Logs
As there has been either no response from the cache owner, no cache to find or log to sign, or it has been a number of months since the last owner note I am archiving this cache to keep from continually showing up in search lists and to prevent it from blocking other cache placements.
If you wish to repair/replace/make available the cache sometime in the near future (next 30 days), just contact a reviewer (by email), and assuming it meets the current guidelines, the reviewer will be happy to unarchive it.
Should you replace the cache after 30 days has passed please create a new cache listing so it can be reviewed as a new cache.

The cache appears to be in need of owner intervention. I'm temporarily disabling it, to give the owner an opportunity to check on the cache, and take whatever action is necessary. Please respond to this situation in a timely manner (i.e., within 30 days) to prevent the cache from being archived for non-responsiveness. If you require more time please be sure to post a note (not an email) explaining the situation and how much more time you require. For ongoing issues please ensure you visit the page and post a note every month or so to keep everyone up to date.

Needs owner intervention.
This place has been underwater as there is a layer of silt covering the whole GZ contour and above. Dangerous trees from the flood are "hung up" and move about at the most obvious tree to GZ. I've been told where to look by a previous finder.
At least could the CO get there to check.

No luck for us today.
I found a spot that matched a previous finders description/hiding place but no cache.
The co-ords are about 10-15 meters out and this place matched this tree and poor c-oords. Needs owner intervention.

Think this one requires some maintenance...a tree has fallen through the large tree at GZ and has done considerable damage, we are quite sure, after an extensive search..that the cache is no longer here.
What a great spot, stayed a while for...second lunch!, ha...shame we couldnt find the cache, did discover some fascinating fungus on GZ though!
Tried this one in the dark..spiders were well out and about..two torches..felt and looked everywhere..except where the cache is it seems..clever hide..we will be back!
Dont know where this one is hiding..searched thoroughly but unsuccessful today..hopefully next time past here it will be light..consoled ourselves over our failure at this one with a great meal at the truck stop in Macksville...we recommend the place!
Tried hard but no lucj today. Shall have another look next time we are passing.
Another cache in another town that Chip once lived in. We avoided the fishermuggles, but they were soon back in their boat and away. I was keen for a swim, but alas time was not on our side.
Cheers

I lived here many moons ago. I enjoyed finding my old house and showing it to Hoojar.
Went for a drive out of Bowraville for some caches and thought we would be able to return via this cache to Macksville. We couldn't get through that way so had to go back through Bowraville and then take the road to Macksville from there and then out to this cache. We certainly didn't mind though - what a magnificent drive. The countryside is lush and beautifully green, the streams and rivers are running, and it all looks wonderful. Thanks Cat and Ian and Kevin for this cache to bring us out this way. We found the cache in a tree hole high above the edge of the river, about level with two thirds of the way down the concrete road on the slope.
This area seems popular with fishermen. A canoe was out with a fisherman in it. Some fishermen were just leaving by car when we arrived. Then a lady arrived by bike exercising her dog. We were able to find the cache between muggles.

Found at 10.05am GAFF3 at a distance of 10 metres. Looks like there has been a tornado that cut a swathe through this whole area just recently. There were fallen trees and branches all over the place. So it was with a bit of trepidation that we started to search as the access was a bit more tricky than first anticipated. Luckily we spotted a bit of blue in the deep recesses of the mozzie infested black hole - and with a lunge into said black hole the box was extracted.
Thanks Ian, Cat and Kevin - still don't know what the avo reference is!
Took a TB out - felt sorry for it.

I'd been watching this cache for a week or so to see if it would be found. We were heading down to the area for a xmas break to catch up with family and thought we would have a look for this one on the way home.
Still no logs this morning before we left so our spirits were high. After an hours drive we arrived at the deserted and very wet park and soon found the cache. I opened the log book to find an entry dated the 2nd of December.
However I believe the entry is that of a muggle as it simply states "I found it, ha ha"
There wasn't a caching name beside the entry either.
There is no entry on geocaching.com so we will claim this as a first to find unless another entry claims it for the 2nd of December.
Makes you wonder how someone would actually stumble across the cache as it is well out of the way of muggles.
This is a great spot, even better if the weather is nice.
