Archived due to Earthquake Damage. Will replace when the rebuild takes place...
Not hard to find but definitely well inside the cordon and would not recommend this laneway on a shaky day. Have retrieved the cache as it looks likely these buildings will not remain standing in the long term.
Thought this would be obvious DNF at the moment but best to temporary (at this stage) disable. Will update asap.
TFTC. Don't know why it was so easy today, but it was right where I put my hand on the first attempt.
Ah ha! Very familiar with the Melbourne laneway caches. I think I've done most of those by now. Nice to see a similar themed cache here in Christchurch. Quite muggle free this morning just before 7am so I was free to search and retrieve the cache. TFTC, Biggles.
Had a coffee mid morning and collected the cache on my way out of the lane. Still plenty of people about but timed it perfectly. TFTC and showing us this redevelopment.
Got it easily - Then all of the muggles turned up - Most difficult part was being inconspicuous!
Found with Bitsprayer and Kiwi Moose. Neat one to locate in such a muggle prone access way. TFTC
This took a wee while to hunt down, nice lane, and a few people coming and going.
Thanks Bitsprayer
Thanks Bitsprayer
A slow afternoon trade for the local establishments it seems. A lot of back and forwards hunting all the likely spots until the little thing was found. TNLN thanks
Decided to do a couple of Chch caches at the start of camper trip north so followed your advice and headed into C1 for an excellent coffee oh, and had a quick find! Thanks for showing us this really well developed area.
Back on a Sunday evening when the shops were closed. A surprising number of window shoppers still haunting the area, but these were moving through quickly and could therefore be avoided. Cheers for the cache!
Too many muggles just hanging out at the hiding place when I arrived to make a safe grab. Will give it a go another day.
A quick find on Saturday morning. The boys like the gnome in the window accross the lane. TFTC
In town this morning and with a bit of time to spare decided to try the recommended coffee and find this cache at the same time. Found cache, tried coffee - both excellent. TFTC
Found the little sucker - can see why it could be problematic , think the poor weather helped our cause,
Wahoo! FTF Just happened to renew our premium membership tonight and saw this one had just been published. I love this kind. TFTC.
