Well we were definitely looking in the right spot according to the description and hint, found a great pile of litter on a block but nothing to be found under it. Checked other spots for a while until someone from the neighbouring business came over to see if we were OK. We explained the hobby which he thought was interesting and was quite happy for us to come his side of the fence if necessary. After about 15 minutes we had to admit we weren't going to find it this visit, despite searching a bit of the surrounding area as well. Thanks GeorgieShrinks92.
Nice hide. No one around made it easy. Forgot to bring pen so couldn't sign log. TFTC
Surprised myself that I found this one so easly, a friend told me that he missed it, It had good clues.
We were here in 2011 just after the floods when this cache found it's way to the Pacific Ocean. No problem finding it today SL, TNLN, TFTC
By the boat shed I mucked about for a bit, but couldn't find a cache [:o]
Maybe there were more clues in the previous cache finder's logs ?
Or even in the terrain ratings
OK !! So I'm not looking hard enough
Next spot I looked, a full 300 mm from my last spot and I found a cache
Nice spot by the way !!

There is only one obvious location for the hide, and it appears to be not there...
Would be great to get an update from someone who knows.

A quick find of a small small.
A bird fell out of the tree on the other side of the ramp while we were there and landed in the water. It really looked upset when it surfaced. Never seen that before.
Thanks.

No luck in Macksville today at either if the caches we tried. Luckily we picked up three in our way here or we would have lost our confidence. This one wad hard because a guy was hosing in the adjoining yard. We just couldn't keep poking around. Next time.
Found it whilst in Macksville for the day

Near enough to the beaten track that a short detour would not hurt - extra enjoyment came from the XPT that crossed the bridge while we were there (myself being a train spotter/rail fan) TFTC quick and easy find
DNF - searched high and low, even phoned a friend for advice with no luck... searched all the cement blocks... think it may have washed away... may need checking...
Because of trying to get a Challenge cache up and running on the Mid North Coast we were a bit behind in the logging of caches found while heading North on our road trip with MVMtBiker and Grahame Cookie.
Not sure if we will get a chance to check on the cache tonight (15/2/13) as we head to Yarrahapinni or not, but hope it is still there.
As the others mentioned, we were surprised that we weren't the only ones in the area, tho the others were in a boat fishing, listening to music.
Hope they weren't distracted by our LED headlights.

(Late logging of Find - 31/1/13) Found with MAP's and Cookie.
Nice to be able to share the driving rather than having to pedal.
Why would you want to fish at that hour of the night - okay, why were we caching at that hour ?
Left zip bag

0005 Another 'day' / night, and another Calendar day filled. This time out caching with MAP's and MVMtBiker, along for the drive.
I was surprised at the fishermen on the river at that hour, and they were probably wondering about the goings on on the rivers edge. But did they need to have the music turned up that LOUD?!?
GAFF3, had to go back to the car for an extra clue.
Left a Ziploc bag for the logsheet.
Brought through for mileage: Through: Coins - 3Bros, Lighthouses, IconicBridges, B2B, Baa, Neigh Neddy and Oink, and Travel Unicorn Geocoin, and trackable shirt.

# 2499. Travelling north with Robmc today and we are collecting a few caches along the way. Made our way to GZ which was amazingly quiet and had a quick scramble for the cache. It didn't take too long and we were on our way again. TFTC
Travelling from Port to Maclean with Bettyboo3747. Grabbed enough along the way to keep us awake through all the road works.
Some one had been on the ramp before us as it was dripping wet - made it a bit slippery. The title gave a great hint though and the cache was soon in hand. Nice spot.
Thanks, Robmc.

Down this way for the afternoon. There was no log book in the cache, so i left a scrap of paper in it with room for a few signings.
Heading up to Gumma Reserve for the week end so thought we would find a few caches that need to be found. The week end has been windy but its always good to find a few caches.
Thanks GeorgieShrinks92

We were on our way home from the Gold Coast when we decided that this would be a good place to rest, let the dogs stretch and us grab a cache! Luckily we did the cache straight away because we were soon swamped by inquisitive local kids who wanted to know all about our dogs and why they had color on them!!!
Found on the way home from a holiday on the Gold Coast. A quick aand easy find though the old legs didn't like that bit of aclimb after sitting in the car for a few hours. TFTH SL TNLN Picked up TB and will drop of down south. Cheers 4 now.
Great quick find, thrilled this is back in play. A train went by as well, bonus
Out on an overcast day to drop off some TB's collected in Parramatta Sydney. Lovely spot to stop and take in surroundings. Waited briefly for train but being a public holiday no luck.
Wandered down to GZ with the geo-son but was initially thwarted in our search by a muggle parked in his car at the top of the ramp. Nevertheless geo-son scrambled over the bank and the cache was found just as the afternoon northbound XPT rumbled over the bridge. Many thanks GeorgieShrinks92.
Today I decided to attempt GeorgieShrinks92's caches in the Nambucca Valley. They take in rivers, creeks and beautiful farmscapes. I had an excellent day out.
This one was a quick find that gave a me a new perspective on the Nambucca River. It was very quiet at the location when I was here but the large number of trailers made it obvious that there were plenty of people out on the water.
The 'needs maintenance' attribute should be removed as the cache is in perfect condition.

Pretty easy find but a few muggles around. Kids don't miss anything. Thanks GeorgieShrinks92
Managed to retrieve the cache in spite of lots of muggles. Thanks Georgie Shrinks92.
Had to wait a few minutes because a bloke was at the waters edge on the phone for sometime. Quick find after he moved on. SL TFTC. cloudglider
TFTC,
Second attempt to find this cache, last time was after a flood. Visited trackables learning about Australia.

Very peaceful spot on the river today. The Geowife especially enjoyed this one as she grew up in Macksville so insisted she show her favourite spots she knew when growing up.
no swaps today but thanks for bringing us here.

We have driven through Macksville many a time. Always in too much of a hurry to get to out holidays, so have never made the time to get this cache. After another holiday up north, being washed out, we had the time today. Pulled into the boat ramp with the caravan on, so that would have looked weird. After a 50 point turn managed to drive out forwards.
Cheers from Browngang

We decided to do the "stand back and look" first with this one, then went straight to it, not obvious unless you are looking...TFTC GeorgieShrinks92!
Quick find on our way home from the Taylor's Arms ANZAC day service-lovely day out. TNLN. TFTC.
Found with Skypirate. Geo Dad MrDamage took us here to search for it. Not too hard.
Found on our way home. We arrived at the boathouse and had to wait 15 mins for a boat muggle to launch his boat, park car etc before we located the cache quickly. TFTC
I didnt read the description initially and ended up scrambling around the blocks over the water. Having not found it I thought I should read the cache and 1 minute later the cache was in hand.
Located 5:50 PM. Not too hard to find took nothing but left a small boxing monkey. TFTC Was tempted with the badge as I plan to make a camp blanket.
Just moving the NEW HINT to the top of the logs for future cachers to see more easily.
you are looking for a 250ml Sistema lock n lock at top of bank at GZ between thin sheoak and the wire fence under brick slices and sheoak needles close to concrete slab. Please replace camo to keep cache hidden.

This was our 2nd attempt on this one. Using the hint, we quickly found the cache in a nice little spot by the creek. TFTC
Found by Geo kids Christopher & Samantha had to wait for muggles to leave, finding Nemo was easy even with high tide.
Found easy enough, although the tide was up and I nearly fell in. It didn't worry the kids who jumped in and were nearly taken by a savage mullet.
Late night caching on the final epic trek south ..... water level was down and GZ was spied from the ramp ..... a quick relocation and the cache was in hand.

Walking towards GZ,thought we were going to get wet feet, but no,not a problem.TFTC.
Nice spot for a cache with lots of fish jumping late this afternoon. Cache went missing with high water. It is now replaced and you are looking for a 250ml Sistema lock n lock at top of bank at GZ between thin sheoak and the wire fence under brick slices and sheoak needles close to concrete slab. Please replace camo to keep cache hidden.
Didn't find this one and seeing the extending no. of DNF's I'm suggesting the owner may need to have a quick look to see if its still there.
Cache must be gone. Turned up and the search was on but the hint did not reveal the cache.
There are so many recent DNF's I would suggest checking the cache out.

2nd DFN of the day with only 1 find all day. This cache is definately not where the hint suggests nor any logical place nearby.
Had a good look all around, hint didn't reveal it. Given the previous DNF the cache may be gone.
Searched high and low at GZ, and could not find it.Perhaps it was taken by the recent flooding as the area showed signs of having been inundated
Reperio at 0930. After making our way through the hoards of traffic and fire crew, and with the street partly blocked off due to a nearby fire of sorts, we parked and wandered over to GZ to make the find on the cache.
Gratias.

Travelling up the Pacific Highway and looking for a cache we hadn't found in the past when we spotted Macks boat shed blocks. A quick deviation had us parked with 40m of GZ.
Only took a minute to locate the cache and from GZ you could certainly see the Bream swimming around nearby.
Signed log.
Thanks for the cache

Hey geocachers, I will be updating the size of the geocache in the coming weeks. Macks boat shed blocks will remain in the same place
Have changed the coordinates..much closer now. Also the travel bug has headed to Newcastle.
Please recheck your coords - I agree with "Hoojar" a few logs earlier... coords should be more like 30 42 356 152 54 963.
Unless you fix, downloading GZ won't really help others.

Found with TassieGirl on our way home while on holidays.
The original co-ords had us obviously in the wrong spot.
Went through a few previous logs and found some alternatives.
Using those combined with the hint we soon had the right spot and had our names added to the list.

TFTC GeorgieShrinks92. This is my 100th cache so it's a centenial celebration cache hunt and didnt come without a challenge. Water level up the boat ramp was quite high today possibly after all the rain, so had to find an alternate route to get to GZ. Once there all was well and found cache quite easily. SL. TN. LN.
