It appears that the cache was destroyed last September. The last two found logs are bogus. Finding a hole in the ground doesn't constitute a "Find".
I think we found a hole where the cache should have been.
Unfortunately, I think it might be gone.
Chiefton.

Chiefton.
Couldn't find a thing.. Well only a hole on the ground where I gather used to be GZ..
Reading the previous logs this did not sound good. We could see what was left of the cache so urgent maintenance is required. We signed what we could. TFTC

Today was a pretty chill day, so my parents decided that they will go visit some friends, I decided that there might be a good cache nearby. Found this one in eleven minutes. But it was a good cache for a lovely day. On the other hand this was the first of many caches to help me get a badge for venturers. 11 minutes down 9 hours 49 to go. Thanks for the cache!
Found this with no problem as the top of the cache was uncovered. Signed log then covered back up. TFTC
With no sign of life in any of the nearby houses, it was a quick find of this nice large container. A beautiful sunny day was an ideal time to visit here. Thanks for the cache.
Found with my 2 kids it was our very first find and the kids were so excited and I wrote their names in the note book
This is a fantastic Cache! Thanks heaps for this one. Definitely a favourite for me!
Relatively quick find as cache was exposed. Made a better job of restoring the hide after signing the log.
Great little park found very quick as lid was well visible re covered and I took the TB
Easy find in the public park! All I can say is look down. You look a bit strange to the locals. But oh well
Great cache and hide, we were a bit nervous about this one with so many houses nearby but we managed to find it without any bother. SL.

have the day off work so came on a cache run this is the first easy find had to wait for the dog walkers to go thanks
We had the opportunity to head down to the Penninsula for the Australia Day long weekend.
For January the weather was a very pleasant mid 20's and the caching was brilliant.
So many new caches since the last time we had been over this way. We saw some places we had never been before and some great hides. Thanks to everyone for placing them.
A nice hide and great to see a subdivision with all these public green spaces.

I loved finding all of the caches and seeing some really cool spots.
Thanks to everyone for placing them, and everyone who placed them near playgrounds!

Was a bit exposed again, nice cache though ??, we where going to take the travel bug but decided not to in the end. SL TNLN TFTC !!!!
Decided on a last minute detour on the bikes. Last one for the day. Gps took me stright to it for a change. Was a bit exposed which helped. Wind may have had a hand in it. Never seen one like it before though.
There was no one around when we visited and so the grab was quick and easy. Timing was perfect as several walkers/kids/dog appeared just after the deed was done.
Dropped tb.

A bit of random poking until finally turned our brains on and grabbed the hide. Thanks for the cache.
Out in the area with Pea bear today. Nice easy find & as it was raining quite steadily we sat under the tree to sign log. Next thing a dog came bounding towards us & as my heart was in my mouth it fortunately just licked me all over. Lucky the owner called him off. TFTC
Nice to find a big container, and very well hidden too. Found with Natasha. Were busted my a muggle dog that came out of nowhere. Quickly signed log, then proceeded to walk to car without looking too suspicious to the muggle dog owner. TFTC
Not many muggles about however council worker pulled up at other end of park so we had to be careful. Geodog enjoyed the long walk up to the park. Left a horseshoe.
clever cache spotted it strait away but cleverly camouflaged as it looks like something that's supposed to be there like some form of plumbing great way to finish of an evening of geocaching TFTC
Geokid (5 yrs) found this one and had a ball taking all the stuff out ! Was a great inner suburban cache and very creatively hidden. Filled out the log and put 2 "gold" coins in THTC
I looked for this one for long enough to pick up a big bag of rubbish. it is amazing what rubbish dumps these plantings are. All to no avail. Overnight I decided that I had searched thoroughly so I must be on the wrong track. It took me half a minute to find the cache this morning. Thanks djillasions.
TFTC Took us 3 times because the gps wouldnt settle. It turns out the gps wasnt that far off.
Log bag is broken, and I didnt have a spare to replace it. So is a little damp, but nothing major to worry about.
Took golden sparrow TB. Our first one.

An easy but enjoyable find just around the corner from home.
We were a little nervous of being spotted by muggles, but none seemed to be paying attention.

Found on a cold winters day, we had our Japanese exchange Teacher Ikushi with us who was very interested in Geocaching. We also met Lachlan who is the cache owners son aparently, he helped Emily find the very interesting cache container. Thanks for bringing us to this nice spot.
Found 12:30, after a brief search. I have no idea how we missed this one on our last visit [B)]

How brave to put a cache in that spot! Good one and damp weather seemed to keep muggles away.
Find # 3615 and 2nd of the day @ 11:22 am. Out caching for the day accompanied by Feathertop in the Hastings area. Nice hide. TNLN, Left my mark in the log, Thanx Djillusions24....
This was a well constructed and unusual hide on our morning in the area. I stumbled across it whilst we were waiting for the GPS to make up its mind.
Nice day for caching down here too
Thanks

Fekx and I decided on a day of caching in the direction of Mornington and beyond. I was on the look out for old and unloved caches and had found a few down that way that fit the bill. Even thought the weather was rainy and grey we both had a good day finding caches.
Our last cache for the day, we decided on this one because it is a large and as all little boys like a large cache, Fekx was keen to get this one on the way back to town. We had little trouble with the hunt and Fekx had soon found the cache. The caches hall of trackables are all missing from the cache.
Thanks for the cache djillusions24.

The kids and I had not alot to do this mother's day weekend so I decided we would spend the night in Hastings and do some caching in the area. The kids were so excited they eached packed a full suitcase each for just one night away, but at least I knew we had plenty of spare clothes just in case we had to walk through water, got muddy, dusty (not with all that rain) or even sandy. It was a great weekend away with the kids and we had a lot of fun. We collected a few caches and built some sand castles here and there. Thanks for this cache.
Found during a post MEGA cache raid of the area. Had to wait a while to grab this one as a young muggle was within view TFTC.
This was, cache # 47 of 53 finds for the day, in the company of Everlasting on a trip down the peninsula to do the Jack Speak series and other cache in the area. My thanks to djillusions24 for the cache.
Rebel Acts find it and no trackables there??? Nice park area... Signed the log. Thanks djillusions24.

Together with Liz and Bruce, we had a day on the ‘other’ side of the bay. This was one of the many other caches that popped into range as we endeavoured to conquer the Jack Speak series in one day.

Not having visited the Mornington Peninsula before we were excited when Phetlern suggested a caching day in this locality. We made an early start and caught the 7am ferry and booked our return on the 7pm ferry. If little is achieved without enthusiasm - we were not going to fall into that category. We had our list organized (most of them walenators caches) and came prepared to do as many of the Welcome to and Jack Speak caches as we could. The weather was not too kind but again enthusiasm did not wane and we ventured into the rain. Luckily several of the caches were under trees. The afternoon saw the sun shining down on our activities. What a beautiful area this is to cache in. Thanks djillusions24 for the neat hide.

Find # 1525
Another fine Autumn morning and time for a traditional caching run with my caching partner in crime sedgwickDave. The plan was to head towards Hastings grabbing some caches on the way. I had just taken possession of a new Garmin Montana 650T gpsr and was very keen to test it out.
I had attempted this cache in the past, almost a year ago but came up empty handed. This time with the eagle eye of Dave we managed to find the container quite quickly.
Thanks to djillusions4 for the cache. Took TB

Today was on another epic cache run with best mate ahomburg with our intention to clear out the remaining unfound caches in the Hastings and surrounding areas. This run resulted in 33 finds and 3 DNFs for me a new record for number of finds for " a non-power trail" run in a single day.
A very nice hide this one but spotted quickly once at GZ was a little exposed. Left with some more camo so can't be seen so easily. Discovered TB
TFTC walenators, great series

Second find of the day on my "Leap Year Day' caching outing. Found in the company of muggle family members. Youngest one was a bit disappointed because I had told her there was a playground ( I hadn't realised it was an open space play area). No one around this afternoon although a few dog walkers arrived as we returned to the car. Nice hide and youngest member took a highlighter pen. Left a small box and toy animal. Collected a TB and left a TB that I brought back from the UK. He's a lot closer to his destination now as he wants to go to Coodgee Beach Sydney. Thanks for the unusual hide.
met the owners of this cache playing in the park, who were absolutely delightful & extremely well-mannered. left tow truck took eraser. Added bonus was my compass reading tutorial from the kiddies! much obliged. SL cheers
I was surprised to find such a big cache! It stuck out a bit like the proverbial, and so I was also surprised it hasn't been compromised. Covered it up better. TFTC
oooh wow soo nice to find something interesting. Dropped off Tb and picked up TB
2nd visit, coords are spot on, just couldn't think outside the box enough! Thanks for the hint Mrs Walenator! Thanks for the cache!
