Arrived at GZ and begain searching. searched all the obvious spots but still turned up nothing. Will come back another day.
Two muggle teenage girls sat in the cubby house and chatted while we tried to look without acting too suss. Was hard to have a proper search but thought I'd looked everywhere. A couple of spots unchecked so could be there.
Another time.
Another time.
Attempted to PAF but didn't get through on this one as it gave me some troubles for some reason... I had already picked up the correct thing and for some reason dismissed the camo... Sigh... That's caching though. TFTC
OK, so I needed a paf for this one, once agian I swear we looked there last time...A very sneaky hide, so little of the actual cache is visible, even when you move the covering. Thanks to Aussie cacher for a fine hide.
At first we were a bit limited in our ability to search, due to a muggle family which had stopped in the park for their child to play. Once they left, we could search a bit more thorugh, but, alas, did not manage to find the cache. Maybe some other time.
Seemingly far too many spots it could be, and we tried almost all of them, well not all obviously!
Took a few minutes to think it through. Then it was an easy find...
Even managed to avoid the nearby bower bird

Dropped by this park to look for the cache, but there were some kids and their mum's at the park. I tried to have a short look to see if there was anything I could spot, but no luck! I'll be back ;p
Cache Hunt 415; GAFF3; Weather, Wet/Rainy; Helpers, None; Cache condition, Good; Find of the day, 2nd; STATUS - Found; GPS at GZ - 2m
A quick stop next to this park. I could see gz and where I needed to go. The place was deserted, so should be and easy find. I checked one spot, and then for some reason just went to the hint. As I read it, I was still crouched down , I checked a spot a mere 10cm away from where i'd already checked and BAM found cache (DOH), really, I was there and just got lazy on searching for some reason. Grabbed cached and SL. Replaced and headed off for my next cache. Nice one AC, TFTC.

After skipping the royal wedding by watching a dreadful (classic?) Aussie movie "Stone" we went looking for this at 10pm. After quite a bit of stone-turning PPE homed in on the little bison. SL TFTC Aussiecacher!
# for today: 3, TOD: Late evening, Conditions: Very overcast, Cache Condition: Excellent, Others:Honeysoy, Glenferns,Notes - Nil
Out for a spot of caching to avoid the royal wedding.
Reasonably quick find, which avoided alerting local residents getting concerned over 3 people which flash lights mucking around in their little park.

Great cache. found it with Purplepeopleater and Glenferns at about 10:00 in the night TFTC
Geoteen and I suspect this cache may have been muggled as our search turned up nothing except something that should have been there:(
Ok a Friday mid morning and the park was full of people. Some teens the far side kicking a ball aroound, several perants with kids on the play equipment (one couple & child I suspect). After telling smelly belly 8 to go play I slowly made my way to GZ, after several mintues I had worked out where GZ is and stood back mid bridge (not useless gave me something to lean on).
SB8 wondered over at the signal. He followed instructions to the letter and soon passed me a cache to sign. He returned collected the cache and played for a while before returning the cache and keep playing before we pulled out.
This was one of the best hunts I have had for a while in a high muggle area.
JABs.

The squints found this after much searching. Thank goodness for Spectacles sharp eyesight. The hint is spot on!

I gotta a phone a friend from someone in the last little while asking for help but I had not found it myself....I arrived there today expecting to look for a devilishly hard to find cache, fortunately it showed itself inside 2 minutes of searching, I can see how it could become a cachers nightmare however, as there are any number of potential places to put a cache. This was our last for the day...the rest will wait for the next free weekend we have, Thanks for the cache Aussie Cacher.
Arrrrhhhhh, this was our second time here & we still couldn't find it, several text messages to 3stars to give us hints & finally the little bugger was in our hands....TFTC
Well after being stumped on this one a few times we came back to today to give it another go and had it in our hands in a few seconds. It was staring us in the face the entire time... TFTC
Found it well MattKwashere> found but I was just behind him ready to look there....
Thanks Aussie.
Signed log and got out of there fast.

Well you are not going to believe this as I am logging a DNF not sure why but me and my Geo boy could not find this today.
Maybe because I did not read the new clue!
Ill be back.

I have no idea how this one was muggled but the cache was gone. Replace it with another one close by. The new one is not magnetic. Same coordinates, new hint.Cache on.
Despite sticking my hand amongst all the spiders webs in quite a few different spots, we had no luck today. I think the difficulty here is that you can't see where you're trying to look!
Had a few young ankle biters that became interested in our activities. Luckily there dads didn't seem to be concerned. Wasn't too keen to carry on our search so called it quits.
Got all the clues noticed that it was found today but with no one in the park for a while we searched the whole thing.
A quick call to Aussie and he pointed me to the correct spot but we still have not been able to find it.
Looked low and looked high, looked on the ground but still did not found.
Nice park!

Nice and easy find. Useless bridge indeed! I'm not even sure why the bridge was put there! TFTC
Running out of time and this was the last on today's cache run, I arrived at GZ with 5 minutes only to spend looking and I was short of any further info. So started looking for the usual Aussie cacher items.. and there were SO many possible hiding spots.
While there the neighbours across the road decided to challenge each other in the vocal chords stakes, taking any attraction away from my activities but making the visit a little memorable.
I'll get it next time.

I think we had a lot of luck on this one, especially with two recent DNFs from other cachers. I just got to GZ when the kids from across the road started charging along the path, one kid pushing the other in a toy car. I instinctively groped where I thought the cache might be, found it anretrieved it before the kids got near us, and I headed off to the car to sign it while the family stayed in the park. Just as I was ready to return the cache, the local kids came charging back out, leaving me free to replace the cache.
Thankyou to AussieCacher and the Caching Gods for this one.

While the kids acted as decoy, happily playing on the the playground equipment, the geohubby went in, without the gloves, to grab this one in between local kid sightings. TFTC
Spent 15 Minutes looking for this one and couldn't see where it might be hidden. I'll keep this one on my watch list.

After I logged a DNF on the 27-02-11 it was back here tonight and quickly located this time wearing a glove as plenty of spiders reside at GZ, as geo-wife made us a cup of coffee. Thanks.
Just spent 15 minutes with a glove on asking the bridge to turn it's head and cough, nothing showed up sadly.
This was a good one to look for during the week as the suburb looked almost deserted, everybody at work.
I thought a glove might be the go here as I really do hate spiders!! Cache located and log signed.

I think I was very lucky with this one. I could well have had a long search.
Arriving at GZ just at dusk, after about a half hour of rain, I found the place -- including the nearby playground -- totally deserted, which allowed me to search without any interruptions.
To start, I had to choose one part of 'the useless bridge' and I happened to choose just the right place.
The CO's description of the cache container certainly helped.
Yet another AussieCacher cache for the day -- many thanks!

Turned up at this one with Team Zawadzki and had the GPS jumping around a little at the start. Hunger got the best of us so we decided to head off and meet the Estreich's for a spot of lunch and come back to this. With them confirming our suspicions regarding where this cache is we soon had the cache in hand. TFTC
GPS went a little nuts at first, had us running around a bit. Still knew this one had something to do with the bridge. Left the GPS sitting on the bridge to settle down. Found the little bugger before the GPS had a chance. SL TFTC.
DNF - We found the bridge and after 20 minutes of searching in the most obvious places and some more obscure ones came up empty handed. We will have to keep an eye on this one, thanks.
