Logs
I've decided to archive our first ever cache - as a kids park has popped up right near GZ.
Haven't forgotten this one - just been lots of other stuff happening lately! Will hunt around for the type of container I'm looking for and get it replaced in the next week or so hopefully!
Out for a run this morning and checked up on this one - yes it's gone.
Will disable while I work out a replacement.

Not claiming as a did not find as by the photos and the large hole I'd say we found where it was. That being the case, it was dark - but I'd suggest it's been muggled. For lots of reasons - perhaps being so close to an Age Care facility these lot may have too much time to take notice of what's going on. It may been a move / replacement / change or location. Suggest the owner may need to check - but I'd say it's gone.
Finally! A quick find this time, after failure for two years running --- when the GPSr had me out in the "scrub". Glad to have this off my DNF list! Yay! Thanks for the cache.
In Brisbane on a course for work, but primarily work in the Pilbara WA and live in the Hunter Valley NSW. Ducked out to grab a couple the sarv’s after I finished. Nice easy find. I like them one's. TFTC.
Finished off all the caches in our area today (Algester/Parkinson/Calamvale). Unfortunately someone has been muggleing AussieGirlz' caches and reduced our number of finds. We came to this micro, read the clues, found the fence and thought it would be easy. Search and searched with no luck. [?] Then it dawned on me...try the other fence. Quick grab and we were gone. Silly Rabbit.
Nice little area, shame about the litter in the water. We spotted two water dragons today. A nice quick one. This one boosted us a bit as we have been having problems doing some of the other nearby caches with co-ordinates.
A little old lady was watching us from her back yard,
we had to wait a little while before she went back inside
& then a quick search & snavelled it. TFTC cheers.

Not too many lakes here, and no dragons that I could see (probably didn't look hard enough)
I did find a cache secured away though, so that made up for all the rest.
Thanks, Robmc.

# 1049. Have just been reading many of the previous logs and I am surprised that we found this one at all, let alone quite quickly. I went with the hint and think I came up with the goodies here. Tin was nicely tucked away and with so many coordinate changes hopefully it has settled into one hidey hole now rather than continually moving all over the place. TFTC
A quick find today in the company of BettyBoo and Robmc. We were working our way through this area and this cache was one of many completed.
Thanks DRML

Out and about with Geodaughter (Ally-Searching & her muggle friend) today
We had spotted this one last weekend but didn't have a scribe (& Ally-Searching wanted to show here friend about finding caches..)
So onto the bikes today and we cycled up here
Quick retrieval, sign & replace effected and we headed along the byways

Damn, I just realized the co-ords had changed! My gps had the old ones.
No luck here for me.
No luck here for me.
dropped in and replaced the log on this today.
Took a fresh reading of the co-ordinates as well and have updated them.

CAche had moved a little from where it was first placed, but I think it's in a better spot now anyway!

Found this one with a bit of luck. We read the previous log's and looked at the photo spoiler and decided to move it closer to where we thought the photo looked. If DRML wants to check on the cache I will be more than happy to show you where it is and where we found it. TFTC DRML. Lets hope there will be more finds now than DNF's.
We checked all the logical spots but the last hider may have upset the intended placement.
Between the local muggles and the last finder placing it somewhere other than where it was found I guess this DNF comes as no suprise. Might need a visit by the owner to get things on track. I'll be back another day.
We had all headed north for a home schooling workshop and there are lots of of caches up here we haven't found so when Geo Mum said she would stay and I could go find some I was off like a shot out of a barrel.
I searched around for ages at this one even did a bit of Trash Out from the drain and had all but given up when I spotted something in the grass.
I was plesantly surpirsed to find I had indeed found the wayward container.
I placed it where I would have put it if it was mine but on returning home to log the find I read the previous notes and the spoiler photo and found that it may have not been where the CO wanted it to be.
I believe I placed it very close to the GZ coords but if the CO would like to check it too see if they are happy with the placement obviously I have no problem with that.

Thanks DRML Please contact me if you need further info

Out for a really big day caching with Censations in Karawatha forest. Over the course of 15 and a half hours we managed about 25kms on foot (17 within Karawatha forest bounds), 42 caches and NO DNFs - gotta be happy about that. Legs are tired now, but what better way to keep fit?
Upon arrival at GZ we were surprised to read that DRML's coords may not be spot on - odd we thought, and a short look at where GPSr wanted to go revealed that we might try the alternates ... oh hang on, what about somewhere like here?
Yep, there it is, not magnetic in any manner we could tell, but all good.
Thanks guys.

Out caching with Pprime. This was cache No. 33 for me. It sure wasn't magnetic from what I could tell but we found it. Cache still good.
Read the logs before leaving home, so had a good idea where it would be

Gps was WAY out.... Went to location given by previous cacher and it was quickly in hand.... Not magnetic though.. Tftc
Out for a big day on the geobike today.
Like previous finds it was about 15m out from GZ. I returned it to where I found it because it would be pretty obvious to anyone going past if it was where I think it should of been.
All well with the cache.

Found immediately because it was uncovered and lying in my path! I tried to make it fit more snugly into where it now seems to live and applied more camo, but I fear for its life if there should be substantial rain soon. TFTC DRML.
I searched a long time, read the preavious logs and try to find it like the previous users did. But I was not successful. When it started to rain, I stopped my search. Maybe the container is gone.

Uncle_Andy and I spent a good while looking for this one. After reading through previous logs and trying the revised coordinates posted by others we still didn't manage to find it. Wondering if this one has been muggled, will add it to the watch list.
Well the GPSr had me all over the place here, but after thinking about the attachment method, I soon found the logical place!!
Thanks DRML, nice local park!

Thanks for the cache found @ 11.25am. Sneaky one....not being used as a maganet...found in the ground. Muggle cooking sausages...was almost lunch time.
11.25am. Took a while as the coords are a bit out. Cache is not attached by magnet and is almost underground.
Thank you. David.
Thank you. David.
I too found the co ords out but the hint a previous logs made the find quite straight forward. TFTC
Found by Sunshine Toledo and Jinga2 at 10:00am. The co-ords were only out by about 3 metres and the cache is not using its magnets so it may have suffered with Cache-creep. The cache though is in good condition. TFTC
This one had me all over the place this afternoon
GPS wouldn't settle down
Tried posted & alternate co-ords as per logs
Looked here there & obviously not quite everywhere cause I didn't find the thing...
Will be back soon for a second try...

Stairman1 and I arrived at GZ today without geodog . We had been on a big bushwalk this morning and geodog was at home having a rest. Just as well. We came across some ducks at the GZ which geodog loves to chase. Anyway we started our search at the co-ordinates listed and we came up empty handed. We went through the old logs which indicated the co-ordinates may be out. After a widened search, the cache was located. Co-ordinates out some 13 metres. TFTC
Had to widen the search quite a bit for this one. Our co-ords for the find were. S27 37.734 E153 01 395 out by around 13 metres or so. Log book was a bit tattered as well and could probably do with some tlc.

Searched and searched everywhere....checked several steel posts for magnetic cache but nothing.
Found the cache sitting on the ground in the open, but I guess not many people walk into this area so not a high muggle factor. Had to wait for nearby neighbours to stop chatting in their back yards before I could approach GZ, then there it was. It appears to have lost it's magnetism for some reason! SL. TFTC DRML
Found it No. 3665 ... quick find, container was full of ants and the log book was wet ... TNLN ... TFTC
Relogging this under individual account, previously a member of Gaz'n'Kab account.
Cache was easily seen as we approached GZ, cleared out the ants and SL. Placed cache back just in time before some muggles came through the park.

2nd to last one for the day, this cache needs some attention. Log is wet and the ants have made themselves a nice home in the container.

Hi DRML
This cache needs a little TLC. The log is wet and there are ants living in the container.

All 3 GPSrs today showed GZ to be about 15m from posted coordinates (see Fangsoki's coords). The ants have made a nest of this cache. TFTC DRML
Well Lokipagan (well Loki) found the cache which was now home to an ant's nest. After cleaning it up getting rid of the ants, we found the contents to be in good condition. We all (Fangsoki, Lokipagan and I) found the coordinates to be out by at least 15m. Fangsoki's and my coordinates were pretty much the same.
Thanks
Thanks
Silly me barrelled into the bush without checking the terrain rating on this one. Lokipagan, Totalube, and I re-grouped in a more likely area and found the cache.. full of ants! Totalube evicited the blighters and we signed the log. It seemed to be in good condition other than the ants. A nice area. I added the co-ords that worked for me. TFTC DRML
Was raining a lot today, had just left the path and watching where my feet were going and looked right at cache. The GPS said I was still some metres away though. Made sense when I read description. Had a walk around the park and splashed in the puddles afterwards. TFTC.
had no luck with this one today even with the previous logs i checked out where i thought there may be a cache but still no joy any hints??
Thanks DRML.
Thanks DRML.
My GPS really didn't want to settle for this one so I gave it up and went freelance. With the description given, there was only a few options at GZ. Naturally, I tried all the wrong ones before I hit the mark... I grabbed the coin while there.
Cheers DRML.

FOund easily along with geohubby. Easy find despite the neighbour maybe spotting our torch light!
Now off to our next find - 11,800km away!!!!

Quick visit really early this morning. Found the cache easily and left the "Neighbourly Ned" geocoin. Signed the log and set of for the other side of the world .
Gold gold ftf today, nice park and walk on path to gz found it but diff 14m from gz .... Wow cute duck on lake thanks
Had the grandsons with me for a "close to home" hunt.
Only a short walk to GZ and the cache was in the first place we looked.
The coordinates were a bit out but the hid spot was obvious.
A lovely little park area.
