It's been a while since the CO has been active. It's been a while since the initial "needs maintainance" log. CO missing. Cache apparently missing. I thinks it's time to archive this one.

This one I was able to walk straight up to - only because I'd done a similar one yesterday.... TFTC and the view
Number 6 for the day out with Miss 6 doing drive-bys as my torn calf restricts walking. Nice easy find, but needed to take a brief casual wander (if you can call stomping along with a walking stick casual)as a car came past just before we started looking.
The view was not very extensive today because of the hazy atmosphere. This was compensated for by a paddock filled with young belted galloway cattle. TFTC ausdynamix
Thanks ausdynamix, for bringing us to a spot we never knew of, lovely view from there.
TN, Left a possum to play in the trees.

Had the oldest boy home today from school, so we decided to go and grab a few caches close by then head out for a bite to eat for lunch. Being a reasonably clear day today we managed to capture a photo of the panoramic view. Must admit though it's much better in person. After taking our pic, we headed off to GZ for a quick find. On the scenic route home from Gisborne. This detour on the dirt will probably mean I'm a bit late home, but there are three caches this way, and none if I take the bitumen road.
Third easy grab and the last for the day... now I really need to haul 'a' down the freeway to meet the kids after school. Thanks ausdynamix, for the views, the fun drive in the dirt, and three more smileys.

At times I thought the road would never end and I was looking for again yet another break in my ride and I was looking forward to sitting under the fir trees near that lovely garden, the sun fairly had a bite in it this day and so there I sat, while there I activated the phone and saw that there was a cache nearby, so braving the sun I went looking and yes found it. Another thank you ausdynamix.
A quick drive by after a mates bucks party.
I tried this one a while back with an old gps. Today with my newer GPS, I was on the money in no time.
Views today were a bit poor.
Cache has signs of dampness but logbook dry inside ziplock bag.
Signed log & left a smiley badge.
Thanks for the cache ausdynamix.

Found with Sorcey Sal today while out on a caching tour of Gisborne. Beautiful view - thanks for hiding this one.
Great spot, perfect for a cache. The chunky trees along the property lines make the road look pretty, and then the view all the way back to the CBD was awesome.
Found by The Empire @ 3:10pm
Find number 13 of 25, heading to 4,600 finds this afternoon.

This was a simple easy find. Well worth the drive. Magnificent view. I will be coming back here. It's a favourite for me.
Great view from the intersection. Took a couple of photos, will post them once edited. TFTC TNLNSL
A very quiet and peaceful area today. Not a soul around so it was an easy find and i was back on the road again.
Last find as part of my 2 day caching run around and through the area. Thanks for showing me the area....and for the cache.

Decided the weather today was a great opportunity do some top-down driving through the country and find some caches. Great view for this one. Thanks heaps
Out for a drive and a few quick caches. Enjoyed a break with a view on a fairly clear day.
On my way to Castlemaine today, picking up caches as I go and this was the next one I went for. It is an amazing view here, exactly as promised by the description! Found the cache fairly quickly, thanks to ausdynamix for this one
Yet on another clear winter’s night, The Demotion Crew (TDC – Quasar3671, Blacklegend, and TrailRunning) are out on another mammoth night-time caching run. This time the route took us north of Melbourne. One could describe it as a run through the northern outer suburbs from Eltham to Sunbury, and the final part of the night (or should I say just before daybreak) in central Melbourne. We have all cached these areas before, but with new caches being published all the time, and multi’s yet to be found, the night yielded a swag of over 70 caches. Many of the multi’s had been worked out using Google and streetview in the planning phase before the night. The night was going so well, we were well ahead of time, so we stopped for a beer at a local Sunbury pub. There is nothing like helping out the local economy! The highlight of the night was Cladocalyx (GC2RTN3). This cache I had previously attempted immediately after doing the Woodlands series, but I was so tired I was unable to get to the cache. On this night we had great success in harnessing up Marty, and pulling him up to the cache using my climbing gear. A nice quick driveby. Thanks.
This was going to be a dnf but at the last minute Andrew used his feet as a thinking cap.

We revisited this cache today with Julie&GG's. They found the cache and it needed a new log as the old one was very wet, fortunately I had a spare log in my bag so replaced wet lo and plastic bag.
Whilst out caching with The 2 Wanderers we found the well hidden cache but it was wet inside. The 2 Wanderers had a replacement log book and plastic bag which was placed in the cache and well rehidden. The cows were grazing further down the paddock today. NIce area with no trash!!

So started a weekend away that took in just over 100 caches, including 4 First to Finds, about 1000 days towards the Unloved Cache Challenge (GC3KWWQ) and some really fun adventures both solo and with new and old friends, topped off with a great well attended event cache at Wedderburn.. (with yummy food too) Thanks to all the various cache owners along the way and my apologies upfront for the copy / paste style logging of those 100 odd caches.. Some of the Caches hadn't been found for between 6months and 18months which added greatly to my 15years required for GC3KWWQ.. Thanks..
Many of the caches were a blur and thus there isn't too much I can add from a single cache log point of view, my apologies to the cache owners who each have put a lot of effort into their respective hides..
Find #2524

What a view... Gorgeous thank you
Cache quickly in hand however it is quite wet... Old log is saturated and dampening the rest of the contents

Back on the bitumen again after doing a couple of caches on Benson's Road and I was right on GZ for this one. After heading towards what looked like a typical hiding spot, I found it was behind a barbed-wire fence, so checked the hint and soon located the container - although it was a bit wet inside too. After making my entry, I paused for a few minutes to enjoy the views and take some pictures.

This cache really needs some maintenance. It was saturated inside, and even the new log sheets that someone else had put inside were starting to get damp.
Cache number 13 for Team Moo!
Found on a lovely day out Geocaching with our friends, SuziQ123, Willy&FloAG & ArkstarMaster.
Nice cache, quick, easy find. Definitely needs some maintenance though as the log was saturated.
Thanks for the cache!!

Found log very wet and attempted to write our names. Found with Old Boots. TFTC Greetings from New Zealand.
On our way to Spladem's 500th day of non stop caching celebration event we left early to zig zag our way there picking up some caches as we went. This was the eleventh for the day. We pulled up here and were rewarded with a very nice view of the valley below and then followed the GPSr needle towards gz where the cache was discovered very quickly as it was sitting quite exposed. When we opened it we found it had quite a bit of water inside, even the log book inside the zip lock bag was quite soggy so we decided to make lunch here and try and dry things out the best we could. After about half an hour the logbook was almost dry enough to use so we've added our name and headed off as we didn't want to be late for the event
Thanks again for the cache

Couldn't find this one at first and resorted to a tool in the car. It needs to be replaced. I was going to drop off a TB but thought the better of it when the contents were wet.

What a great view! Log so wet my stamp didn't leave an impression, but thanks for bringing me to this view.
Unfortunately like others before, found this one to be very wet inside. Dried as best we could & put log & other items in a plastic ziplock bag. Signed the log, even though it was quite wet. Hope that owner makes the trip to maintain the cache. TNLN TFTC.
17 June 2011 | 09:47 found it! Just like the logs said its right next to a dead fox.. about 20cm away. And the cache itself is soaked inside, not possible to scribe a note in the log. A lovely spot though..as a local I've been here a few times before. I take this route to Melton some times instead of the main road.
Found the cache OK, right next to the body of a dead fox! Maybe he was after the contents...
Contents are very wet - could do with some maintenance. Tipped the water out of the container, but everything within is quite wet
