After many years it is becoming increasingly difficult to maintain this cache so i am archiving it in case someone else would like to place one in this spot. Thanks to everyone who took the trouble to find it!!!
Have been advised cache is way out of position and needs maintenance.
Found, with shaneo58, We came down from Newcastle to do some easy caches on the northern line. near St Lenards and Greenwich. This was a good 10 metres from GZ, so took a while to find, Signed log and Cache replaced as found.**Thanks For The Cache** Did You Bring a Pen?.This makes the 10th cache of 10 for today making a grand total of 4199 at 12:57PM on this Thursday the 14th of September in the Year 2023
Found today with BillHill531 . It took way longer than expected. We found on the other side of the road out in the open at the base of a tree. I think it will be muggled. Loved this area. First timer. TFTC Did you bring a pen.
Today was the last day of my visit from Brisbane and I had a couple of caches I wanted to find on the Greenwich Peninsula so did a walk of 12km around here and Berry Island from Wollstonecraft Station.
Found the cache out in the open so hid it a bit better after signing the log. Lovely peaceful spot. Tftc

Quick find after venturing around the gps co ords, out in the open, I’m not sure if it’s where it was put originally \/(‘-‘)\/
TFTC!
TFTC!
I was worried as i approached gz but upon reading the latest log I changed my route and tried to have a look from the road. I then luckily spotted the hide very soon and could sign the log.
I’m trying to get to a 100 logs before leaving Australia, so I had to power through at least 20 hides today to not leave too much to do on my last day. 35 degree heat towards the end but I had an early start and managed to have a pretty nice day after all, with a total of 21 geocaches found! Now I need 8 logs tomorrow and I should have reached 100.
A big thank you to Did you bring a pen? for creating and maintaining this geocache, so that the rest of us can entertain our hobby. The log is signed as Bubbles.

Reallly nice cache with a beatiful veiw, was a bit worried considering all the dnf before us but did not take very long to find. Located near the guard railingd(can be accessed from the rd
Another DNF this afternoon. Searched for a while free from muggles but no luck. Wondered if the many boats 'stored' here may be obscuring the hide? Very scenic spot so worth the long walk here. Thanks, anyway!
I didn’t know what a ‘muggle’ was and when I found out I didn’t make any sense. Also I just don’t know a good hiding spot around there.

Hi Folks,
Given recent DNF posts i did a quick check today and can confirm the cache is still in place and in good condition.
Happy hunting,
Steph

Would be good to get a hint no sure where it is,looked everywhere unless the spot geo cache was hidden been overgrown by nature?
A family of 6 decided to start playing hide & seek just as I got to the site. Will come back another time
A lovely spot to come and spend the day. Hope to return one day - enjoyed examining the new property being built!
Geocaching day out with coach on his visit from Melbourne.
Started the day with the coach getting a virtual in Central Station. After some caching in Surry Hills with Sharanyaexpress in tow, and lunch in St Leonards, we head towards the Greenwich peninsula 'hotspot' via the cemetery.
Another geocoach masterclass finding this one. I wasn't even close.
We got to see some Instagramable action at the nearby park -- and good on them for picking such an amazing spot! Lots of house envy from GZ.
Thanks for the cache.

tftc. But wow, pongo. Tipped out the sea shells which probably weren't empty. Wish I had brought along the geo-soap.
Grabbed this one this afternoon as a nice park and grab- how very lazy of me. It’s sure is a pretty spot! Luckily I did have a pen. Not with me when I first stepped out of the car to find the cache, but i definitely had several in my car. Did you know that when I cleaned out my old car to sell it I found six pens?

Hardest part about this cache was finding somewhere to park. A great excuse to explore places I'd otherwise never venture to. Thanks for the cache Did You Bring a Pen?, and no, no pen, I prefer a 6B pencil
OK folks we are back online now. Apologies for the delay in maintenance - got a bit caught up in lockdown!!
Sorry folks - it's out of action for a bit while we replace the container. Won't be long!!
Easy find...wouldnt mind living here!!
Someone please replace very very sticky bag though....yuck!

Spent some time looking in the wrong spot but once in the right area it was a quick find. TFTC!
Quick find but gosh, go early as parking is seriously a premium around here plus difficult for big cars to turn around. Lucky my car is just a swift little Mazda 3.
Found this one in the weekend when it was 40 degree heat... I nearly died as a result, well almost. I found 13 GCs that day and can I say that I often took sanctuary inside my car with the air conditioning on full. There's dedication for you to the GC cause!

Quick find by Geo Rabbit. SL TNLN TFTH TFTC Replaced as found for the next geo adventurer. Nice spot to relax.
Lots of rubbish in there. I cleared some out but still not great. Cache not found.
After a previous DNF it has been avenged! Certainly wedged in there. TFTC!
#362. Time for some public holiday geocaching! This was a nice quick find with the hint. Great view! TFTC!
Lovely location even on a wet day. Didn’t have much trouble finding it. It was placed where I suspected it would be.
What a great location! Haven’t been in this area before. Thanks for leading me here. Cheers Dragonfly jm
Don't tell anyone this took me longer than it should because I didn't check every possible hiding place as per the hint. Nice views at GZ. TFTC
Great hiding place I was there for half an hour looking I thought the gps stuffed up thanks it was sooooo fun

Stupidly decided to park up the road and walk to the cache. Then spent a while looking where the phone was pointing only to read in the logs that it can be accessed from the road. Just as I approached from that direction a car pulled into the parking spot and I cursed under my breath. Surprisingly they left straight away and I must have checked every spot before I finally found it. I certainly won't tell anyone and I did bring a pen.

What a beautiful spot, never been here, never knew it existed. Not too hard to find.
Now this is a cache that I had to come back to because of my DNF around two years ago which made it that much more satisfying when I found it. Nice little spot!
Thanks The Squints!

What a beautiful little spot, and super jealous of the folks nearby who own the seaplane

Waited for awhile for a muggle who was sitting in her car at the GZ to drive off. Still, if you have to wait I can’t think of any better spots to do so. Tftc!
A really apt name for this cache. If we were locals, we would be most miffed if our little patch of paradise was to become overrun and crowded. An absolutely beautiful spot. Thanks for bringing us here. We won't tell any one. TFTC. The 4Rods.
Great spot for a hide. Had a nice walk down here with Sandysa on a beautiful Sunday afternoon. Thanks!
After a morning looking for good orienteering sights we stopped off at our favourite cafe and looked for a cache in the area we hadn’t found. We arrived at this beautiful small park, sunny but the wind howling. After a short time there it was.
What a great day and a great location! Thankfully I had a day off so I could get here early and get my daily Geocache of the day. Got to GZ and started poking around, not long before I made the find. Thankfully the pencil mentioned in the last log was still there as I forgot my pen #RookieMistake. Cache# 913 TFTC
Found, Thanks to whoever left the pencil. Like those before us we found it both obvious and yet not obvious.
First find ever! Thanks for the cache, took us longer than expected but we are noobs after all. Hooked!
We are visiting from Queensland and staying at the Lane Cove Caravan Park. Today we headed out to this beautiful area to check out if there was somewhere on this side of town where we would be able to watch the fireworks on New Years eve. We found some good spots though we suspect parking will be a problem on NYE unlike today as the traffic was light. We enjoyed finding this cache and caching in this locality. Thanks to Did You Bring a Pen? for placement of this cache and adding to our enjoyment of the area.
Today, once again I ventured to the north. Starting again at Greenwich Point however this time walking the beautiful Lane Cove Gore Creek trail with a diversion to Northwood and then through to Artarmon where I caught a train to Nth Sydney for an extra few before heading back to Balmain from McMahons Point. 22 targeted, 19 found, 2 DNF, 1 missing.
This one was a pretty quick find thanks to the prior logs but I did have to wait a short while for some early morning muggles and their hounds. I walked down to the wharf to kill a few minute, wow a really nice spot. TFTC #447

As commented in a few previous logs, this was made quite easy by a prior comment. A lovely view from here. TFTC
Got one of the three parking spots. Spent time among the trees until I reread one of the previous logs. TFTC The Squints

Interesting road down to the waterfront, after finding a car park made a quick find. TFTC
Previously logged under team account BoogieRogue. Re-logging with my individual account. YAPIDKA quick find TFTC
Managed to find a somewhat dodgy park at the bottom near the wharf and walked back up. A fairly quick find though that trailer is chained up in an awkward place. Thanks to The Squints, not sure why I have never found this before on previous trips around the area.
