As this cache has been out of action for too long and the cache owner has not responded or performed any maintenance, I'm archiving it to keep it from continually showing up in search lists, and to prevent it from blocking other cache placements. If you wish to repair/replace the cache sometime in the future, just contact us (by email), and assuming it meets the guidelines, we'll be happy to un-archive it.

This cache appears to be in need of owner intervention. I'm temporarily disabling it, to give you, the owner an opportunity to check on the cache, and take whatever action is necessary. Please respond to this situation in a timely manner (i.e., within 30 days) to prevent the cache from being archived for non-responsiveness.
No luck on this looked in all the obvious spots without going in to private property
Thankfully we had 2 eagle eyed kids and a super Spiderman like climber - as I am a shorty and would never have reached it. Bit of a puzzle about where it lived to put it back - but hopefully it's in the right spot. Nice night for a walk too - thanks for that )
easy find because we had seen cache on photo- so placed it a little bit lower for next person TFTC
This one did my head in for quite some time. Sat down to stare at it and bingo! Doesn't seem to want to reattach well, slipped around quite a bit for me. Grabbed some fallen peaches from nearby tree, what a waste to see them rotting on the ground. Tftc!
It was above the fence in the neighbours place, I assume it's the cache owners place???
Took a bit,but got it in the end just as we were about to give up. Replaced where we think the home is... We found somewhere else... Thanks.
Found originally as part of rebel98 team, now created own account, re-logging as rustynz
A park not visited before, really had not explored this part of Auckland much at all, so thanks again for the hide. I remember GPS bounced around a bit, I wonder if the cache has been moved too far from GZ?

Sneaky hide, co-ords out about 5m on my GPS. Had to sit and think where could it be, when something caught my attention! Log signed and tube returned to hiding spot. Thanks for the hide, and bringing us here.
Nowhere for this little froggy to hide, ground is dry dirt and fence has no hidey holes. Maybe he has hopped away to a new pond.
Well Ma n Me looked for it high and low .... not saying its gone coz we are both old n blind but it may be worth a maintenance visit at some time.
Nope no luck here. GPS sent me to a likely spot but there was no cache to be found. Can this one be checked please!
Cache no longer face high but good fun

We had to abort an earlier attempt on this hide when some Muggles sat on the rise to eat there lunch. Came back here after racking up three DNFs on other CO caches. This was starting to look like number four. Even though the coords where good and the description helpful and the hint meaningful I just couldn't spot it. Eventually it occurred to me that it may have fallen down and there it was at GL. I tried to return it as described on the cache page, but it just wouldn't stay secure. So, I returned it to GL. Glad to find this one after my earlier note--unfinished business and all that--and to break that DNF steak!
Didn't see any frogs but we heard and then saw some chickens next door.

Time to call time on this one? CO (hasn't been online for some months) needs to check.
Same as previous logs....got to GZ and nothing anywhere in locality. Definitely gggooonnneee
No joy for us this evening - I note the CO hasn't been online for sometime and has a few other caches that need some attention.
Looked and looked where we thought it should be but to no avail. Will have to try again
Baby sitting my nearly one year old granddaughter and after her afternoon nap we had time for a quick cache before her mum came home from work...
Park all quiet - cache soon in hand - getting into it was the trickiest part...
New log and all in great condition - TFTC

Spent a sunny afternoon finding a few caches on the Te Atatu Peninsula. Cache was not at the first place I looked but managed to find quite easily. As previously mentioned, the log book is saturated and barely usable. Only just managed to scratch name and date. TFTC.
A nice quick easy find. A bit of a walk to get to GZ as we missed the easier entrance! Thank you
Nice quick find, very wet log book but still managed to write in it, of sorts. TFTC.
Log was saturated couldn't write in it, needs replacing and put in a plastic bag or waterproof the box
In the area for work meetings. Was actually heading towards the beach for a quick cache at lunch time. Stopped to check direction, noticed this cache and decided not to keep going but just to lock the caching wagon and head down the path. TFTC, gave me a bit longer to eat.
TFTC. SLB. TNLN.
Nice day out caching and exploring the surrounding parts of Auckland.
Did some Munzee’s while in the area.
Park verry soggy today.
Logbook wet.

With cheap flights from Wellington to Auckland, decided to do caching trip with friends for couple of days....... first trip to Auckland, so it was a bit of a juggling thing to do caching and sightseeing all in one go LOL...... TFTC. TNLN.
Logbook wet and needs plastic bag

Mom decided to do caching trip with her friends for couple of days....... first trip to Auckland for us, so it was nice ...... TFTC. TNLN.
An easy find on Saturday night. I parked nearby and found it really quickly after arriving at GZ. Good paint job on this one to keep it safe. TFTC!
A quick dash out towards the closes unfound cache to complete the grid on the rare 29 February. Quick look. Quick find. Quick sign. Quick re-hide. Quick dash back home to log.

Had a quick look, but GPS was putting me out in the field. Will have another go later.
Nice easy find. We've learnt to trust our instincts when near GZ instead of relying too heavily on the phone. Often it leads you in circles and in the time that I'm going round and round, my husband has the cache in hand (gloatingly!)
My fifth find today on a drive/walk around the Te Atatu Pennisula. The cache was quickly spotted and retrieved without issue.

Found orginally as part of phasevisitor team, now created own account, re-logging as yorkshirekiwi83.
Was strewn across the grass, have placed it back together and put it where we think it should go.

Had a look for a while, Couldn't see it in the dark with my torch. Didn't want to alarm the neighbors.
Easy find - thanks. Dropped off The Snake Travel Bug - thought he might like to have a play with Kervil the Frog
Found on our second trip after reading some of the previous logs. Our youngest family member's first find!! Caticks was with us and it was the first find on a great caching day. TFTC
Very clever hide. If you don't look too hard, it's quite obvious. Found with geocacher "turtlebackcacher"
Revamped Kervil the Frog placed back into the same position. Also placed in my first ever TB. Aiming for Aberdeen, Scotland.
Went today. Everything is gone. Thanks for letting me know everyone. Will get it sorted ASAP.
Sort of found the cache, well part of the logbook anyway. It was lying on the ground at the base of the fence.
A new cache container should be placed here or the cache archived.
Cheers for the cache.

3903 Log found along with tic tac container lid but.... thats all folks!!
Definite maintenance required to keep the frog alive!!! Save Kervil! TFTC

6617 Cache needs some TLC. Found the muggled container-less remains spread around GZ... logbook still signable despite the rains. Placed under some loose bark at base of corner post. TFTC.
Cache muggled - only bits of the log book found plus a swap. Needs checking.
Found cache log and a very small possible cache container but more likely it was a swap. Initialled the very damp log and placed back under the fence. Cache muggled for sure and will need maintenance. TFTC
Very clever hide - had to be careful replacing without being noticed as a family playing right on the other side!
Thanks
Thanks
Felt a little uneasy sticking my finger under there but no worries in the end. Was avoiding rain showers today so was really glad the rain had eased off just as I got to GZ. As I was about to replace the cache someone came walking down the path. Had to wait for her to walk past and around the corner before I could replace the cache. TFTC
Another Quick find, Found this spot a bit funny for a cache, it was in view... but GPS would have taken us about 20m further along. TFTC.
