Archived, but we found it today whilst looking for Cache within a cache, funny the caches that have been and gone in such a short time in this reserve alone. Have sent a message to CO with location.
Checked on this cache today. No longer there, so will decide soon whether to move, replace or archive as its the 3rd time in a short while that its been muggled.
The clues looked pretty easy - we were so positive we knew where it should be... but we looked and looked, and are certain the cache is no longer where it should be.
easy find using description. Needed to have tweezers to get out log - car keys helped. TFTC
I had my 2 boys and a friend’s 2 girls today, as part of our support groups holiday program. Geocaching without a gps unit is a fun activity to entertain the kids. Nice one, thx!
Some very history and enjoying the spectacular views on a damp evening caching in the region. TFTC
Visiting a friend who lives locally and he took me around to get some quick caches. Nice spot. TFTC

At last! Been here a couple of times before with no luck. This time easy peasy. TFTC.
Found while in Auckland for the weekend. visiting the Howick market and looking for a few caches around the area. Nice little reserve with great views and a straightforward find with the clues. TFTC
Coordinates changed from:

Coordinates changed to:
S 36° 53.540 E 174° 55.778
Distance from original: 160.6 feet or 49 meters.
Due to the 2 previous caches being muggled, have relocated the cache to another area, still within Crawford Reserve.

Cache has been muggled again . Scoped out some new locations, will replace as soon as possible.
Been here a couple of times and still the target is still very ellusive! [:(!] Both myself and mrs s were pulling our hair out and decided to call it quits after a good 30 minutes looking. Maybe we couldn't see the forest for all the trees? Will try again sometime.
Cache container changed to a small pill bottle, replacement log inside. All good to go.
Had a job to do in Howick so I thought I would grab a couple of caches whilst here from the North Shore. Unfortunately this one eluded me no matter how hard I looked. The Italian Job was here................!
#2851. I seem to remember looking for an earlier cache in this reserve (not sure whether I found it then or not). Found quite easily today. TFTC.
Nicely hidden cache is a lovely wee reserve. It was very quiet here, away from the bustle of pre-christmas activity.
TFTC.
TFTC.
Nice find on a lovely day, enjoyed some fish and chips at the reserve afterwards. TFTC
Finally managed to get to the GZ for this cache after a couple of tries. The previous times I was thwarted by muggles.
Lovely little park.
Cheers for the cache.
Lovely little park.
Cheers for the cache.
Had to take two goes at this one today as early this morning a couple of young brawny men were doing some maintainence in the park. However no such dramas later this afternoon as an easy find was made. Please not that there is definetly no need to walk onto the garden area here as it is obvious that many cachers have done. TFTC.
A small reserve with a grand outlook and a good spot for the younger grandchildren. No one about today so we could search without difficulty. TFTC
Had to go back - found the second time. Nice reserve -better than the sticky old Howick bus station. Thank you
4223 A lovely spot in the early morning, no muggles to have to worry about, they were all still tucked up in bed! TFTC
6931 Quick find, then we enjoyed a some of stargazing in Crawford Reserve. Thanks for the night views and cache.
Fantastic!! You little beauty. Great idea. My first find!! And used a iPhone. Thanks heaps
Out east today, grabbing caches in the rain. First up, avoyager's latest effort. Had a bit of poke around while I waited for the GPS to wake up. Didn't spot it in the most likely spot, so checked another object in the distance. GPS kicked into life and returned me to the original spot. Where, after that, I found the cache prombtly. Nice little reserve here. I catch a lot Howick & Eastern Buses so was interested in this tidbit of history. Cheers for the cache!
Was at the local GP this morning with my wife and son.
Couldn't resist this one only 25 m away.
Sneaked out while they where waiting.
No problems with the find or any bad smells today.

Quick almost drive-by. I had been thinking of placing a cache here myself. But I was not quick enough. Thanks.
The underware is still there, but nothing else would put me off visiting, it's a nice little reserve.

Numerous visits were made to GZ prior to publishing this cache and at no time did the area feel untoward. Will make spot checks now and then and keep an eye on any comments in future logs.
Recall coming to this little park before to look for a cache which was later archived. Did not find that one but this one revealed itself rather quickly. Rather unpleasant smell around GZ. It would appear that someone sleeps nearby at night time. Found a pair of red lace underwear near GZ too. Glad i did not visit in the dark . TFTC
Yeehaa!! - FTF #2 for us! Got notification for this new listing just as i finished work. Raced out to GZ hoping for a FTF and a blank log book awaited me! Nice hide in a really nice little park. Thanks for bringing me here! SL - TFTC!
