Yes this one is going to make way for a simpler more accessible cache for boys- big and small
The area is just too messy and overgrown and there is a better patch nearby.

Slowly winding my way upwards with Brother Colin. Looked in the wrong places as usual. There are some very nasty spikey trees in there. BC made the find evetually and I think it took us longer to get the sticky things off him than the hunt.
Out and about with teamdfl today for a day of caching.
We parked real close to this one but got a little sidetracked by going to the t... st.... So it was to GZ and started again. Those vines are horrible and leave those horrible sticky type seed things on you. To reach the cache I has to stick my head in there. Teamdfl had to help me remove the little bloody things.
Thanks for the cache. All dry inside.

Didn't like this one too much. Not a good idea to wear tights around sticky plants (although they did prevent the mozzies attacking me). Took a while as the cache was thrown right under... Found with kadin92.
Found with Bubblegum14. The cache was dry, but it was extremely sticky, we ended up with our hair spiky and a lot of scratches. It was definitely for boys. TFTC.
Headed out Gilston way this morning and when at the GZ I sent in the kids.
They came out with the cache and were saying the caching is sticky. ???? So I'm thinking sticky like to touch.
But know what they meant was the vine that is growing all around is gripping there cloths. So be prepared for grippe vine stuff growing all over the place.
We each TSLS. What a great way to start our day

After the last finder's log I will have to check this one again. I won't disable today because it's holiday time but PLEASE be careful and don't go in if it looks dangerous.
Stopped here on our way out to Hinze Dam with Noo82. Unfortunately, we were unable to find this one. The area was overgrown and the vines left stinging welts on our legs so we moved on.
This took a little hunting, but we got there in the end. I would say that it was definitely one for the boys . After having a look around, the description made sense. It is amazing how much things grow here. Thanks bristracker for the cache.
Couldn’t find anything like a T… St…. at GZ, so not a lot of searching was done. I think I interpreted your clue correctly. Would certainly be a lot easier in the daylight, so better mark this for a return visit.
As people have found it, and as the roadworks are now complete, driving down this road is no longer a problem so I will enable this for anyone who wants to do the strip along Gilston Road. Happy Christmas all.
Third find of the afternoon, had to hang around for the occasional muggle to depart but found it with not much trouble. TFTC
We had downloaded this one before it was disabled and found the container quite safe. When I read the logs to see what the issue was with it, could not understand the problem, maybe I have cached in to many strange places. TNLN TFTC
Taking note of what recent finders have written I have taken this one off until I can find a better place. It was intended to be part of a string of caches along a lovely old road but is clearly not meeting with approval.
Joint effort with Smatty. I would not recommend this cache because it is in an ugly spot. We were about to give it away but then stumbled across it.
Relogging this under individual account, previously a member of Gaz'n'Kab account.
With Gunnie69 & I resorting to official inspection mode yet again today cache was soon sortt & log signed..

The little black book comes in handy for these type of hides. The "Look like you are supposed to be there" concept... Didn't take long for Kaisho53 to stumble across the hide.
Cheers Bristracker.

A nice quick find once we realised where the cache was

Nice easy find for us even though the area was a little overgrown.
But those little grass seed that stick to you, boy, it took some operating to get all them off!

Spotted this well hidden cache after a bit of a search. L Lizzard for the boys. TFTC.
Bit of a hunt required for this one. The co-ords were right on, we just needed to look in the right place. Great hide

Found with Stairman1 and Geodog. This one took a bit of finding. It was raining and there was heaps of mud around. Stairman1 found this one. We signed the log and place the cache back in its hidey hole. Geodog came out with heaps of green sticky plants through his fur . I am still picking them out tonight. TFTC
Out for a Sunday afternoon drive, not expecting to pick up a cache here, when it popped up on the map. A quick u-turn and we parked at the suitable spot. Again, as per the previous finder, we had to wade through the grass a bit to get to GZ.
All contents are nice and dry. Tried to drop a TB but the cache is fairly full.
Thanks

I didn't park in the beast area for this one - but I did have some safe parking. Made my way to GZ and like others before me - started in the wrong spot. Mr GPSr pointed me the right way and the cache was found after a samll hunt. It is in good condition TFTC bristracker
Ms Wig and I were quite distracted at first by the nearby structure. Once we widened our search, found cache OK and in good condition.
Thanks BT. Dropped in GC.

After looking in an obvious favourite cachers spot we moved to the real hiding spot TFTC BT
Found at 3.40pm TFTC
Hidey hole / landmark was completely hidden by healthy plants/grass that have been loving all the rain.
Took - nothing
Left - Large bouncy ball
SL / CITO
We could've used the medic cache after this one, still have scrathes and rashes on our arms. Ouchie!

I seem to be seeing a few of these sewage pumping stations lately - a nice place to park off the road when the sides of the road are damp and soft.
A nice find, with no need for stomping too veavily to scare slithering things.
Swapped in a little dog and swapped out a ball. TFTC, Bristracker.

Found it No. 3197 ... easy find on a busy road ... TN and left Chinese Coins ... TFTC
In the tradition of the Friday-arvo-afterwork-cache-run I decided to visit Gilston and find the rest of the new Gilston caches.
After finding "Wildlife Carer" I zoomed over to this one.
There sure are a lot of big 4WD travelling up this road in the arvo. I spotted the hiding spot and waited for a break in the "Toorak tractors" to grab the cache.
The nearby creek bed provides heaps of spots for the Gilston Boys to play.... maybe a rope swing hanging off a tree.
TFTC Bristracker. While signing the log one of those pesky cache dwelling frogs hopped on in.
OK only one left.... let's give Jewel Thief another shot.

Just one more cache!!
Found a sewing kit! Maybe it needs to be moved to the girlds cache.

Quick drive by grab. Nice. Got honked by a passing red car. Fellow cacher maybe???

Having been brought out to this area with two new caches I just had to stop off for another couple at the same time. Found the location of gz and had to drive to nearest roundabout to get onto the right side of the road. Parked and was surprized to see gz wasn't quite where I expected it to be. Nice hide Bristracker. Nicely camouflaged. Found the cache and it's nice bunch of loot.
Left: Witch with Spellbook TB as I figured that would be appropriate in a boys cache. You know, Harry Potter and all.
Took: pin

FTF 4.25pm - no 2 for the arvo. Definitely not so pretty this one. Cache was soon in hand and my moniker on the pristine log sheet. and on to the next. Thanks for the new cache bristracker. TFTC TNLN
With a possible first to find to be had we were off, but the Grundies had beaten us by an hour - well done to them, and to Bristracker for the hide. T - Wrist band, L - ball. SL TFTC
