No response from owner. If you wish to repair/replace the cache [red]in the next couple of months[/red], just contact us (by email), and assuming it meets the current guidelines, we'll be happy to unarchive it.
The cache appears to be in need of owner intervention. I'm temporarily disabling it, to give the owner an opportunity to check on the cache, and take whatever action is necessary. Please respond to this situation in a timely manner (i.e., within 30 days) to prevent the cache from being archived for non-responsiveness.
How to really upset a cacher, make them look in a fence in private property for 15 minutes that isn't even there. If a cache has been removed it should be at least made unavailable!
the cache will be offline for a month as i am in japan for this time and have picked up the cache for relocation and will put it back in a month
Found it, but it is on private property. Do you have permission to place it here? If not, like others have said, it needs to be archived or moved. We don't like to pick on other cachers but some hides are just bad and will give the game a bad reputation.

Did not like the position of this one so I did not attempt. Drove away empty handed. Thanks anyway CS.
Did feel a bit conspicuous searching with muggles going past. It wasn't obvious, though, unless you were looking.
This is a bizarre spot for a cache, and not sure of it's longevity, it must be private property, and the bright blue and yellow container is absurd if you expect it to stay hidden. If you really want it to stay hidden you might want to get one of those big bright yellow electronic traffic message signals with an arrow pointing right at it, and hope everyone ignores it like they do on the highway.

We are so close to having 1000 finds that we can almost smell it - so we decided to add a few more caches to our list today. We probably wouldn't have attempted this one if it wasn't for our desire to reach 1000 - we don't like ones hidden on private property with so many possible spying eyes all around. Unless this is your house Cache Scout, we wonder why you would put a cache here? After getting scratched and spiked by the bushes we found the cache. TNLNSL TFTC
Found this whilst doing a caching run for this weeks new caches.
This cache is not in a good place and will give the sport a bad name.
If it is your house you should mention it on the cache page.
If it is not you house and you don't have permission you should archive it.
Even if it is you house the neighbours are going to call the police with all the people coming there.
This is not a good place for a cache and you should think about removing it.

Felt quite strange searching in this location and even stranger when I found the cache just on the other side of the fence. (Good to see by the time I logged this, that you are planning to relocate it)
Thanks.
Thanks.

This took a lot longer than expected because I was well aware of the probability of over-looking muggles and the possibility that the cache is on private property. But when found, it was quickly replaced and I made a quick get-away.
