As there's been either no response from the cache owner, no cache to find or log to sign, or it's been a number of months since the last owner note. I'm archiving it to keep it from continually showing up in search lists, and to prevent it from blocking other cache placements. If you wish to repair/replace/make available the cache sometime in the near future (next 30 days), just contact us (by email), and assuming it meets the current guidelines, we'll be happy to unarchive it.

Easy find, but surprised to just find a bag. The wind kept blowing all the bits of paper everywhere, then banged my head on a stention. One of those days. TFTC anyway!

25-Apr-12
I'm afraid I was a bit disappointed with this one. A couple of non-waterproof eggs in a plastic bag? Soggy bits of paper. Found a dry bit on which to leave my mark. TFTC

Too many tennis muggles and I looked suspicious enough loitering around the pipe. Will have to come back another day!

25-Mar-12
Out on a dog walking and caching trip. Our second trip here; first time there was a cricket game on and way too many muggles. Took us a while to find, hind sight said it shouldn't have taken that long, the clues were in the description! TFTC

Found @ 10:37pm, find # 1314
On another night caching expedition I came across this one.
Made my way to GZ and had a look around, had a look at the hint them made the find.
Thanks to Mr.Tracker for this cache.

Took a little time to find the buried treasures,
thanks again Mr.Tracker

26-Feb-12
Tried to do this one last night on the way to pick up some dinner. Used to live up the road so I know this park well. Was surprised to find people playing tennis as it was still 30 degrees - in fact one bloke, who was playing with his daughter, said if he hadn't just drank 2 glasses of wine he would have had better sense and not been there! There was also a group of 20-30 people having a BBQ/picnic, with several children playing in the playground.

Came back today at lunchtime and to my surprise, no muggles Big Grin Having done several of Mr.Tracker's other caches I was able to find this "2 in 1" (i.e. 2 logs in 1 snaplock bag) without much difficulty at 12:30pm. TNLNSL, but a mouse TB had a visit to mark the occasion. Thanks Mr.Tracker for bringing me to another lovely park.

Found @ 14:45hrs.Found to be unavailable when I first thought to look for this cache early last year.Reasonably easy find after a bit of a search today. Thanks "Mr Tracker".

14-Feb-12
Very Happy. Found our first cache. Tried not to look suspicious but with many of us searching it might have been a little obvious. Will do better next time. Thanks

No tennis players today so it was an easy find of the "two in one" cache at 12:20pm.

thanks Mr Tracker

02-Feb-12
There were tennis muggles, but fortunately they were on the other courts.
We were grovelling around when Maccamob found the cache, then he found another one! He put both back together.
Thanks, Robmc.

02-Feb-12
Found at 1:41 PM GAFF5 in the company of maccamob and Robmc. We passed by a couple of pretty good tennis players on our way to GZ - made me want to grab a racquet and give it a go!
Cache was found by David and then when he returned it he found another one with the last entry by Rabbitto!
Thanks Mr.Tracker

02-Feb-12
Found by Mary & David, with pprass and robmc, at 1340. We had almost circumnavigated the main structure before we came to GZ. Eliminated one or two other spots before finding the cache and completing the log. When we went to return the container to its home, we found a second container and log. Rehid them both together. Our thanks once more to Mr.Tracker.

31-Dec-11
Sadly, a typical Mr. Tracker cache. A flimsy container, a set of coords that aren't quite accurate and a hint that is meaningless. Fortunately I was in the company of Gasdoc and the geokids and the walk in the evening right on dusk was excellent. The Christmas lights in this neighbourhood are very pretty to look at. We all signed the log and headed home via another, near by, cache.

We found this cache today at 10:45am as the 5th of 14 on our last chance 2011 tour. This one was quickly found today. Thanks from D & H B-A.

10-Dec-11
Since my other half had a date with his Mother at the Opera today, I decided it was the perfect time to nip out and pick up a few guilt free caches. Having passed a couple of hours caching with Pathfinder24, I dropped him home and headed out again on my own for a few more caches on the way home..... OK they were a massive detour, but can’t be helped! I had made an attempt on this cache in May this year, when it turned out the cache was missing. This time it was an easy find. In fact I found two. Mr.Tracker, neither of these containers are waterproof, I might be an idea to look at some of the other sorts of container people commonly use for some other ideas.

28-Nov-11
This one had us stumped for a little bit, so spent some time throwing tennis balls off the roof back onto courts. A decent search had the cache in hand. I hadn't been to this park since I was a child, and lived about 50m away, so thanks for the childhood reminiscence. TFTC.

27-Nov-11
This was a nice quick find today. Our timing was spot on, as some muggles appeared in the nearby court just after we had put it back. Thanks for the cache.

20-Nov-11
Like most others I've been past here three times before getting a chance to look. Came today with the geokids who snuck in and made the grab while the tennis players were on break. Thanks Mr.Tracker for the cache.

With days of wet to days of dry, looks like this cache needs a quick update,

This was the 3rd fine for the day and with ninja skills on high was able to approach GZ and sign the log right under the noses of the muggles playing tennis near by. Nice cache container too. TFTC Mr. Tacker

Quick find (after approaching from the wrong side and a moment's head scratching at GZ) The cache was too small for the travel bugs I have, so I just left my pathtag - TFTC Smile

26-Oct-11
Quick find, but I admit I used the clue. Glad I was caching at night due to the proximity of the playground.

21-Oct-11
Finally picked this one up while raffa27815 had cricket practice on the adjoining oval. Like drjim7 it was 3rd time lucky. essieg made the find and lobster6 7 helped out. Nifty little container.

Third time lucky, here for Canterbury CC PSE.

Finally on attempt No 5, we have been able to actually look for this cache - yey!
We were on the way to the new night cache nearby and decided to do this one on the way correctly assuming that it being night time that all the usual Muggles wouldn't be around. Found after a little bit of a look around. TNLNSL

17-Sep-11
Arrived about 160 m from GZ to give rent-a-dog a walk. Puzzled about the hint a bit and figured it didn't really help. Finally found cache at 5:35 in a too obvious spot that suggests cache creep so slightly re- located it. TFTC

12-Sep-11
We are getting quite frustrated by this cache!!
This was our 4th attempt - the first 2 there were too many people in the playground, so we couldn't look, the 3rd there was no-one in the playground so we had a look but couldn't find it .... and had to log a DNF - turned out it had been muggled. We went back this morning as GMelb had a day off work and this time there were tennis players everywhere right at GZ!! So once again we were unable to look as we felt too conspicuous.
I guess we'll try again next time we're in the area ...

04-Sep-11
Found this one at 17:15 while on the way home from the movies. The playground was clear so I had full run of it and found the stash in the second place I looked after a squiz at the hint Red Face.

TNLNSL, although our BYO pen geocoin had a visit to mark the occasion. Thanks Mr.Tracker.

PS: You'll probably need to put the logsheet into a press seal bag otherwise, once we get some rain, it will turn into a pulpy mess Surprised.

21-Aug-11
Found this while having a caching run with trailrunning and his geokids. Goodness me, so many muggles at GZ today. However with some cover from trailrunning's geokids, this was not much of a problem. It was the same cache but different spot from what trailrunning had found previously, just slightly off but still a manageable find. Beware of the wee smell at GZ though, 'someone' left a nice wet trail in the area, though thank God it wasn't directly on the cache itself. New log too so it should be all good to go again. SL and TFTC Smile

To you finders out there.... I am back from my holiday and ready for you to find.

19-May-11
Due to Unable finding, I will find a new mini cache for it.

For now this cache is Temporarily on their Holiday. Please do not attempt to find when this disabled.
I will put this back online once it has its 'HOLIDAY'.

Thanks.

Mr.Tracker. Building a whole new cache.

19-May-11
Had a look but I agree with the last few logs - no sign.

18-May-11
This was to be my last cache for the day. I was with Biggles Bear #1 who had done this one before. I followed my GPS and began my search, with the approval of BB #1, but failed to come up with the goods. I had a fair go in what I was told was the right area, but still no go.

I didn't have the last two logs (DNF's) so I assumed it was still there. Now that I am home, I see that it has probably gone. I'll watch the cache and see if anyone else finds it. Thanks for the cache.

16-May-11
I searched and searched, but no joy. I spoke to a previous finder and it didn't seem to be where they indicated it should be.

15-May-11
This was the 3rd time we had come to look for this cache but the other 2 times we couldnt even look as there were people very close-by at the playground and we didnt want to risk the cache. This time there was no-one around but we weren't able to find it Sad We looked for about 5 mins but had to give up as it was time to go as MMelb was due home from school
Cheers - GJMMelb

at 18:01 on our visit to Melbourne from Brisbane with son and daughter-in-law.

We didn't have the latest log and didn't realise it was supposed be unavailable.

TFTC Mr.Tracker. As has been said the cache is a little cracked and perhaps not weatherproof but it was not that bad.

Cache container, as others have said, is broken and will not be providing adequate protection in its hide location. Suggest replacing with a more rugged and watertight cache container.

19-Mar-11
Had the kids with me today, so was able to finally get this one. I hadn't tried until they were with me, knowing it was a playground cache and not willing to attempt without that 'safety net' of kids in tow...

It's a lovely park I must admit, with a great oval and the kids had a good time here fooling around. As to the cache, quickly found, although not quite what I expected...

19-Mar-11
DUE TO: Bad container.

17-Mar-11
Found on the way home today. I had been warned about muggles but thankfully there were very few for the short time I was there. Scratched my head a bit at GZ but the cache was soon found in a reasonably logical spot.

09-Mar-11
After a very, very, long day, I then had a very, very, long and annoying night which featured all the classics, tyre puncture, rain, darkness, people not answering called for help etc. Luckily, Geo-dad came to my rescue and gave me a lift home. However, I didn't get home until 23:00, and still had not found a cache today! So jumped into the Pathfinder mobile and raced out to find this one. Have attempted this one on two previous occasions, once didn't even get out of the car way to many muggles, the other time couldn't search properly due to muggles. Thus, tonight I figured- late, very dark, very, very, wet - surely this is enough to convince the muggles to stay indoors! Arrived at the GZ to find… an empty park! YAY! I get a muggle free search. Previous logs had me thinking I was looking for a much more complicated cache container. After a few unsuccessful minutes I read all the details and logs again, and then the clue. I still no luck finding it. Then I had another look at the name. Ah ha. Surely not that simple… quick search… yup. Really have to learn to stop over thinking things! Cache container has small crack in it. Log was mildly damp, and pretty much full. Thanks for the cache, Mr.Tracker.

09-Mar-11
Rainy day today hence not a muggle to be seen, found it, thanks to Mr Tracker though the container is showing signs of wear, will need replacement soon.

06-Mar-11
Timing is everything with this one. We decided to drive past here on the way home from a brief caching run, just in case there weren't too many muggles around, and were surprised to find that there were none near gz.

I correctly surmised that the hide would be similar to another of Mr.Tracker's caches, and by the time I'd described the hide style and container type to the reluctant spouse, he'd found it. There was just enough time to quickly sign the log and re-hide the cache before the muggles headed over to the play facilities. The pipe in the cache name sure has developed a nice rusty patina.

Thanks for the cache, Mr.Tracker.

Found by Bob at 1910

I usually travel along Mont Albert Rd on my way to and from work each day, so this one's only a very slight diversion and, in fact, I did cruise past a couple of times over the past week but, between kids using the playground and tennis players using the courts, I didn't bother to try any searching. Tonight it was a bit cooler, so I thought I'd check again and was pleased to see no-one was in the playground and, I thought, no-one was using the tennis courts either. It wasn't until I'd gotten closer, that I then saw that some of the courts were in use - but not the ones closest to GZ, so I took my chance and headed in and grabbed the cache.

TNLN

Thanks Mr Tracker - but, as others have noted, that container is not really suitable for such a location

03-Mar-11
On my way home tonight and thought I would swing by this one. I was suprised to see a tennis court here, I have played on most courts in the area in my time but I have missed this one. Coaching was happening tonight but retrievel was no trouble.
Nice park here and nice spot to stop for the kids.
Thanks for the cache.

Out on a caching run with lochb we came and lucky for us with the light drizzle the cache was able to be located quickly.
Thanks again Mr.Tracker.
Might want to rethink the container on this one too, log was quite wet.

Pretty poor form on our behalf we had not been caching for 2 weeks !!!! So today king and king with geoprince got together for a couple in preparation for a small trip next week.

We arrived at GZ and spent some time looking about without luck and a bit of frustration was starting to set in when we were spotted sprung ! Luckily it turned out to be S. from Coffee and Cache who within minutes had the cache in hand !!!!! Right where we were looking !!! I guess some days are like that and this was not our day. As it turns out we needed C&C's help with a phone a friend clue for another cache later in the day too.

Our thanks to C&C and thank you to the family too didn't really intend to barge in on you all. Thanks too for the gnome. Hope you are better soon S.

Our thanks too MrTracker

Another cache very close to home, but placed while I was at work. Took a stroll from home on a pleasant Saturday morning to the local sports ground. On arrival, I noticed some activity near where the needle was pointing. Turned out to be the Solomon family who we have met on many occasions. After a nice chat, we turned over to them a gnome we happened to have handy.

Thanks Mr.Tracker. We found the cache without too much trouble. Good spot. (You really need to use a better container however.)

Actually, more a case of DNT (Didn't try!) - Drove past on the way home from work in the geo-fender to discover that this cache appears to be in the VERY close vicinity of a playground, which being 5.30 was fairly occupied with kids and parents. No chance of attempting this one with the muggles, and even less a chance as a single adult male with no kids with him! [:(!] I really have concerns with caches in/very close to playgrounds for so many reasons, but as no one's forcing me to do it I returned home. I'll come back one day when I have the kids in tow but for now I'll leave it alone.

As talking about muggles this cache is ment for night. So no children can take/pinch this.
