Hello hookedNZ
I'm responding to the "needs archived" log.
As the ownership of the property appears to have recently changed, and the new ownership may not have been aware of the cache being there and removed it, can you please contact the owners of the Lodge and confirm that you continue to have permission to place a cache here.
If permission is not granted, then please archived this cache. If permission IS granted then please replace the cache and re-enable the cache listing.
I'll check back in a month or so to confirm that this matter has been addressed, if not, then this listing will be archived. I have disabled this cache in the meantime.
Regards

Located 15 today between Cromwell and Roxburgh, including the Bendigo area, on day 2 of a week-long break in the Central Otago / Southland region.
Unfortunately this was a DNF, our only one for the day. Spent several minutes searching in every possible place, or so we thought. Obviously missed the spot where the cache is hidden because we ended up moving on from this one ‘empty-handed’.

We are on our summer holiday driving around the South Island with no real idea of where we will end up each day. We are often drawn to an area that has the potential to give us a few geocaching smilies and somewhere we have not spent time exploring before. In some cases we are revisiting placed that we have been before but liked so much we are going there again.
We decided we would head to Cromwell to see an old friend, so now that we have done that and the weather has improved we decided to come to have a look around this area.
And on this occasion we had to not trust the gps or the icon and just follow our instinct. The cache was a quick find, signed the log and returned it as we found it.
Thanks for placing this cache and thank you for the smiley

*Checking on the quasi-public wily fisherman's hide. Please try to keep it more hidden even if the proprietor is wery aware of the placement.*

Heading home after a lovely week in Clyde. Decided to go and explore Lake Roxburgh Village and get some caches along the way. Nice quick find. TFTC
Doing a wee tour of the Roxburgh dam village. After a visit to the Hydro park i came around to this little spot..whoever Winty is or was? The hint was very clear and the cache was soon in hand, signed and returned. Thank you for the cache and another smiley face.
We'd never visited this little town before, so it was nice to pop in & find a cache. TFTC.
Another quick stop and stretch my legs on the way home. Recent rain has chased everyone inside.
Nice quick find after whizzing down the hill from the end of the Clutha Gold Trail. Now off to seek Hydro Hyde Park.
On the way home from Clyde - had not been into the village before so was interested to see all the houses are still occupied

Well have an opp on my shoulder about 4 weeks ago and still got about 4 weeks to go before I'm back at work so I thought I would come visit some friends in Cromwell for a few days so while on the way. I had to stop for some quick park and grabs. Nice location another new place I have not been to before. Will have to come back tho as there are a few more caches to be found here. TFTC ☺
Thanks. Stopping off on the way from Alexandra to Invercargill. Nice walk around the village.
Found at 2:25:00 p.m. on 13/02/2015.
This took longer than it should have but I eventually had it in hand.

Heading home from walking the Routeburn, very hot day but not to hot to stop me caching. #798
A nice easy find although Mrs Guzzi was a bit reluctant to look there because she thought it might be private property. Waited for muggles to pass first.

An easy find. I'm guessing the owners of the lodge know about this cache. TFTC.
