saw where I think it should've been but nothing there... will be back maybe.
Yep, cache notes had me at 1 tree, but found it at the other. Clever hide.

OWWW caching hurt my head today.... as I wasnt even barking up the wrong tree but looking in the wrong spot!
Shane was on the ball and found the cache while I was feeling sorry for myself. I love finding caches in honour of people. Great to remember Alan, a great tribute to him by MalandDi, interesting to read the history on the plaque.

Took a while to get this one, the notes make you think of one tree and the GPSr takes you toward another. Josie was sure it was under the play equiptment and subsiquently hit her head trying to find something that was just wasn't there
A tear or two may have been shed
Eventually found in exaxtly where it should be
Lesson learned, ALWAYS trust the GPSr.
PS: Someone had left three Shotput balls out by the Shotput concreate pad, so I just had to have a go Great fun

A quick find of a clever cache!!! The "log" was a tiny scrap of paper so we added some more substantial sheets. Thanks Malandi for the hide!
Seems like this cache doesn't want to stay in his place. found on the ground at the location but put back in its rightful resting place.
Thought the cache hole had been muggled but it was on the ground besides it. Put back where it should be, good hide though
All was quiet here this morning and it was nice to be able to wander around without anyone nearby .
TNLNSL.
Checked out the fitness equipment , then it was off to the next one .
Thanks for another one MalanDi.

Found during a day of caching in the western suburbs. Nicely hidden container, much appreciated. Thanks for the cache MalanDi!
#1003 Visiting from Melb and picking up a few caches while here. Very well hidden, a good effort. We appreciate the effort that has gone into it. Thanks MalanDi.
We found a space where it looked like a cache should have been, we found a box on the ground which on closer inspection was a sharp disposal box. Hmmm, no way that would fit in the hide. That's not it...we read the previous log and then Mrs Walenator said "Aha!" having found the cache elsewhere at GZ. We put it where we thought it should have been and disposed of the sharps box. TFTC

We arrived at the GZ and were a little put off by the syringe container lying on the ground and wondering if that was the cache? We soon had found something else that threw us off the track that we thought had to have something to do with the cache but no cache there. Moved to the other side of the tree and picked up something. Bingo the cache it was. We soon came to the assumption that it was definitely in the wrong place so we did what we wouldn't normally to and moved it. Maybe I would suggest the owner come check that we did indeed put it in it's correct hidey hole. TFTH
This was an easy find as it was lying on the ground. Signed and put back to ehat looked liked original spot. With jjh.
ADE11-12. Great little hide here. We had to be a bit careful putting it back. Thanks.

clever caches like this one are the very reason i enjoy caching so much. well done MalanDi.
Reperio:
This was another find today as part of a 24hr caching run that yielded 215 cache finds. Under the cover of darkness, I wandered over to GZ and soon spotted the nicely hidden container. Great to learn about the history behind the name.
Gratias MalanDi.

Always enjoy a clever cache. Mrs TiedyeSmileys was admiring the architecture of the cache and so didn't notice the cache guardian hitch hiker on the cammo she was holding for a couple of seconds. When she did notice the large huntsman running around in her hands the cammo was flung quickly away (surviving the experience intact).
Fun for Mr TiedyeSmileys to watch.

We gave up on this some time ago - and it would seem that it was out of action at the time. Glad we returned when we could see it was back in place - thanks MalanDi
TFTC and what a clever hide indeed! Well Done MalanDi. Great camo. Found with BobGSA on a lovely sunday morning.
WOW, what a great hide.
Not what I was expecting when I was making my way to GZ.
A friendly footy game was keeping all the muggles amused while I slipped in to make the find.
Great work MalanDi.
Cheers and happy caching.

Started Dragon Boat training again nearby so dropped in to see if the footy players were out of bed yet. Luckily they weren't. Nice hide. TNLN.
Great to see this cache is back on line. It would be a shame to see a cache with all these favourite points go to waste.
I did have an 'unfair' advantage though as I had visited GZ before and had previously discovered 'one half' of the camo, so this morning was a quick find for me. Nevertheless, the new camo looks great!
TFTC MalanDi!

Drove past here this morning after discovering one of my nearby caches had gone missing as well. At the time I didn’t realise this cache was disabled. I found the ‘mounting plate’ but of course no cache. Looks like MalandDi have a bit of maintenance work to do in the area as this is about the 4th disabled cache….
As the team who found the cache's hiding spot (and part of it still attached) along with the shredded carcass that was the logbook, we're claiming a find with the owner's permission. We reckon the muggle was probably the same person who owned the butterfly knife that we found (and disposed of) on the way back to the car on the day . Thanks for the bits of cache, and for letting us log the find, MalanDi .
Will check this out on my return at Easter.
Thanks to O'cholio and Everlasting for the notes.

Dropped by for a visit, found the cache mounting hardware (with no container), and the pages of the log scattered all about on the ground. Collected up all the scraps of paper, so you still have an almost intact log.
Brilliant. Loved it. Added as a favourite. Nicely constructed hide. GeoMark did the traditional checks at this type of site, but it was GeoMary that noticed something that 'just didn't look quite right'. TFTCSL.
Co-ords were a bit out... so I went looking for the plaque. This had me doing exactly what the hint told me not to... so I went back and examined the other near GZ a bit closer... and found it.
Very nicely done hide!

Quick walk to GZ and a quick find of a nice camo cache. Mr Jansons, for the third time today, left the writing instrument in the car. Finally learnt his lesson after making the trip back and stuffed a handful of IKEA pencils in his pocket.

Very good, very clever hide. I used to play cricket here when I was a little younger, and it was nice to stop back past. I parked my bike, walked over in one direction, walked in the other direction, back to my bike, and then spotted the cache right next to my bike. On a slightly more novel note, I overtook a Ferrari on my bike on the way to this cache, I felt proud

Nicely constructed camo - but to the experienced cacher's eye, there's something not quite right
An interesting little park, tucked away in here like that.

I came, I cached (+signed), and I left without without a trace. Lovely work and clear skies from TeamAstro.
Very impressive camo - well done! A quick find with the hint - not sure I would have been so fast without it though. TFTC
First cache for the year.
I hope they get easier than having to make two visits because of muggles. An easy find once I had the place to myself

Mr emily~angel found this on a caching run with the McKee Clan and Dennis. TFTC
Today we did a huge challange and achieved 178 caches in a 24 hour period starting at gawler at midnight and finishing at the mclaren vale area 24 hours later. Sweat, blood and laughter was part and parcel to find a cache every 8 minutes for 24 hours. We found this cache and thankyou for making our challange possible. We were assisted in our challange by emily~angel & dennisC52, Thanks guys you did a fantastic job. We had a ball and were very tired in the end, maybe I'll not cache tommorow hahaha.TFTCSL TNLN you should see our track from the GPS 320km driven in total for the day with 185 caches visited.
Find 60 of 178 for the day. Started at Midnight this morning with the Nxy challenge, and continued till midnight tonight in a 24 hour caching hunt with McKee Clan on our bikes, and then joined at 3:30am by Emily~Angel, swapping our bikes for a 4WD, and finishing at Maclaren Vale with 178 finds for the day for McKee Clan and I, and about 120 for Emily~Angel. Had a ball, but was glad to hug the pillow in the end. See the McKee Clan log for more info. SLTFTC.
PS: I'm definately not caching tomorrow!! (I'm paving instead...)

Another clever cache from Mal. I do love your work. A fire engine left the station across the park with lights blazing and sirens screaming. Muggle deflection technique #123.
It's so long ago that I used to play Summer touch on the neighbouring fields and watch the atheletics club go through their paces at the same time.
Had stopped earlier in the week, but with muggles around I left it for today to help fill in a caching calendar hole. Thought I was going to run into council muggles, but they were on the neighbouring cricket field preparing the pitch for the weekend.
A nice quick find and a lovely little hide
Grabbed coin and sat on the convenient gym seat to fill in the log, before continuing the journey to work.

Just another boring day in the office catching up on some work when my husband and I receive an email of a new cache only 800 metres from our office. We both look at each other and say "To the cachemobile" and are rewarded with a FTF! Thanks very much. Great creative hide, has given us some ideas.....left TB (next to the cache) and SL. TFTC.
