Spent 45 minutes at GZ. Nothing to be found anywhere.
Run down & vandalized. Sad really.

I had a look for this one but I couldn't find it today. I looked for just a short while, but nothing came to my view - time to move on. My thanks to matmob for placing it.
An interesting spot to visit on my drive around the lake shore
Some good info signs were adorning the shelter near the carpark.
And down a GZ the remains of a community project that has been vandalised and fallen into misuse
Still encouraged by the long history of comments by previous finders such as 'easy find' and 'found in the first place we looked', etc, etc, I poked around for a while.
And poked some more, and more, and more ....
After half an hour of poking, I had had enough !!
What cache ??!!

Still leisurely touring South Australia after the Mega
Now camped up at Plush's Bend for a few days it was time to head back towards Barmera to find some caches and explore the area.
Some very interesting history and some awesome scenic spots that Geocaching took us to today. [^]
Oh dear Mr Felix tackled this one on his own and it took forever. He was hoping Mrs Felix had her ESP working and would join him to help but that did not happen and he struggled on to find the cache deep within. Co-ords good.
Thanks for the cache and for helping us explore this area

Grabbed the cache and then wandered on down to the shore of the lake for a better look. Stopped and read the info on the way back. Thanks, cache at an interesting but slightly unused looking spot.
Not quite were gz was, wonder if it has been moved... Eventually found it tho, Tftc

Working in the Riverland this week at the Berri Hospital SA pathology, After work we booked into our rooms at the Barmera Country Club. The Studio Rooms must have recently been renovated, as they were very nice. After a long day at work we still had some time to do some caching. Quick easy find, as the cache was in the open, so move in under the bush. This site was used by Ancient Geocacher's some 10,000 year a go!!!!!!

I've lived in this area most of my life, but was not aware of this location. Does anybody know more of it's history? TFTC. CrossCobby

As The X Trailers have now left Adelaide are on their way homeward bound back to Queensland , we seized the opportunity to cache with them before crossing the border homeward bound, we look forward to their return one day, as this is a long way from home we cached till just before midnight, a great time was had by all and after dark the muggles are not a problem and the caches are easy to find. Found it but wos carried away be the flies , pistol @ dizee, 7/11/2013 Ceduna
Day 4 of a caching long weekend to Mildura with Aussie M&M and mogni. . Having parted ways with mogni who was caching her way to Melbourne we began to cache our way home. What a shame this area has been neglected. It was obviously well planned and constructed. Cache found. Thanks matmob.
This was the last day of our Sunraysia caching adventure with mogni and brisal5. Sadly it was time to travel home. We did a couple of caches with mogni before parting ways and the two M's and brisal5 then made a slow and quite indirect journey home picking up what we could along the way.
How sad to see this area so neglected. We wondered about how many children may have spent some evenings sitting around learning about the history of the area. TFTC matmob.

A little bit obscure. Some random must have found it and left a not very nice message so I ripped those couple pages out. Also there is no pencil. Maybe whoever visits next could leave one?
Nice easy find, it's a little disappointing that the area is a little neglected. Still a interesting spot.

Found on our trek north to the Flinders ranges from Melbourne.
Geogirl and I found this one. We were fascinated by the area. Could do with a bit of renovation, but the concept seems good.
Found the cache in a minute or two. Thanks matmob

We decided to take the drive around Lake Bonny, finding caches as we go.
What a great idea an environmental class room. Very impressed by the location.
Worth a favourite point

Found on an early morning cycle from the caravan park by the lake. Staying for the Country Soccer Championships, and our Adelaide Hills Team came second - yay!! Beautiful day, this place was a bit sad with its vandalism and neglect - not what I expect to see as Australia is such a clean country and vandalism is generally low. TFTC.
Indeed am interesting spot to come too, thanks for bringing us here! TFTC!

A few caches as we head east towards home after a trip to Adelaide and Wynarka.
Nice quick find.
Reading all the signs, it would be likely that local schools could give you more info.

Sorry matmob for the generic log but I'm trying to catch up on my logging, I currently have over 1000 to log before hitting some powertrails in the US after the block party next week. As always I enjoy the hunt whether I'm solo or with some of my caching or muggle friends. Thanks to those who have accompanied me to make the day more pleasurable and many thanks matmob for placing this cache.
went on a tour around Bamera after a hokey game in Berri then finished in loxton! TFTC! Found With The Berts
An interesting educational site! Found cache in good condition. Took TB. TFTC matmob.
Had to take a double take when I saw the cache - it seemed to blend in with some of the bottles around the place! A cool location. TFTC
Thanks for another good cache.
Enjoying my drive towards Ballarat one cache at a time.
