Logs
We continued today our tour of Queensland and thereby searched, found and logged this interesting Traditional-Cache.The weather was - said in one word simply best. The good hidden caches and the being on holidays kept us the whole day in a good mood. The cache had good coordinates, and thus was easy to find. The logbook was okay, and allowed easy logging. Thanks to walterhellmut for the generation of this nice cache SOMEWHERE UNDER THE BYWAY... (with the proper agenda), for leading us here and for showing us this funny location as well as the ongoing maintenance of this cache.PS: Please forgive us the uniform log which is needed due to timing problems - if necessary special actions and happenings are there described where they happened.Greetings from Germany together with the hope to meet somewhere like event or wood. Hey Walter replaced your cache here today, caching with our friends and it is definitely gone from where it was previously.
A busier than expected Saturday had me having to change my caching plans but I did manage to fit in this PnG. Cheers for the find.

Spotted it by contorting myself. Retrieval almost impossible depending on angle. Signed and away we went on a gorgeous day. Tftc
Targeting a lone cache in a nearby LGA today, of course there are caches on the way!
Thanks to CO’s for taking time to set out and maintain hides and for showing us your very special part of the world

Yay found this with CO and also picked up a trackable which I will drop it off somewhere nice in the furure. Collected a little ball and swapped with a milk bottle toy. TYFC
We are back after travelling around Queensland for the last 4 months we are home for a while and to celebrate we are catching up on local caches and dropping tbs one for here, tyfc Walter.
Must have been looking in entirely the wrong place last time. Easy today! Thanks Walter! 0
2nd find of the day with the geo-son on this rainy Sunday as we attempt to complete the 7 Wonders. I must admit we had to use the spoiler photos to find it as the coords were off on my phone. Probably due to the cloud coverage. TNLN, TFTF.
The cache was still in situ. However, I replaced the container and added spoiler photos.
Looked and looked before resorting to spoiler photo. Nothing where spoiler photo shows where cache should be.
My non geocache came with me today as ask to help me to find as I came here 3 times and couldn’t find it so today both of searched for 45 mins still can’t find it.
Checked the place this morning, the cache was and is still ready to be found[^].
This geocache has been taken and is no longer there and is all over grown if u can put a new one there and put some little toys and a TB
Quick find on our way to Cairns The cache is A1 TFTC Merci pour la cache Greetings from Montréal Québec Canada
Bit of a scramble but found easily. Cache in good condition. Took nothing left nothing. Tftc
Our time in FNQ is drawing to an end. So we decided to do some full on caching and left the caravan in Walkamin whilst we head out to explore Port Douglas and Cairns.
After a big caching day yesterday it was after 9am before we headed out. Another 31degrees and the humidity was rising. We headed up to Trinity beach to start the day then cached down to Gordonvale for lunch at Piefection before returning to our camp at 5.30pm.
Really enjoyed touring Cairns and being tourists using geocaching as our tour guide.

The plan this weekend is to find 86 caches in cairns to help my companion Burgo78 reach his 1000th find by next weekend. This is find #14. We weren't confident with the DNF's, so we used the spoiler photo help.
Today we did a cache run to Cairns and this was one we found on the way. Took a while to unearth this one inbetween biking muggles.
Thanks for placing and maintaining this cache for our enjoyment.

Because it is a bit tricky to find I guess it is still there. Unfortunately I can't check it at the time being. After getting back to FNQ I'll find out what's going on.
Unable to find - checked spoiler photo and still unable to locate. ? Needs maintenance
Found this cache whilst out caching with naomisart. I took a pathtag and left a deck of cards, a shell, a soft ball and some old collectable postage stamps
Got it in the end. Not sure about romantic spot. More like.............
Anyway. Left pathtag signed log and

During a day visiting Cairns from Walkamin we really wanted to find this cache as it was the last one we needed to complete our 'day of cache published' matrix.
We spent at least forty minutes at GZ searching high and low. I checked previous logs and saw that the co-ords had been changed several times over the life of the cache so I altered them in the GPS as needed but we still came up empty handed each time
We were about to give up and then saw that there was a spoiler photo available so checked that and had another look.....in a place we had looked a few times already. We persevered and eventually came up with the prize
This was a surprising spot to find in suburbia....I bet it gets a bit harder to walk under the road by the creek in the wet
Many thanks for the hide and for allowing us to complete our matrix walterhellmut[^][^][^]

Hi there walterhellmut. We found your cache "SOMEWHERE UNDER THE BYWAY..." at 11:28:00 AM today. This cache makes our find count 11014.

We had to take our caravan to the Jayco dealer to have a warranty issue looked at. It has only taken them 9 months to supply the correct parts, despite being sent photos of the affected area way back in October 2014. [:(!]
We enjoyed all the caches we found today.
[/Blue]
Coordinate Accuracy: We found the cache around 2m from where the GPS said we should be looking.
Cache Condition: The container and log book are in good shape.
Took: Nothing.
Left: Smiley Badge.
Thanks for the hunt today,
Regards
Ian & Penny.

Found it, but container looks different to the pictures! Great find. TNLN - didn't log as we had no pen.
I found the cache next to the highway, lots of biking kids in the area. I didn't find the romantic area, maybe I spent too many days in the countryside.
yeahhh buddy nice. lovely little area but have seen a few muggles around that may have a go at you so careful careful. geo bro found this even though I was about to pick it up lol
Lots of mugglers today so wrote up log waiting for them to go before I signed. All done. TFTC SL

It was starting to rain so under I went. Look look look. Then a muggle scared me.
I hopped out from under and proceeded to find the cache.
Thanks to walterhellmut and clear skies from TeamAstro.

No rubbish in the immediate area but a cache to be signed. Took the tb. TFTC
This quick and easy DIDO marks our 200 milestone ( YAY ) Thanks for the cache Walterhellmut, enjoyed the serenity by the water (despite the construction and road works). Took nothing left a TB.
We had lots of fun dodging muggles and the rain, but as this was only a couple of hundred metres from the caravan park where we were staying, we persisted and finally got the prize.
thanks for bringing us here walterhellmut

Found today within the first minute at gz. One of the quickest finds we ever made. Left antefix tb to continue its journey. TFTC
This one will never be our friend. To much waste here. A really ugly place. I think, this is not what geochaging should be.

North Qld 2013. Day 13 Today was Tully to Cairns. This one all seemed easy enough until the muggles started walking by. When things cleared up I headed back and it was not where I started looking but after a bit of expansion I eventually found it. Thanks.

Gave up looking for this one due to broken glass and very strong urine smell in the bushes !!
Found while in Cairns, on our travels around Australia.
Took a bit of finding, as it wasn't where we expected it to be.
Thanks for the cache, walterhellmut.

Found this one straight after Somewhere under the railway on the way home. Good quick find. Thanks for the spoiler, took me straight to it. Geokid got this one. Put the Night sleepy thing from the under the railway in and the Geokid took the golfball.

This one turned out to be a bit odd in my mind. Fangsoki and I had parked and walked down to GZ. A nice little spot as has been mentioned, but with some recent works it seemed unlikely. The GPSr's pointed to a spot that clearly had no cache. The hunting area was expanded with minimal luck. I was getting close to giving up when Fangsoki suggested one last spot. Ahuh! There it was. Co-ords checked and my GPSr also agrees that the original co-ords were spot on. A nice spot to visit, TFTC walterhellmut
Captain Terror and I were in Cairns for caching and decided to drop in on this one.
My GPSr had me at an odd position when I arrived at GZ. We expanded our search and scurried about looking the cache. Thankfully, Captain Terror eventually came up with the very well-hidden goods.
I have posted up the co-ordinates that worked for me today (interestingly, the same ones the cache originally had!). TFTC walterhellmut
