tftc felt a bit awkward parking almost in a driveway etc but easy grab and go.
Quick and easy findcant see much of the house or view these days but still a great little find on the outskirts of a lovely town that most of us could only ever dream of having as a reality
Back down the Peninsula from Syd for a few days. Out for an early walk along the Merricks Trail. On my return I stopped briefly for this park n grab. Fancy gate, cache quickly found thanks to the hint and all in great condition. Thanks for sharing this location Paul_the_Hippy #2152
I’m glad I was out early to grab this cache. Knowing my luck, the owners would had appeared while I was parked in their driveway
This property is well protected by wind breaks and no doubt security if I dared cross that fence. No need to of course and the generous clue provided meant a rapid find.
Thanks Paul the hippy...

Made light work of this one. Still looks like this is to be completed!
Nice find on our way home from a day out caching pulled up and a quick look around at what was said in the description we soon located it with riotgirlckb
Found by Bob at 1130
Approaching gz, I found I was in a temporary 40kph zone and there were a bunch of workmen doing some construction or repairs to the front fence or gateway. Anyway, I was able to park amongst them and head to gz where I couldn't be seen and the cache was quickly found.

Thanks Paul_the_Hippy

Quick find on a cold wet day out. Log book is soaked. Unable to replace. Thanks for placing the geocache
On a beautiful winters day we out and about cacheing, thanks for placing this cache
This was a sneaky end of the day hunt for us in the pitch black so we didn’t get to view your lovely holiday home but I’m sure it is beautiful in a beautiful part of the world. Parking on the side of the road we switched our headlamps on and then off many times to allow muggle cars to pass. We searched hi and low around GZ and found we needed to just sneak outside the square a little. This cache in the dark was a little tricky but so much fun. Thanks heaps for the cache.
Thanks Paul_the_Hippy for drawing our attention to this beautiful house and property .. I couldn’t see much from GZ but checked it out on YouTube.. truely beautiful.. sold for 19 mil in 2017 .. out of my price range. The cache however was quickly found, hidden quite well from the road and probably out of sight of the house so shouldn’t disturb residents .. or staff
My husband and I decided to take a trip to Flinders as we haven't visited this side of the Peninsula yet this summer. This was our first find for today. My husband actually made the find while I was wandering about following my GPS.
I had a great time finding your cache Paul_the_Hippy, thank you so much for placing it.
We decided to head over here because kenare kept banging on about coming to the Flinders pub years ago. This one was a nice find on our travels. Interesting house shape. tftc
Jenno3, kenbryl and I hit the road reasonably early to get to the bakery for breakfast and then hit a few cheesery and cideries. Then it all went down hill!! Bakery didn’t have much ready, cheesery smelled like not so fresh fish and the cidery looked like it hadn’t been opened in who knows how long. So we fast forwarded our next plan, which was to cache. A nice quick find here before hitting the road again. Tftc and for highlighting the unique butterfly
Heading here on a caching day with kenare and kenbryl we had many caches on our radar. This was enroute to our destination so naturally we had to stop here. Later we looked at the aerial shot… what a cool house tftc
Cool spot with a new holiday house going up. A sunny day saw a spontaneous new plan to head down on a multi mission that includes working towards 400 caches on the Peninsula - quite a challenge when you live in the mountains TFTC and the FUN
Well we are sure the holiday house is well and truly completed by now! The screen planting is doing a wonderful job, because none of that fabulous house can be viewed from the road! SL at 1.50pm on an exploration of the Mornington Peninsula plus caches, having escaped from NE Victoria for the weekend. #7321 TFTC Paul_the_Hippy
Good little hide, didn’t take too long, not much room to park though. Found with Zoe45
*Found on the 7 Jan 2020 @ 1:00 pm.*
*Cache find # 10570.*
While still on holidays I decided to make the most of it and head down to the peninsula to find a few caches.
An easy enough find and I was on my way once again.
**Thanks to Paul_the_Hippy for placing this cache.**

We were heading towards Flinders and this was on the way but I was a little reluctant about potentially being on someone's property or nature strip, but then again, it wouldn't have been the first time! Parking momentarily in the driveway, I jumped out and crossed the road to realise I was on the wrong side and it was on the side we had parked on. A short stroll along the fence line and I soon had the cache in hand, out of sight from passing cars. Interesting spot for a cache. Collecting roughly six months of unlove here. Sorry for the belated log.
Thanks Paul the Hippy for the fun.
Thanks Paul the Hippy for the fun.
Out with son cacher while making a delivery of games at the Polo event close by. Could not get over the level of housing around here. Big money. Some holiday house
Quick find on the side of road. Can’t believe my luck at finding one of your gardeners working nearby the cache. Stealth prevailed and log was signed and travel bugs dropped off at your beautiful ‘holiday House’. Thanks for sharing.
A nice quick find after a day of caching.
We loved the butterfly shape of the house and thought that the pond was purposely shaped live a uterus/tubes and ovaries... were we close?

Enjoyed looking at the satellite view of this site after reading the description. TFTC.
On the way to the Massage we booked at Bittern - we came across the Welcome to Mornington series. When this cache placed by Paul_the_Hippy came up on the screen - we just had to turn left!! Cache was easily found but unfortunately we couldn't see the holiday home!! Paul_the_Hippy did a great job with the planting as the vegetation has grown so well. TFTC Paul_the_Hippy. PS will have to Google Earth the property as the notes have got my interest up!!
Grub62 and I saw this cache was placed by Paul_The_Hippy. Instantly a must do. Found as described and in good condition. The plastic bag holding the log was replaced. Another great cache. Tftc.
Out for a drive to Cape Schanck and Flinders, we took the back roads on the return journey.
A quick find, but no view of the holiday house. Thanks Paul_the_Hippy

An easy cache to find. A real pity that the house can't be seen as all the trees have grown up. It sounded so good. Might check it out on Google maps TFTC
Wow what a house! Can't see it from the cache any more due to plant growth but a look using Google revealed the luxury of the estate. Thanks for taking us here Paul_the_Hippy.
This was a quick and easy find. We had a look at Google earth and saw the lay out of the property. Wow (i would not want to mow there lawn ) thanks for the cache Paul_the_Hippy
'Tis the season to be jolly. Together with +Wife we have been trying to find the ultimate holiday destination for this year. After receiving your most gracious invitation we climbed aboard our his and hers helicopters and flew on down for a quick look around. After alighting at the nearby helipad we jumped on board a pair of quad bikes that had been conveniently left out for our enjoyment. Fording the stream in the middle of the house we were soon on our way to the outskirts of this wonderful territory. We duly signed the visitors book to secure our booking for the coming festive season. We hope you will all drop in for a delicious BBQ.
Happy Hippy Holidays Paul.
Happy Hippy Holidays Paul.
Out and about on a gorgeous spring day thought I would check this one out. The property is amazing I watched a real estate video, how the other half holiday!!! The cache was all good and I dropped a TB that wants to travel overseas so maybe the house owners could take it LOL Many thanks for the cache
Decided to take the road less travelled home from work as I had some spare time. Took a few minutes to find. Great place to have a cache
Daaahlinks! This cache needs a helipad. Not a silly little one for one of those pesky bell jet rangers, i'm talking about one of thoss russian jobbies with a garage for the Veyron. Had a nice chat to the Pole-ish chap minding the cache about the exchange rate of the ruble but he doesn't say much. Cache gave itself up without a fight...it knew resistance was useless
A nice quick find before driving back to home base in Blairgowrie. Cheers and TFTC
Find #3242
Very interesting property. Can't see too much from the road but it looks very impressive on the satellite view. I was down this way on an early morning caching run and after a DNF on the coast nearby I headed to this one. As I pulled in on one side of the road a traffic management vehicle stopped almost directly opposite to put out a speed restriction sign. I stayed put in the car looking at my phone until they had moved on. After that it was a quick find in a likely spot. My first find of five for the morning. Took nothing, left nothing, signed log and visited some trackables. Thanks for the cache Paul the Hippy.

Found this one amongst many others during my holiday with my parents through VIC/SA. TFTC
Today I had the day off so I decided to go and have a big day of caching around the Flinders to Balnarring area, with the goal of clearing this area out. With me have to attend a Welcome back party for one of my friends who was studying abroad for a semester. Anyways sadly my day was cut short as I had to drive around and do some surprise errand in the afternoon. Anyway this cache was quickly found with little to no hassle. I would like to thank you for the cache and the adventure.

Found with geokid Mia-Rose whilst on a trip to Flinders for lunch. Had planned to find this one last February but then had to return home for an appointment. TFTC.
This looks like some kind of holiday house.
Thanks for the invitation Paul the Hippy.

After a pleasant lunch and a couple of DNF's we were off to grab this one. Parked to car anda short stroll had us at the spot. This was very well hidden cache that took about 10 mins to reveal. Log signed and back safe again. Thanks for this cache.
Quick find on the way into Flinders. Can't beat a day at the sea
Cache found in good condition. Many thanx to Paul the Hippy

After leaving flinders this was the last stop and did not take to long to find tftc
Suscoe had a delightful day out on the Peninsular today.
It was mostly sunny with a cool breeze and some rain came in late in the day
How lucky were we.
Saw some beautiful countryside and enjoyed a fantastic range of caches.
A quick find here on a quiet road today.
Thanks to Paul the Hippy for placing this cache here.
What a great part of the world around here.

First on of this evening. What a house that is; and how scary the cars whizzing by sound. Stephen found this one. TFTC
TFTC Paul. Great location for a cache. Last one for us today, a fabulous at on the peninsular. Jimmytherat with Noelle04.
I'm sure it's a wonderful house but as there is a huge fence & plenty of vegetation which I assume you helped plant I can't see it! Found with Jimmytherat on a fab caching day. Nice one. Oh & I did google the house. Very different not sure about the style but nice pool. Thanks
This was a quick park-n-grab with Geoson the Younger (while G-Son the Elder and Spannaworks waited in the cachemobile - it was the end of a long day at the beach).
I'm guessing the trees along the property line have grown up a bit, as I could see no sign of any holiday house. In any case we found the cache, signed the log and picked up a travel bug (dropped by scody) but there was no sign of any geocoin.
Thanks for the cache, Paul_the_Hippy.

Had to go down to Flinders for a bit of work, and so we decided to make a day of it. Came home the long way to pick up a few caches.

Out for a casual afternoon of geocaching on a Sunday. No targets or plans, just taking it as it comes.
First find for the day, and a quick one too. Everything in tact for this one.
