I walked from the freedom camping spot by the power station with the intention of walking around Lake Hakanoa today.
After yesterday's awful weather it was lovely and sunny today
There were a few muggles about but no one was near when I made the grab. Someone decided to head over the bridge while I was signing the log so I had to wait for them to disappear before returning the cache.
Thanks for putting this here

Stopped off in Huntly to grab some ice creams before heading towards the lake to do the adventure labs and any of the other caches that we needed to grab. Decided to head over the bridge and take a look for this one. Had a good idea where this one would be as we approached the gz and made a nice quick find.

23-Oct-22
Last year, Team SEAC members went on a road trip down to Cambridge to clear out as many of the caches in that town and its surrounding areas. On the way home from that trip, we stopped off in Huntly to do the night cache. After completing the night cache, we vowed to come back to Huntly and grab as many of the caches in that area as we could. Today was that day.

Doing the backstreets of Huntly Town Centre looking for stages in Adventure Labs and we come across this trad, which we just had to pick up. After getting the required information fo the Adventure Lab, we wandered over here and started searching. This cache was no match for Team SEAC and the log was soon being signed.

The log was signed as Team SEAC in order to preserve log space.

15-Aug-22
We were parked up for the night close by and decided to shout ourselves dinner. We knew we had to go over the walkway so stopped to look for this cache. Scary as, because macwatt found a big nasty looking knife. Eek, don't want that in the wrong hands. Still daylight and no one around so felt safe to look. Macwatt soon spotted this. Thanks for the placement eyespyben.

We were only on the 2nd suit of the Deck of Cards Series when nature started calling so we headed to Huntly to empty, and fill our car. Thought we'd do a few here before heading back to finish the deck

I'd parked at Deka for the cache there but some muggles were having a smoke within sight of gz. I decided to walk on down to the loos. Then I noticed the over bridge and thought walking over it would be much more interesting than driving around. It took me a while to spot the cache so I was glad the area was quiet today. Thanks for the cache Smile

08-Jul-18
Out for a day's caching with Team BOPnJam. What? there are lakes in Huntley!!!!
We went for a wander around the lakes and the rest of Huntley and found what we could find, only a couple of DNF's for the day, pretty happy and not so late night.

08-Jul-18
Out caching with Team BOPnJAM. The aim of the day was to clear as much of Huntly as possible.
Nice bridge and good coords led us to the cache.
TFTC

08-Jul-18
A crew from BOP and Jag50 and I teamed up to become BOPnJam and hit Huntly to get numbers for the Hidden Creatures souvenirs. The weather played nice for us and we had a pretty successful day with only a couple of dnfs. This fortunately was not one of them

08-Jul-18
Another big trip planned this time in an effort to obtain all the Hidden Creature Souvenirs. Team BOP (Davidson clan, McJandals, Frogybecaching, TNXPro & myself) joined with a couple of Westies (Jag50&Merlot58) to fill up the van and clear Huntly off the caching map Smile We signed the logs as BOPnJAM for expedience and to save on log space.

This was the first time I'd ever walked over this bridge which was pretty cool. The cache was found quickly and in good condition thanks to accurate coords and a straight forward placement. We had a great day and the weather was pretty good too. Cheers eyespyben, TFTC.

With Hidden Creature souvenirs up for grabs. A plan was hatched with our Westie buddies. We were all ready for a stormy rainy day but the weather gods were good to us today with no rain until getting home at 10pm. A fun day was had by all and many thanks To all the COs for giving us a reason to come here. We had a nice mixture of cache containers, types, DTs and hides. We signed as BOPnJAM to save room on the logs. Please excuse my cut and paste logs in advance due to numbers. Cheers
