Nice quite park for Geokids to kick the footy around, while Geodad has a nice wee rest. TFTC.
After KrystalKath & I finished wandering around the Riccarton Rotary Sunday Market, two easy finds, then one DNF, it was pleasing to take the short walk to an easy grab of her first nano. TFTC
I should never have started the August Challenge ( find a cache every day) Now I have created a monster that constantly needs feeding, I'm up to 295 consecutive caches. Each morning I wake up I think I've got to find a cache. It's like a smoker that needs a fix, I can't give up just one more and then I will stop after Gloaming nano. TFTC
Another MadBear find. sort of got sprung while sitting signing log by a lovely man with his granddaughter walking the dog round the park, quick chat by catmad while i snuck it back in place. Cheers.
Felt a bit conspicuous with lots of house eyes watching but managed to create diversions while BBear did the dirty work. TFTC

Long day, and so just a quick find before bedtime.
Arrived here with still a bit of daylight around, so that was quite handy.
Some neighbours still about though, but they were too into gardening.
It's right though about there only really being one spot where the cache could be! Meant this was a nice easy straight forward find And I could go home to finish everything else that needed it
Consec caching day # 472

#6960. I seem to remember bringing the boys to this park sometimes when we visited Oma and Opa. A nice quick find. TFTC.
My parents lived around the corner for many years so know this park well, and know it can be popular at times. We must have picked our visit well as it was empty and we were able to make a quick find, just hope the neighbour with the window in direct view of GZ was not looking out their window at the time. TFTC.
Last morning in Chch before having to return the car and spend the remainder of the day with my local rep. Much easier to access in the early hours before people are up and about. was fortunate enough to locate it in the first spot searched so thats always a bonus

On the way home after a night shift and thought I'd stop for a couple of caches on the way. This was the first of two easy finds. TFTC
Cache number 800!!! Whoop whoop. Staying at a friends house around the corner so popped out to grab this one on a lovely Friday morning. Log book is full and needs replacing. SL (as best I could) TFTC
Nice easy find, muggle free today. Cool wee playground. Should take cachlette around suburban caching, she would have a blast on some of these playgrounds. TFTC.
Needed a cache today and had a friend coming around in less than an hour so this was the chosen find for this evening. A recent find and one of the closest to home left resulted in a quick and easy find. TFTC
Logbook full. People haven't been doing initials. Signed in a space. Please replace. Tftc.
A quick drive by. Tftc.

Evening, 9pm, no-one around. I love these little neighbourhood parks.
Thanks, Troutburger.
Thanks, Troutburger.
Got us a new GPS for xmas, decided to take it out for a spin. Super accurate, led us straight to it. Coolest cache container we have found yet. TFTC
Found with 90CRX on our quick trip around the South Island. Thanks for your effort in placing this cache, I enjoyed finding it.
Find # 4915 and a total of over 700 in 11 days on the last day of our NZ Mega trip.
Final day in Christchurch and a couple of caches before departure.
I just loved this country and driving around it looking for caches.
Another nice cache and hide and a quick find. TFTC troutburger,
Roostaman.

Out and about finding caches that RuruNZ has found and I haven't. This was one and I enjoyed taking a rest watching the planes coming in on the E/W runway this afternoon. No one around to anoy me and neighbours were busy elsewhere in their houses. Thanks for the time out.
The Goal for today - finally find cache number 400! I've been pretty busy at Burnham over the last couple of weeks offering some relief chaplaincy. Things at camp have been a whole lot busier than with my normal unit - the 4th Otago and Southland battalion.
Because things have been so flat tack I took today off to have a bit of a breather.
It was a beautiful day to have a stroll into this park. One of the nearby muggle neighbours was painting his fence, after I made a bit of small talk with him I quickly grabbed the cache and went on my way again.

I didn't find the gloaming nano in the gloaming but I did find it, and quickly too, thank you. Nice little park, thanks
Muggles using the park moved on quickly after the car load of us arrived. Quick find! TFTC #250
Just getting rid of the needs mantainance . Thanks v1rot-8 for freeing up the container.

Oldest Geoboy found his first nano today! I've been trying to get to this park for a few weeks now. Much easier and less suspicious with kids in tow, who can play on the park equipment!
We also freed up the container, so it is easily retrieved now!

Found but when returning, made it less accessable (and maybe not findable). Unfortunately only down from Wgtn for a short visit so not tools / time to sort out myself. FTFC.
Found it by staying in Racecourse hostel. Didn't have a pen to sign in Next time.
#998: Gleaming Smiley!
GeoYoungling #3 and I came out after this one today, trying to fill another “open” day on the caching calendar. Not much activity going on at 10am on a Wednesday, apart from the mowers across the street. GY#3 was able to spot the hide once I told him the hint. He was very excited! Signed and replaced, then had a small caching treat on the bench to celebrate.

I usually hate the old Nano hide but this one is pretty straight forward. Not to many places it can be. Main concern is the closeness of the neighbors - they must be curious about all these random people wanting to sit down in the park.

Who says that nano's need to be difficult? This was in my hand within seconds at the second place I looked. TFTC ds8300

I Found this cache with my sister, she has given me a list of every cache I have done with her that i have not logged, TFTC A special thanks to Gracie7 + Mum for the Log List
Took a day trip to ChCh. 8/14caches in 2 and 1/2hrs. Quick find with no-one around. TFTC:D
Watched a digger tearing up a near by drive from the seat and then let my fingers do the walking to locate the cache.
Found on the second visit, first time I visited It was my very first time lookin for any, second visit I had a betteer idea of what I was doing!
found on second visit also - very new to this so now I kind of know what I am doing!
A quick find. There was a young couple lying on the grass about 15 metres away but they were so totally engrossed with one another that I could proceed effectively unobserved. Signed log, TFTC!
Had a cursory glance but not easy to spot without neighbours getting worried.
Added a new log. it is a bit bigger so just be careful when u replace the cache. Thanks
Wow, that one was really small. I could not believe a log would fit inside. Unfortunately it was full.
