This cache may need archiving. It has not been found since March 2013, with 7 DNF and 1 maintenance log.
See previous Logs and Pics, So many DNF's I think it needs a check done or at very least some advice from the CO as to whether they think it is gone.
I'll add mine ..On arrival at GZ .....there were very few rocks to hide something behind (infact the only rocks around were used around a recent looking fireplace)..........an obvious hiding spot was found but empty. I have to agree with azazzlenic's theory on this one. It's gone!
Another DNF!
Looked high and low but no cache.
Probably muggled????
Nice little park.

I would have to say this one has been muggled I have attached a photo of the likely hide so CO can verify
The only rocks we found in the area around GZ were ones forming a recently burned campfire. Nearby we found a box used for syringes we almost thought was the cache. We think the cache may have disappeard with the rocks.
Second caching attampt for today. We were apple picking nearby. We looked over the entire area. Read azazzlenic log as to our theory of the cache. Will place a watch just in case we're wrong.
I'm sure we found it. We could see the rock in plain sight. Unfortunately there was a muggle in close proximity at 1pm and also at 3.30pm when we returned. I hope it is still operational when we pass this way again.
Did this cache on the way home from newnes. Nice place to stop and rest,

Out for the day with pjmpjm mainly to do the "Striving Towards Blue Mts Power Trail". It turned out to be a very good day for us with plenty of finds.
This was an easy find once we got into the spot to see GZ, The cache was in good condition and quite dry after all the recent rains.
Thanks for the cache.

Trackable is no longer in cache. A guy seems to have set up camp nearby which is a bit tricky.

I found this while riding to Cessnock with Parklanda. There were some nomads camped out near GZ but they were still in bed and we were able to grab the cache and go without being noticed. tftc.

This was another cache that we found on the way down the hill after Miss Shifter had done some fruit picking. The cache was spotted, and described accurately, by Miss Shifter as we arrived in the area. She had seen it clearly from the car. Mrs Shifter extracted the cache, signed the log and returned it just as quickly, making sure it was better concealed.
About a dozen people and one pony in here camping but none that close to GZ. Toilets handy but no water when we were here so they were a bit 'full'. TNLN SL TFTC Cheers... Gaztek
We finished icecream short before
on our way back to the shore.
Then did we stop here at this place
to find a treasure with some trace.

We needed somewhere to stop to calm down screaming baby Nicola and this park came just at the right time - with the bonus of a geocache! TFTC
Find #2 on our way back from Mt Tomah. An older couple camping nearby had no idea why we were inspecting the burnt scars of a nearby tree! Quickly had this container in hand. Signed log and moved onto the next. TNLN. TFTC.
Just getting around to logging a few caches that I didnt log before leaving the land of OZ.

On the way home from the FYAOAL Event, PPE and I drove down the Bells and I was checking for caches to do. I didn't stop for this one months ago, as it was full of campers. Today, it was empty, so we drove in and walked to GZ. PPE made the find and we SL and replaced. Nice and quick. TFTC

Found it No. 6536 ... GPS would not settle for awhile ... took geocoin and LN ... TFTC Brolga
There was nobody at all here today and it was very wet and rainy - I suspect the two facts might have been linked! This has long been a favourite spot for a stretch on our trips across the mountains, TFTC Brolga
Thought this was going to be a quiet quiet place but cars kept rolling in. Thanks Brolga.
Stoped here once before but didn't think to look for any caches. was planned this time though. TFTC
Found this one while out motorcycle caching with King Toblerone. Took the TB but there was no geocoin in the cache

Well I may have missed Hawkesbury Highlands, but I got this one-(only just). The GPS had me 11m away and I even using the clue I came up with nought. Then I turned around and walking back to the car, spotted an obvious pile. Thanks Brolga.
Found this geocache on the drive back to Dubbo. Nice spot to stop and have a rest. TFTC TNLN
Gps was off but found it in the end! Left a dinosaur, took a peg! Happy 2012!
Nice little rest area. Taking a break on the drive down from Dubbo.
Found the cache, eventually (poor reception under the trees).
Also found a used syringe in the area Take care when you're hunting!

Stopped here on our usual trip to Orange and I employed the smartphone to try and find a cache for the first time as I didn't have this one in the Garmin. Took me well away from where it finally proved to be showing me it's handy for knowing a cache is nearby but cacher's senses are needed for the find.
Thanks! Love this spot.

Was going around and around till finally decided the obvious spot where the GPS wasn't pointing was too good an option to ignore. Bingo! Thanks for the cache, This is a hugely popular stopping spot!
There was a campervan nearby but it was still very early in the morning and there was no sign of life there. Quick grab and I was back on the road. TFTC
We often stop here for a break for the kids and dog. Did not realise there was a cache so close! Easy find.
383 - Spotted from some distance - someone has buried rubbish right next to GZ and its smell appears to be attracting some digging creature - tried to restore the camo a little. TFTC
GPS co-ords seemed to be about 10m out on this one. Geowife Jess likes a challenge and still found it reasonably quickly! SL, left Rubber Ducky TB, took Gnome Geocoin. TFTC! VK2GOM - Rob % Jess
pulled into gz (what a great quiet area) and spotted gz and said to mrs r there it is, but i headed with the gps while she found the cache, thanx for a top cache
Driving back from our ride on the Zig Zag train we stopped here to hunt the cache. I left a TB, and the cache is VERY full.
Thanks for the cache!
Thanks for the cache!
Over the years I have traveled this road both ways many times, and never seen yet stopped here. Quite the busy place this but cache just far enough out the way for us not to be seen.
