cache to free up this area to other local cachers who might like to place a hide near here.
There was prayer session in the building over the road so there were a lot of people around.
The GPS was sending me around in circles but I think I gave the right area a pretty thorough search but came away empty handed.

Cache 8 out of 14 during the trip home from BDO with Uncle_Andy. Took a while to find but got it in the end tftc.
Happy new year. Last one for the day. It was getting dark when we looked for this one. Still raining. Easy find. TFTC
Quick find with FACT4 in a familiar park. Kids used to feed the ducks nearby when we lived around here. Thanks MattyRX
Nice cool spot on hot day with Pikapene who is quick to good spot for cache to be. TFTC.
Found this the other day on our geocaching trip around finaly after it stopped raining for a bit
A beautiful spot and we stopped at the nearby gazebo for lunch after finding this one. Wonderful bird life. Thanks MattyRX
Happy Merr Christmas. Lovely park with forest - like it. Signed the log. Thanks MattyRX.
Found it after doing our shoppings and stuff. We left afterwards to the mt. warning national park. T4TC and greetings from Switzerland!
On a caching weekend with Mr & Mrs Mischievous Maverick, and Mr & Mrs Rastas000. Great Fun. Thank you!
On a caching weekend away with Rastas000, Mrs Rastas, The Green Geckos (Both of them), my wife and I had a marvellous time. Oh, and we got some caching done, too!
After spending the night in Murwillumbah, this was our second cache of the day and very nice place to find it.

We've been to Knox Park several times before, mostly to stop for lunch/a snack at the picnic tables near the pond. This was our first wander through the trees and it was a pleasurable experience. I imagine it would certainly be a cool spot on a hot day.
Apart from the usual 'dodgy' crew inhabiting the park, it was pretty quiet today.
Thanks for bringing us here.... nice hide. Our caching companion, part of the Kirra Mob certainly enjoyed the container.

Thought we'd knock over a couple of caches before we went to The Show. This one was found easily. TFTC
A quick find at 0830am while heading away for a few days of camping. Just on school going in for the day so I had to be a bit cautious. Another nice hide. Thanks Matty
Found at 11:10am. The tree cover played havoc with the GPSr but a bit of thinking and looking and we soon had the cache in hand.

Logging a few days late due to being away for four days. Was able to find this cache on our way south. What a lovely park. I've driven by this many times but never taken the time to walk in. Thanks for showing it to us by placing a cache here.
