Got the chance ( and remembered !!! ) to swing in and check on this cache 
sadly it looks as if it has gone to cache heaven - it actually lasted here much longer then I thought it would !!! so time to retire the cache - thank you everyone that did the cache I have enjoyed reading your logs

A quick find on a caching day in Mapua. Remembrance GC visited the memorial at the library gates as a little bonus as well.

Out for a days adventures whilst on holiday in Richmond (before the forecast rain). Mr G spent his early years in Mapua...gosh it's changed a lot! Quick find in a sneaky spot. Thanks. Library? When I was a lad it was a wee hall with a water tower next to it (which I climbed a lot!).

place thriving today, but no probs with this one thank you. One at the wharf has to be left yet again by us. Where did every one come from ?
Knew what it should be, but the wee blighter took far too long to track down. PB had eventual success, but must have had the passing muggles puzzling. TFTC
My daughter is on holiday from wellington and she wanted to come with me and a friend of hers tagged alongIt was a great idea to do this at night because the area was very quiet nice hide.TFTC

New log sheet added today - it wasnt quite trimmed enough so lid doesnt quite screw all the way on so a little care please - will try to trim it next time through happy caching

We weren't silly enough to do this this morning with all the market muggles around. Came in near midnight this evening to do it instead. Much easier then Cheers [7780]

Found cache while road works metres away & also found a bump on the noggin for my efforts TFTC
Managed to do this subtly even with roadworks going on meters away. Completes our hat-trick for Mapua today! TFTC

Found but had no pen so used pin to poke 3 little holes in the log paper - this counts as a log by the way. Easy and fun cache. TFTC
A quick find before having a bear at the Golden Bear, this area sure is quite a destination now, always look forward to returning. TFTC

Decided to take a little visit into Mapua for some lunch and realised that there was a cache nearby, a quick search and we found, signed and replaced before heading off for a quick and well deserved lunch, thanks for bringing us to this interesting spot. TFTC TNLNSL (2484)
#1715 (13/30 on day 5 in Nelson). It was easy to spot where the cache was most likely hidden. Not many muggles today, so a quick park and grab. TFTC.
Well placed so can be easily retrieved and replaced without looking too suspicious.
