US14 ET Highway Trip with Sol de Lune and Mtrax. Day 6. Based out of Twentynine Palms for the day we set out to attack the HMD series as best we could. A dust storm restricted out eastwards starting point, but we still had a solid day along this road, even though the edge was pretty soft most of the time. Having finished the HMD we could get to, it was time to spend the afternoon caching around town. Quite different from all the desert micros. Thanks.

another day in 29 Palms completing the HMD series, doing a few around the 29 Palms town area now before calling it a day
Logged as "SAM" which is a team of three Sol De Lune, Albida33 and Mtrax. Visiting the US as a team for the 2nd time, our mission to complete the ET series but before and after do some more exploring and geocaching along the way. Our tour starts around Barstow and a few days in Las Vegas before caching over to 29 Palms before hitting the ET Highway straying at Rachel and Tonapah.
Our second stage of our trip saw us doing a loop around Wyoming, Nebraska, Sth & Nth Dakota and Montana before finishing back in Los Angles, our finds for the trip totalled well over 4,000 geocaches.

Found with Albida and mtrax during our 4 week 2014 US adventure. Logs were signed as S.A.M...
Did parts of the this series in small sections to ensure we were on the correct side of the road. All went well and we managed to grab quite a few in the series, which turned out to be a bonus.
Thanks for the fun and the finds.....

Last day for caching in the area, so headed out this afternoon to do a few more. Glad one of them was yours. Thanks BuckeyeBulldog for putting this one out for me to find. A lot cooler out today with some winds. Enjoyed finding your cache and will look for more on my next trip to the area. T4TH
