A great location but I no longer wish to maintain this cache, I'm freeing the location up for a future cache if anyone wants to place one
Stopped off to do this one on the way home from "Diamonds in the rough" event. Log is sodden and not usable. Put a bag with a temporary log into container. Signed of course.
Quick find in a pretty location. Water flowing quickly after all the rain. Log soaked. TFTC
A quick find on the way to Swan's Crossing for the night. TFTC!

Pretty spot! Log is damp but still usable. Wonder who left the wine glass behind lol? TFTC
Travelling through area on a farm tour we turned off the main road towards this cache & were rewarded with a very peaceful little spot near a lovely creek.
Cache was quickly found & we were on our way again.

The GPS thought we got up too early and refused to point anywhere. Looked everywhere and found it although it took longer than it should. Thanks for a well hidden cache.
Had to search every natural feature before finding the right one MILES from GZ or so it seemed. Thanks for the hunt and the cache.
Today we took a drive down the highway to Harrington & home by Diamond Head finding a few caches along the way.
It was October 2012 when I last attempted this cache but it was missing at the time. Today was a nice easy find. We stopped for lunch last time today was just to find the cache.
Now I have found the series its time to check out the final puzzle.
Thanks Blackie some great locations chosen, & some unforgettable photos

Found this one after a nice capping trip to Swam's Crossing, cache and log in good nick, found with NSW Lone Rovers and Cadet Kelly.
The cache cache has been replaced with a new dry one and is now back in its original position, All good to go.
Will get down and fix this one up soon, from the descriptions it doesn't sound like the cache is in its original position. If anyone can't read the code required to find Jeff Carter just send me a note and I'll give it to you.
Emptied the water out, added another log book - this badly needs maintenance as the required code has nearly disappeared.
We thought we would start this interesting series of caches in the area. Found with 'sesblocker'. As mentioned, the log book was saturated and started to fall apart. Emptied the water out of the container and added log book in plastic bag. This is a great place for a cache - might be better off if it was higher up! We look forward to continuing the series when we are next up on holidays from Sydney. TFTC
Found with "The Neighbs".
Nice quick find made possible with good cords and a good hint. The log is saturated, so we have added an additional log in a separate resealable bag.

We were on our way to a Rural Fire Service conference at Wauchope when we found this cache. It was in a very wet (dripping!) state! TFTC, Blackie 71.
Out for another days caching with The Drovers picking up the Mid North Coast Wander and any local caches we could. The sun was setting fast as we arrived but we could not believe how the last light just vanished as we pulled up under the tree cover, it was quite eerie. After a short search The Drovers found the hide by torch light and our names are now in the log.
It is interesting hoe geocaching and photography go hand in hand. We are always taking photos of some fantastic scenery or fascinating piece of history, not to W.Eugene Smiths standards but we enjoy most of them later.
It was not until we got back to camp we realised we had not looked at the clue so we will have to return, a little earlier next time.
Many thanks Blackie_71 for the cache.

Found, on a great day caching with Team Crackers.
Our last one for the day, almost dark. Cache damp.
A really nice spot to finish up.

I had some time spare this morning after getting up early to watch the sunrise, and so this one was close enough to where I was staying, so I headed out to check it out. Loved the little avenue if trees and the creek, which made for a very picturesque and tranquil spot. The cache was quickly located, but the container was full of water, and the log book soaked.it will no doubt need replacing.

Out and about on our last day in Laurieton picking up the last of the local caches.
We didn't plan on coming out here but i'm glad we did as it's a very pretty and tranquil spot.
Spent a bit of time here taking photos after making the find.

# 2313. Caching around the area with Robmc today. He had done this one previously. I tried to do it yesterday but there was a solitary schoolgirl standing near the cache so it was difficult to search. Decided to leave and come back when it was clear. Didn't take too long to find. A very pretty spot with the little bridge and the canopy of trees. Wasn't much water though. TFTC
7.30pm and still light but it was quite dark in here. This would be the place to be on a hot day. Found the cache after a couple of decoys. TFTC Blackie 71
Went out today to do a few more of the caches around this lovely area. This was one we targetted and found. We did visit this one before when it was missing but got it today. A very pretty location, perfect for a lunch stop.
Thanks to Blackie_71.

Heading to the outer region of Port Macquarie to find caches further afield.
We were accompanied today by Liz&Bruce, good to be able to show them some of our wonderful scenery.
I log looks like the previous one. Saw a spot where we thought was the obvious spot but no luck.
This was the last we had to find to complete a great series.
Thanks Blackie71

DNF for us here, coords seemed ok, hint was good and led us to what we thought was the spot but we came up empty handed.
12:20 We were out at Kendall so I thought it was well overdue that we found another of the phographer series. So this was a nice handy one. All in good condition. TFTC Blackie_71
1025 GAFF3 Almost gave up, especially when the 'cache guardian' came along to check me out - LOL.
Found the cache, eventually, then found the clue. My excuse, distracted by the beauty of the spot, and a decoy parrot.
For me the above coords got me there - ~8m from 'GZ.
Thru: B2B ingot and shirt
TFTCS; now, how to correlate those numbers into something useful.

Co-ords weren't so good today, but the clue helped a lot.
A really nice spot under the trees with the creeks flowing past.
Another to the collection (except I can't find where I have put all the clues!)
Thanks, Robmc.

Maintenance run today. Checked cache, dried out log and container. All good to go!!
Found 11.55am very peaceful spot with the gurgling creek in the background. Tftc
Beautiful place. Loved the little creek. The bridge nearby was decorated with Christmas Ornaments which was pretty cool

well, talk about the 'journey' rather than the destination......I don't know why but we relied on the tom tom to get us within cooee of the GZ the 'shortest' way took us the 'forest dirt road drive'. which is good but when we exited from the tree canopy we all noticed the black tar of the main road a k or two away and cursed the tom tom, but we enjoyed our adventure. the main thing is we got to the GZ and had fun with the family - true geocaching stuff! Found in the company of Wombat-1 and Team Gnome.
The 3rd cache found on a great day of geocaching with good friends.

mousewiz and I traveled south from PM to try and find a track to walk. We headed for the Camden Head and found this one on the way. I am not sure how we are running into these photo cache. We are not trying to locate them, they just keep getting in our way randomly. TFTC

Found at 1.00pm GAFF1. Another lovely spot that looks like it is the locals swimming hole with evidence that they also go crabbing as well!
Wonder if the photo of that crouching soldier was taken when Eugene was hit?
Thanks Blackie_71.

Found this one today in the company of.................Blackie_71 so this was a sure thing I thought. As it turns out I probably would not have found it (and you all would never have either so don't worry) as a couple of 11th hour changes were made by him, after watching me zero in, and asking me what the hell I was doing there, were made while I wasn't watching. This is a real pleasant area, so give your self some time to have a look around or swim if it's hot. Thanks for a great day's caching Blackie
