This geocacher reported that this geocache should be archived. A community volunteer reviewer has been notified.
Solved yesterday and popped down this morning on the off-chance that the construction had finished and by miracle the cache was still there.
Major construction continues at this site and it is wildly unlikely the cache has survived.
I don't think this CO is maintaining their caches anymore so in that case, this cache should be archived.

We were with a previous finder that confirmed this cache is no longer reachable due to the construction in the area.
I dont think it is still there. The are around GZ looks a lot different now than 2 months ago...

There's construction currently in the GZ area today, and the last find was 6 months ago so nothing to go off. Not sure if the tree-cutting team is temporary, but might come back another day for this one.
Nice multi. Found with Lancefieldexpress whilst on a shore visit in Auckland. Quick grab.. needs maintenance as unable to write on log due to dampness. TFTC
Calculated multi just fine and then went for a stroll to GZ. People are gross- it's not hard to put rubbish in a bin. Couldn't sign log because it was so wet as the bottom piece is missing TFTC
Out today with Urbangypsynz and Gorby collecting cache's around town. Managed to solve the equation without too much trouble. Found GZ and replaced the very wet log.
Last cache for the day! Starting to get tired now, there are many caches to log so it was an amicable agreement to call it a day. We nutted out the numbers then high tailed it to the final. I can't believe the quantity of the rubbish we saw over the fence, I reckon 50 rubbish bags might just clean all of this up, shame on the ones who have done this! Thanks Urbangypsy and Aiden today for your company, it has been a great day of caching, and bumping into the other cachers was an added bonus.
Now, we are back at home and write logs... This mulĀ“ti was a find without any problems and the log book was signed successfully. Thank you and greetings from Germany.
A quick trip to Auckland this weekend and a day set aside for caching with tmann421.
We collected the final co-ords and a quick stroll to the final. Thanks to the hint it was a quick find. Lot damp and base of cache missing.

TFTC - I took a photo of WP1 last week while visiting another cache, and this morning I did the calculations before my lunchtime walk. Interesting spot, but disgusting how much rubbish there is around the FINAL location.
I spent an enjoyable four weeks in New Zealand. I saw a lot of beautiful natural sites. On the way back from south to north, I found this cache. Thanks for the cache, greetings from Prague.
#3261 - After findind the clues for this one we headed of down the hill, finding it full of students we waited to pounce. Find the cache was easy but there is alot of rubbish here, yuck!

The calculations were made few days before when visited the posted coords to take a nearby cache.
Thought to take this today to keep the daily streak on.
A nice walk for Mr.S at lunch time. Final coords were bit off, but managed to find the cache with the help of obvious hint. Log is bit damp.

Had the necessary information randomly captured on a photo when I walked the city some days before. I did my math during todays breakfast and vistited GZ afterwards. No problems with muggles and i quickly found the cache. Thanks for this nice multi and greetings from Vienna, Austria,

Bertie, Geocchi and I started this one before going to visit 'a night among the dead' on a hot wet night with our 2 terriers. The Irish terrier is often mistaken for an Airedale. Hint helped enormously as we didn't want to spend too long searching amongst truckloads of student debris and waste. Tftc!
out night caching with Bertie and Pazza and our two geodogs. nice multi cords out but good hint and no

It was a dark and stormy night, which was quite fortunate, as we were able to use our umbrellas to shield us from the view of the never ending stream of students going back & forth. Good hint - made it a fairly quick find. Tftc:)
Was down in Wellington for a few days, and decided that I'd make an extra long weekend of it and transfer a rental car back to Auckland and cache along the way. Unfortunately for the rental agency that ment nearly tripling the km's they thought I'd put on it!
With the rental car company only giving me 48 hours to get the car to Auckland a little bit of planing was needed to maximise what I wanted to accomplish, and with only a few DNF's it turned out to be a very successful trip. So a big thanks to everyone who had placed caches along the way, and for showing me some great sight's along the way.
Day 3: Hamilton to Auckland to drop of the rental.
Having dropped off the rental the next part of the mission was to head down to the viaduct to catch a bus back to Hamilton. So why not grab a couple more finds. No troubles getting the required info to make some coords which looked good, a short walk to GZ and even though there was a few muggles about a good clue allowed for a nice quick find. The log book has seen better days so some TLC might be need.

A long time in the planning but this "once in a lifetime" holiday has finally come to fruition and will see us travelling around as much of New Zealand as we can manage in six weeks. This is not a caching trip, Yvonne doesn't participate but she does tolerate, so I hope to pick up a few here and there. And it's great to get away from the English Winter!
Day 1
We arrived early afternoon, severely jet lagged but determined to stay awake until a reasonable hour, Mind you, this was probable not the best condition in which to tackle a trio of Multis....
My third and final cache. The information was soon collected and the final co-ordinates carefully calculated and checked. At GZ the GPS was showing maybe 40 feet away but the hint is nice and specific the the hiding spot obvious when you get to it.
BaSHful.

An expedition was planned, and about 15 of us decided to come into town for a new night cache. Decided to find this after the night cache, and after doing a couple of others nearby.
A couple of our group had solved this previously, so off we all traipsed to find the final. It took a while, as there was a bit of confusion about the final coords, but we got there in the end, although we did have to politely ask a couple of muggles to move.... and explain about geocaching!
Log signed and replaced. Shame that cache is missing some of it's camo, and that there was a fair bit of rubbish around! Still, thanks for the cache!

I had solved this a while back using Google maps and found it tonight with a group of cachers. The two men drinking beers in front of the cache provided excellent camo until they were introduced to Geocaching by one of the team and helped us find it. Group logged as TeamSEAC.
Out on a team expedition tonight to find get an FTF on a nearby cache. Well, we couldn't travel all the way into the city and not do a few more, I mean, it would be rude not to. Anyway, one of the members had solved this multi earlier so off we went.
As a teram, we were all searching for the log in the general vicinity of GZ. I must have been the furthest away when the cache was actually found, but when I go there, there were two muggles there who had been sitting in front of GZ drinking beers. They were promptly introduced to Geocaching while the log was signed as Team S.E.A.C. before it was replaced. Then onto our last cache of the night.

Found with team S.E.A.C. It turned out that a couple of muggles were sitting right in front of the cache having a late night drink. Both muggles were students from overseas. So instead of avoiding them I recruited them to help find the final rock. Introduced them to the team. We may have two new geocaching converts. Thanks for the cache
Was part of "Team SEAC" doing some caches tonight.
Took us a while to find the GZ, as the person who had solved it had the co ords wrong :-p

Found as part of Team S.E.A.C. Took a bit of time to locate thanks to co-ord confusion and muggles but a search along the fence-line soon revealed a likely candidate (thanks to the muggles helping us search). Log was soon signed & replaced and then it was time to face that hill ...
Was in the area with EIR-0T and a few other cachers to complete a newly published night cache with a few children given no school the next day, and we decided to take a look around the area and located this cache as a doer... had to wait for some visitors to move on to make the final find, but a nice hide nun the less.

A group of us (14) were in the area to get the near by night cache. We decided not to waste the trip into the city so came and found this cache. Interesting find as a couple of guys were sitting right at the final having a drink. We explained to them what geocaching is all about. A lot of laughs. Signed as SEAC

TFTC
Was part of Team SEAC. After wandering along the fence line, a call was made that the cache had been found at the other end of the fence to where I was looking. Alot of fun. TFTC
Found it as part of Team SEAC. We were searching up and down the fence line before we realised that some muggles were sitting pretty much on top of the cache. So we had to politely ask them if we could search next to them and then explain what geocaching was Such a shame that residents seem to be using the area as a dumping ground. TFTC!
Decided to go into town today as parking would be easier than during the week. It didn't take too long to get the info needed and a nice quick find at the final. The cache is missing it's base but all was nice and dry. A shame about all the rubbish on the other side of the fence, looks like a Cito is needed around here.
Cache container is missing its lid and moisture has gotten into the logs. They are soaked and need replacing.
When I was here two weeks ago I made the mistake of noting the stairs and not the stars which meant the co-ords were out. Came again yesterday but there were workers right in front of the building. Third time lucky right . So this time I carefully read the question and did the calculations before wondering on to the final.... 9.45am is close to last check out time so was a bit busy but managed to make it look like I was waiting for someone.
Logs are soaked and the lid of the cache is missing. Needs some TLC from CO.

Greetings from Wellington. Found on a trip to see one of my favourite bands. Despite being in Auckland for less than 24 hours, still managed to find time for a bit of geocaching.
My first set of coordinates were on top of a high-rise building. Re-checked my math and found a small error and far more reasonable coordinates. Straight forward find at GZ. TFTC.

Neat hiding spot, log book soaking wet. This cache needs maintenance urgently!!!!Tftc
Had figured out the location months ago and finally had the time to pick this cache up!
busy location but easy find! Log book is soaking wet and in bad condition, added an extra slip but I think maintenance would be needed as the lid is missing

Needed two more Multis for the GIO LL Stage 3 Challenge I am doing and this one was a nice quick second for me this morning. Google Maps was my friend so solved this last night and went straight to the final for a quick find this morning. The bottom of the cache is missing and the log is damp but still managed to sign and rehide. TFTC
We did a quick calc at WP1 and set off for GZ. Our numbers had us in the middle of the road, but close enough as we had found the hint item and had the cache in hand quite quickly
The puzzle had been figured out some time ago, but needed a nice quiet day to do some fosicking. TFTC.
Have figured out the puzzle and pretty sure my coordinates are correct, lol it puts me 50 meters from where I live just down the road, but extremely high muggle area at final location so havent quite found it yet but have general idea of where it might be.

Solved this a whole ago but never got round to getting the cache. Interesting area that I didn't know existed. It is indeed in need of a CITO, but the fencing makes it difficult. How any beer cans there were! Wandered up and down the fence while totally missing the rock of interest for ages! Finally located the rock, looked once, didn't feel nothing. Just when I was about to give up, I saw something, and so, the cache was there. Nice hide! Good to have it as my 100th find! Thanks!

Up from small town Waikato to the big smoke for a few days with a day to geocache. Its a different beasty up here in terms of navigation I can tell you. Found this eventually but thought I was in another (3rd world) country for a bit. Tftc.
Muggles who didn't want to leave the area were my main challenge today. Oh, and now also a pen which isn't working! TFTC
Nice multicache. It was no problem to answer the questions and to calculate the final coords. When we arrived to the GZ, we had to search for a little while, but because of the great hint we soon found the box and could sign the logbook. Nice hide-out.
Thanks for the cache.
Thanks for the cache.
Nice cache, the hint was great. And we liked the funny looking houses, that called themselves "VIP".
Great area, which we enjoyed. Until we realized we had to get back up

Got the co-ords a while ago. Finally had time today to grab the cache with a friend. Nice camo, but I think one of the snaps keeping the lid in place is falling off. CO might want to check on this. TFTC.

Found at the first attempt on a cool blustery afternoon. Log a little damp but otherwise all good.
Found the required information easily. Got to gz and it was teeming with muggles. Coordinates took me to the middle of road so didn't want to have a full on search.
Back today and although there were a few people around I managed to find the item in the hint immediately so the cache was in hand shortly after. Found gz to be off by about 11m. Area could do with a cito too. Cache nice and dry.
Thanks for bringing me here.

I solved this one from Wellington a few months ago, but this was the first time I've had the chance to go for it. I think I may have made a slight miscalculation as my final was nothing but rubbish. I had given up and was heading back when I spotted the hint object. A quick hint and the cache was in hand. TFTC
We stayed in Auckland on our holiday tour through NZ. Computed the final coordinates and found this box during a sight- and cacheseeing walk through town.

A quick work out of the coords but found workers at GZ. About to call it but continue down the lane to have a look and found cache was away from them. Interesting area with hidden away shops.
MY first NZ multicache so i could get the souvenir, nice and easy find with the clue. TFTC!
Wait, what? Two easy multi-caches within a short distance of where I work and I have not logged them? How could this be? Well today I have rectified that situation. I had some time to kill before the shops opened this morning so naturally the best way to do this was to cache. I looked on my GPS and off I headed. The Co-ords were quickly worked out, but when arriving near GZ my GPS was all over the show so I decided to use the hint and after a quick look around there it was. TFTC #240
After 2 DNFs, I liked the look of this one's hint, and it was within a km, so wandered over. Should have checked the location more closely 'cos I went to the wrong end of Airedale street, and it's quite a long walk up that hill. Still, solved the puzzle, and off to the final, which was easily found. Thanks for the cache.
This was a team effort with kiwicampnut and RuruNZ. A great wee hide. Thanks for the fun of the cache.
Conference is over now to locate the final resting place of this cache. Had the co-ords worked out yesterday but no time to go and find. Just as well we took the car as my lungs and legs would be screaming at me by the time I'd done the walking up / down that street. Well that Terrier didn't get the better of us and a very good team effort to locate and sign the log. Now heading to the airport for flight home (or maybe a couple more on the way)!
Got the coords last night, then to the final this afternoon.
Group effort quickly had this in hand.
Bit of a CITO possibility here...
Thanks.

Made the required calculations and then approached GZ the long way. Lots of muggles coming and going on a week day, but eventually got an opportunity to search and the cache was found. Thanks again for the hide.

Took a detour from the road, thought I could cut through some of the buildings, but no! had to go the long way. Approached GZ unsure if I had done the calculations correctly. Suprisingly a very busy place. Looked at various places suggested by the hint, as GPS was having a few issues (or was it the user?). Rechecked an area I had searched and found what I was looking for. Yeah! Thanks for the hide a and bringing us here.

Collected and calculated the information's for GZ a while ago but at my last visit the stream of muggles defeated me. Today it seemed a little bit calmer which gave me some time to retrieve the container . TFTC
I arrived in Auckland around midnight after a 27 hour trip from Denmark. I expected that the day would be more or less ruined by jet lag (given the 12 hour time difference between Denmark and New Zealand), but for some reason I felt surprisingly awake, and I enjoyed having all day for geocaching (and for enjoying the nice summer weather, which is much more pleasant than the weather home in Denmark!)
The main goal of the day was a visit in the One Tree Hill area, which is the title of one of my favorite songs by U2. When planning my trip to New Zealand I noticed this name and thus got an explanation for the song title. I also learned, that the tree is no longer there, but nevertheless the area is worth visiting!
On my walk towards One Tree Hill I also passed through other nice areas of Auckland, including Auckland Domain and Cornwall Park.
This cache was found at 17:16 after returning to downtown from One Tree Hill.
Thanks for the hide and greetings from Denmark!

Solved the puzzle yesterday on way to work and cache in hand this morning on way to work. Tried putting the new co-ordinates in my phone app told me I was 8153km away, lol think I need some more training in this area, used google maps and the clue for an easy find. Beautiful building and cahe site not previously known to me tftc
Almost missed this one. Great spot. Great hidey cache. Inside is getting a bit moist
Very well camouflaged, didn't expect the lengths people go to hide their caches.
Nice one, but even early morning, it was Muggle City...although most of them seemed more interested in their 'Pot Noodles and 'Cigarettes'...'log full, and a bit damp...needs replacement, which I didn't have on me sorry....cheers V.

After having done the nearby 'Within Reach' I walked across the street to WP1. After having done the calculations, checked the outcome, adjusted the calculation and getting a more reasonable result, I set off across the road. Came to the calculated location where just then a roadside assistance vehicle pulled up to help a stranded driver. Managed to pass them unnoticed and soon found the cache.
The log strip is damp and mouldy, and is almost falling in pieces.

Came and found the waypoints on Tues but due to a small inputting error, discovered we were looking in completely the wrong place. Went to the right location on Thurs but a muggle was sitting chain-smoking directly on GZ. So FINALLY on Friday, swung by again, the coast was clear this time and nabbed this one. TFTC
A nice quick puzzle and then a short walk to GZ. The area was a little busy with passing student muggles but there was plenty of time to search. I quickly located GZ and picked up an object that matched the hint only to be disappointed. However, after a more thourough search the cache was in hand. TFTC
Had no problems doing the necessary calculations, but my GPS was having trouble settling down. Saw what I thought was a rock, but on my first look couldn't see anything. There seemed to be muggles sitting around in their cars today. I realised I must have been looking in the right spot originally, and on my second attempt, grabbed the cache while muggles weren't looking. Liked the camo. Next had to wait for a good time to replace it. TFTC
Was here 2 weeks ago but 2 muggles were hanging around GZ with a coffee and no intention of leaving.
Back in the area today and the cache quickly found.

Having a day in Auckland I spend some time in the CBD and did sightseeing by Geocaching.
GZ was calculated quick. Then at GZ it was a bit weird based on several awkward people passing by and me sitting some minutes in such a place. Fortunately I was able to discover the box quick and sign the log. It was a bit damp but still in good condition.

After DNFing on nearby multi, I discovered I was at GZ for this cache, so gave this one a go. Sadly, what goes down must go back up, such is the way walking around Auckland. Thanks for the cache.

We collected the information for this multi some time ago, but we had to abandon looking for the final due to muggle issues at GZ. We had always meant to come back and look for the final one day and finally got around to it this morning - no problems with muggles this time and we quickly found the cache at GZ - a nice hide! Thanks for the multi!

After completing the other multi nearby, trotted on over to start this multi. Did the maths, did the WP, looks likely, so off we trotted to GZ. Loved looking at all the buildings as we walked. Made a quick find. TFTMC very enjoyable.
During a sunny afternoon we managed that fantastic tiny multi and found the final very easily. The final could be a bit off from the coordinates which you get from the first stage but to get precise coordinates at that place is quite difficult too we guess. Thanks for the cache.
