Found while visiting and spending the night in Cooryong. Thank you for placing and maintaining this cache for our enjoyment.
With the Monday of the long weekend off, I decided to head over to Wagga for the CITO. The area was looking much better when we finished. After the clean-up, DSD and I decided on going for a big caching day trip. The trip saw us driving to Corryong via Tumbarumba on the way there. On the way back to Wagga, we decided to follow the river and go via Holbrook. The loop was approximately 380km. It was a very nice scenic drive which for most of the trip, neither had driven along before. So a few new LGAs for us and we also got to meet, The Man from Snowy River. It was a great trip and of course we found as many caches as possible along the way. Most the caches we found were quick finds and were signed as: JM & DSD. To end the day, we also managed a FTF on a new cache in Wagga. Thanks to DSD for letting me tag along. One last thing, with todays finds I have broken my previous biggest year and its not even December yet. TB visit. A big thanks to the CO for adding this cache to game for the Geocaching community to enjoy. TFTE & TFTCs!
Went out this morning to Cudgewa to plan a few things for my geokids upcoming birthday, and with a souvenir up for grabs currently I decided to detour on the way back to Corryong for a cache. What a beautiful little spot this is! I did need a leak before coming here however glad I did not as 1 car did pass me while I was stopped here! TFTC!Edited to add: turns out the souvenir is only for attending a event..but was still a good excuse to get another smiley!
Nice fresh running water. Another bridge find on our detour home from Colac Colac Caravan Park.
I really did need a Leake but this definitely wasn't the right place to go. But we did locate the cache quickly after we had a look around. Beautiful little spot on the river. Thanks for bringing us here. TFTC!
On our way to Colac Colac caravan park for the night. Everywhere is so wet and boggy after all the rain we have had.
Quick find on the way back to our cabin. Very slippery track with the rain and heavy machinery driving over it.

A wet day and a bit of flooding never stopped a geocache find thanks for the hide
Leakes Road has a closed sign but as I was only going 200 metres up the road I thought I would had a look. Although fire all around here this one was all good.

Suscoe decided to have a big day out today with a trip to Corryong and back to Albury. Over 300 kms of travel on a glorious day. it got to 27 degrees as we wandered the roads of this area.
We were able to glimpse the Alps twice and there was still quite a bit of snow up there, it looked beautiful with the sun shining on the snow.
This part of the country is looking splendid at the moment with green everywhere we looked.
Thanks to The Britto's for this hide.
All good here today.

A 3 day circuit from Canberra, to Jindabyne, to Khancoban, to Walwa, to Wodonga and back to Canberra to find a few specific high D/T caches, picking up a few others on the way.
After an epic overnight adventure on Davis Plain Track to find a couple of high DT caches, I headed for 'Up the Bluff', with a few quick stops on the way. I then headed for 'Pine Mountain' with a couple more quick stops. Cache easily found. TFTC.

Out and about on our way to visit Tintaldra. Lovely little spot by river but as it is going to be 43 today we kept moving. TFTC.
While away on a group motorcycle ride in Victoria's North East, I continued my geocaching, picking up this one. tftc.
Heading away for a few days with my non caching hubby and while caching isn't the main objective, I will try a make the most of any I finds along the way, that hubby is happy to stop for. We are going to try a bit of rough camping in a swag, rather than our caravan or motor home, getting back to nature.. With no set plan but taking the opportunity to grab a few finds along the way as we weaved our way down the back tracks, heading across to Corroyong. Interesting to see the different agriculture, crops and landscapes along the way and it is so very lush at present, when other areas are very very dry.
We made some great discoveries, clever hides and generally enjoyed the caches we found, which took us to some interesting places, which we wouldn't probably see if it wasn't for caching. Hubby enjoyed the weekend and even found the odd cache. We had a few good laughs along the way.
A quick find down another green lined, country road.
Thanks The Britto's for placing the cache for us to find and doing the maintenance to keep it in play.

We came out to run a few errands and decided to grab a few caches on our way back to camp. Thanks.
Was unfortunate that the cache name referred to the road location not a loo!
However had a very nice quick park and grab.

Heading off on a weeks holiday in the High Country and an overnight stop in Corryong planned. We stopped and collected some caches along the road as we head to Tintaldra and back to Cudgewa.
A nice easy find here, so thanks for the placement.

I came into Corryong to meet some friends and camp at the Man from Snowy River bush festival. Today was the day to drive home, so I collected a few caches along the way. Thanks for the cache TB's
**# 15433** Found on a fine sunny Sunday arvo while visiting in Tumba.
Top day for a drive down to Walwa and back the other way.
Perfect weather and not many muggles around.
There is a nice hairy 8-legged guardian living on the cache too.
Thanks for the cache The Britto's,

Yay!! We found the cache. We have spent numerous afternoons here fishing the day away - back when we were muggles. So funny to think it's been here all this time. Thanks for the cache
With Markndee. A nice play on words to fit in with the locale. Mr harrowang just happened to have his fishing rod on hand, so wet the line a few times. The carp were just playing at the edge of the river amongst the reeds and were not at all interested in what mr harrowang had to offer. SL at 5.15pm TNLN. We filled in the last line on the log sheet so Dee supplied a nice new decorated sheet to record future visits. #3447 TFTC The Britto's
Yes, that's right we were there, I found the cache and we saw Mr Harrowang's efforts ignored by the local carp who were busy enjoying the glorious mud! SL cleaned things up. TFTC
[:(!] Thanks for an awesome effort.

Another quick park and grab for the day, we were watched by many curious cows while signing the log at this one. No other cars in sight. Tftc.

A week in Northern Vic for work covering Echuca, Corryong then back to Numurkah.
After finishing for the day visiting farms, what better way to spend the late afternoon and evening than getting some caches. Cached my way back to Corryong before grabbing some dinner then down the hill around to Cudgewa for the big loop grabbing caches.
Enjoyed driving down Leakes Rd, pulling up near GZ, found the cache in the second spot I looked.
Thanks for the cache the Britto's!!!

What a difference a day can make. Today we awoke to a beautiful blue sky unlike the grey wet start we had to the day. We travelled south with the caravan in tow retracing much of the way we had gone yesterday but with the difference that today we did not have to stop for caches until we got closer to Corryong. Loved the scenery, everything is so green and finding this cache made a welcome stop. Thanks to The Britto's for placing this cache.
Dianne and I are staying a week in Towong for a relaxing holiday and seeing the local sites.
We were on our way to the nearby water falls when we stopped for this cache.
Quick easy find on a hot day.

Was just wanting to do some fishing and saw that there was a geocache nearby! Covered in spider webs though!
I rolled into GZ to find a dairy herd grazing on the roadside at GZ [:o]
I parked the geomobile and wandered through the cows to reach where the GPS was pointing
I milked one hiding place for all it was worth, but no cache found.
So I tried another nearby spot and found me the cache
All the while being watched by the cows !!
TFTC !! Mooooo !!!

Got that ole travel urge again and the need for some new uncharted places. So Victoria here I come. Travelling down the Hume Highway to Tumblong, Tumit, Batlow, Corryong then on to Albury. and all points South to the HCRT Series, and also find other caches on the way. Nice cache. TFTC

Not a great amount of water flowing under the bridge today, but by the looks of it this area could get some rather substantial flooding.

One we didn't quite get too in our travels yesterday so we finished it off today while on the home run. Another lovely spot.
Thanks

The flood waters have been up and all over this area. We are very suprised this one is still safe and sound. Found with troobloo SL TNLN T4TC
On first sight of GZ we thought it may be gone from flood water. Nope, still there in good nick. Wonder if fish could be caught here, looked promising. Quick find with Coruze.

#2657 We can see that a great volume of water has been through here - that the cache is still there is a testiment to it. No leake's from us. Thanks The Britto's for another cache
I was worried for a moment that I'd need to dig through flood debris to find this one, but luckily no. It's a good thing this one has a little help holding on. TFTC!
A quick find with just a little help from Polliwogs [I would have found it soon] Signed log and headed back to MFSR Festival and some more lovely poetry TNLN TFTC Cheers
3.00 pm and the seventh - and last - find for what was a splendid leisurely day in great country, going where the caches take us. Many thanks to The Britto's, because they were mostly, if not all, yours, with a special mention of the very informative cache pages. Now we are off to Tintaldra for afternoon tea nad maybe some bush poetry?
There is a temporary log sheet in the cache as we removed a sodden logbook which we will try to get to The Britto's. Obviously a big flood through here, looks as though it was quite a torrent!

Great day, Great times, Great caching fun. We found 20 caches today. The log book was wet and there was no TB in the cache. Thanks The Britto's we have enjoyed doing your caches.
The name had an effect on Trev and he needed one before we left. Took and left nothing else.
None of us needed a leake or a leek! LOL
BUT - we did do something here we have NEVER done before....... we completed a true drive by - not one of us got out of the car & we managed to retrieve, sign & replace the cache.
Duties done, we did a u-e & off we went on our little trip.
TFTC
Cheers.
