OMG finally found it. Didnt have pen with me as this was an impromptu search while having breakie in the area.
Found it, second time lucky, thanks to my muggle sister finding it! No pen, but left a child's bandage on the log!
Thanks @Mickeydv & @coll117 for placing this cache. After completing the nearby AdLab I had a good scratch around for this one. Certainly a challenge. Unfortunately I was unable to locate the cache today . I will add it to my list and try again soon.
Found it! Not too long as we knew to search for hard spots. TFTC. Nice antique shops and museum.
Tftc. Visiting our son who is working over here. Had lunch at the pub across the rd. So decided to pop over and look for this cache. Didn't actually take that long, but I had read through alot of previous logs while having lunch. Which definitely helped....nanos and cannons seem to go together
Its still a sad face for me. I revisit this one regularly and gaze with longing at the guns. One day I will find the elusive item.
We were searching the wrong banger! Tricky one. TFTC clues helped us find it.
Found with Surgingmoose2012 and eagle eye, got the biggest hands in the world but with nimble electrician fingers geohusband! Went on to do our first ever adventure lab because its ANZAC day! Thanks for the cache
These are the hardest caches to find. Took some searching to finally find it. Thanks for the hide. J & K
This is definitely a tough one. Saw a photo of the cache, it's miniscule. A lot of spiderwebs too, so wife and I were a bit nervous of sticking our fingers where they don't belong. Will summon the courage and try again later!
I came, I searched, I failed, this one escaped me at 9:34 pm today. I will have to try again the next time I am in the area. Thanks for placing the cache Mickeydv, I'll be back. Broken Clouds 19C 82% 6 m/s
Found this with Eco+Rec, Leapal and potatoefish after 10 years of searching for it. In the end I think we found the original cache with the 2011 finders. Tftc
TFTc. Finally found on a trip back to Perth. After 10 years finally done with SGT Ant. Leapal and potatofish.
Almost gave up on this one! We were looking under the wrong gun most of the time, oops
Stopped here after lunch and couldn’t find it. I have a feeling we will be back soon. Don’t think we will be able to let this one go.
Out geocaching with the RoGang TFTC. Great spot - recent activity said it was out of sight but I spotted it!
Out grabbing some caches with the Cockburn Crew. Plan was originally for the western suburbs, but after some new caches popped up out east, we changed course and set sail for Guildford and the Hills.
Quick find tonight with the assistance of previous finders. Not ashamed to say I’ve been here on a few occasions with no luck though. Well hidden, not sure I would have got it without the help. Worth the D/T. Cheers Mickeydv!

Oh Emm gee FINALLY! Second attempt and had it in just a couple of minutes! NGL this one had me fearing an eternal DNF but I bested this cheeky b*stard today! Plus, burgers at Alfred’s!
Me: Ahhh I’ve got it!! *loud squealing complete with waving arms*
Big Mick: Excited much?
Turdler: Best day ever!
Too right, my dude!

Unfortunately for me a DNF. I am still threatening to go to a dynamite factory and then blow up these types of hiding places. Especially when there is no hint.
Wow, that was tricky but finally got it in our third visit!!! Was looking on the wrong gun fur soooo long too…. Thanks for that great cache
Thought I was gonna be here for ages but I got lucky or rather my fingers did.
This is my 4521 find.
Thank you Mickeydv for placing and maintaining this cache.
Geology rocks but Geography is where it’s at!
(I’m not a geologist I just like puns)

Oh my God, we finally found it… very tricky to find .. thank you worth the effort
Out with Bittgirls for a paddle and lunch when Sue says let’s go looking for this bloody cache. Read through some logs to get some tips and eventually found it after 20ish minutes. Tftc
No luck whatsoever. Intricate hiding places and micros never go well for us.
In town for a 24 hr stopover. The weather is definitely better here than VIC. Tricky little hide found within a few minutes. On the hunting trail again with SeasonedBird (aka Mrs Geo, Salty Chook, the Old Boiler, Old Chook, Dirty Bird, Angry Bird & occasionally even Love Bird). It’s a great day for caching.

Find #11838
For anyone making Geo plans, do yourself a favour and visit Australia’s only current Geotour at Ballarat while it lasts: https://www.geocaching.com/play/geotours/ballarat-victoria
And for anyone that can travel to Longreach, Queensland, late September 2023, Google “QOGM” which is the Queensland Outback Geocaching Muster. You’ll have at least 8 or 9 days of pure geocaching fun with around 200 like minded people attending a mix of events and access to over 200 geocaches placed by the QOGM team. It’s not a Mega, it’s better.

FOUND IT! FINALLY! This was my third go at this one. I admit, I was so excited to be logging this one that I forgot exactly where I laid fingers on it. Hopefully I've got it back in the right place! So pleased to be ticking this one off
This one did take us a while to find, the muggles surely thought we were strange searching for this one!
We decided to have a stroll around historic Guilford today, as it looked beautiful in the tourist brochure and it was only three stations from where we were staying. I usually struggle to find caches on military equipment, but for some unknown reason, I put my hands on this one after a couple of minutes of searching, much to Muggle Husbands relief.
One of my quicker finds on one of these, as it took me less than 5 minutes. It's a beautiful day here in Guildford. 2 for 2 today...
Heading out for a day of geocaching with Meme28 , Kapelula and the geokids. All caches found in good condition. This cache was a challenge and needed to use phone and put fingers in places to feel our way but eventually succeeded.

Ok to be honest this is the fourth time here… Out withTeam MIK more hands helped here.
Searches for a while before resorting to PAF. Happy to say this one is till here. Found whilst on a Geocaching day with I C Nothing and Meme28. Some logs signed as MIK.
Lots of sticking fingers gingerly into places that looked ideal for spiders but sadly no joy. This is attempt #2. One day I'll find it!
A bit of perseverance and hope that there were not spiders and I had it. Saw selfie mirror style first.
Probably one of the best caches I have had in a while. Good find after a bit of a search. Tftc
While we were on our hands and knees searching the harder spots a couple rode past on their bike and we heard them chuckle, and they asked us "..caching?"
haha yes we were
Did not find this time but we will definitely be back to search again

Clearly need to come back when we've got more experience. Was too hot to search any longer.
Think I must have got lucky with this one. Spent a while on the wrong one to start with but after realising my mistake had my fingers on the cache pretty quickly. TFTC
Wowee! This was by far my longest hunt. But I obtained the goods in the end.

This cache is a bit of a personal nemesis. I came out here some years ago with a bunch of friends. We searched for ages with no luck. It’s been a blue frown ever since. Today I was in the area and thought I’d revisit it. It did take a while but as soon as my fingers hit the nano, I knew I’d found it. It’s such a good feeling to turn this particular frown upside down. Thanks for an evil cache!
Out ‘n about with m4yb getting a few caches.
While she went onwards to Midland for her monthly charity meet ups we came for a look see in one of my most loathed type hides! I also had a few Ad Labs to attend too as well.
Thanks for the hide and Mickeydv.

Very happy that megawat60 made the find here and the blue sad face has finally gone away. TFTC!
No luck for us today unfortunately. So many possibilities here and after 25 minutes it was time to concede defeat. Tfth.
Catching up on a few logs that I’ve never got around to sending. Please excuse the generic log. Thanks for the find.
4:30pm on a weekday is absolutely not the right time to visit this cache - walking towards GZ I quickly realised that searching would be impossible due to the constant line of semi-stationery cars backed up along Meadow Street. One for another day...

Caching alone now Mr O has a job in the city but it was too nice a day to not carry on the 'Thursday is cache day' tradition. 18Km bike ride in the end with 12 finds, 3 DNFs and 2 Ant bites
After an impropmtu lunch meet with Mr O we decided to try and avenge this previous DNF. Thankfully it became find 9 of the day but was also where the ants found me. Definitely took some contortion to retrieve by Mr O but very glad to get this one off our backs.

Unfortunately Mickeydv and col117 I couldn’t find your cache Double Banger today. Hopefully I’ll have better luck next time I’m here.
We arrived to find the area quiet and clear and we all set about the task of finding the cache. After 20 minutes the geo-twins had enough looking and took up vantage points on the gun to watch passing trains.
I felt about everywhere I could get my hands to and after another 20 minutes started to read the logs while escorting the sons to the loo.
Knowing the cache was definitely in place after a couple of “easy finds” I couldn’t help but feel a little defeated.
Back again and I promised the twins just 5 more minutes and suggested the boys look where they would hide something.
With nothing coming to hand I was just about to call it when Mr T started giggling and dancing with the cache in hand.
High fives all around and Mr T was declared the caching master for the day.
Thanks Mickeydv and col117 for placing this cache for me to find, this is find number 2026 for me.

Took a while but finally managed it. No pen so here is close up of log to avoid clues! TFTC
