On our road trip back to Nelson from Waiheke. Just as we arrived the heavens opened up!! Didn't spot it at first and found our 2nd munzee first after just finding our 1st one at Makohine Viaduct.....wrote down the website to see what this is all about?? Then spotted the cache....in two bits!!

Found it with SgtSchultz. It seems cache container is broken so the cache was visible when I found it, other than that TFTC.
Found it. The cache holder is broken in two cache is ok tho. Very small! Pays to be curious.
Lovely place, well looked after graveyard.
TFTC!
P.S. Bring tweezers to this one.

The camo has broken - I am guessing in the wind, we have mended it using sticks to hold it together and wedged it in place to hopefully stop it falling down again. I already have one parent in a cemetery and now they definitely remind me to try and enjoy life while we have it. TFTC
Had a pleasant lunch at a nearby cafe. They were super busy with locals having Christmas lunches. We were warned there would be a delay but were served in half of an average Auckland wait. Suitably fortified we quickly found our 8th for today (oh, sorry! Not about....) Rather sadly we think the camo is in 2 pieces - some super glue would be handy - but cache is safe. NINO TFTC
What horrific winds today. Haven't had much luck today until now. Thought being s cemetery it would be quiet. No such luck. Ladies arrived to clean away dead flowers. Finally found and signed. Tftcc
Ive been here once before...im wondering why I didn't find it though I guess I didn't look hard enough then, Had a Proper look today! TFTC
My aim for the weekend was to explore Hawke's Bay - grabaseat airfare from Christchurch, rental car & the world was my (geocaching) oyster!
I eventually came to this side of the Gorge to get the CANZ Manawatu cache - and for some reason drove north.
This was the only cache I found - didn't have the GPS loaded for this region, it was now dark, ... many other excuses.
Excellent hide and thank you for the history. A favourite from me.

5441. On our way to Taupo. This was cache nine of the day. A quick and easy park and grab. Had to think laterally - and vertically - before spotting the interesting container. Thanks. Rodney and Iris.
Found orginally as part of phasevisitor team, now created own account, re-logging as yorkshirekiwi83.
We drove back to Auckland today, from an extra long weekend in Wellington, and picked up a few caches along the way. After a brief search, this unusual cache was spotted! TFTC!

As a regular reader of your blog of the same name this was one of the high priority caches I wanted to get on a return trip from Wellington to Hamilton. Cache is in good shape, and was quickly found. Thanks for placing it and for your ongoing support of the geocaching community in general.
Having read about this cache on the INATN blog, this one looked like a worthwhile stop. Clever container, TFTC
Found during our big Welly to Auktown road trip.
Loved the clever play on words and meanings.
Straightforward find; cache in order, log signed; cache safely re-hidden, just as found.
TFTC found with team cacher Sweet P too

Unfortunately heavy traffic , and being on the other side ofthe road precluded us from adding a replacement log. We may be going back up-country in a week or so ... coulddo it then!?!?
Found this one on my second attempt. Apparently I was just not searching like a geocacher last time!
Cool little cemetery, and quickly found on a trip to the mountains. Will try to stop on the return journey and add a replacement log 'cause I think the cache owners might be a bit far away.

On a lazy, rainy Sunday we spent the morning completing the caches in Marton and with full bellies from a delicious lunch we headed to this cache. We were glad for a quick find as the rain started again as we were signing the log - "C'mon kids. In the car quick, quick, quick!"

Dripping with irony to find this cache here as we have just returned to marton to bury our father. We are planning to have a geocache for his grave too.
Read the entire description from end to end on the way there. Container great and in good condition. Lots of people about today mowing the lawn. T4TC. Did with Mycro Man
A wonderful clever hide. Stopped off on the way past. It took a few minutes of rummaging around to finally click to what we were looking for. Thanks.
Went and had a look, but no luck. Confident that I was looking in the right spot, but couldn't find what I was looking for. It was getting dark mind you, so I'll look again next time I'm passing by. Will be keeping an eye on this one to see if others are still having luck with it
Found on Mr & Mrs TallGuy789's honeymoon trip around the Coromandel and back down to Wellington. Lovely peaceful spot. TFTC.
A quick cache-dash diversion on route to Foxton.
Always hesitant when doing cemetery caches, but this one was well placed. For the umpteenth time, my friend found the cache while I was off on an iPhone wild goose chase. Interesting personal history here. Thanks for sharing, and TFTC.

You're right, it's not really all about the numbers but it's nice to do what we can while we are able. Nice cemetery and very well maintained. No problems locating the cache. Thanks
Found it just as i started to rain. I suggest parking at the southern end of the cemetery to make things easier, especially in the wet. TFTC
Day 4 of our road trip to Auckland for Christmas. A deceptively large facilty. Thanks for the hide
A new day in New Zealand on the way from Wellington to Whakapapa... the weather was changing a lot with very windy conditions... but who cares about that? Enjoy the stay...

Thanks to Wellington cacher JardisLikeTardis for removing the second logbook. By the sounds of it, we owe you a pair of tweezers now.
Finally managed to stop off to tick off another of my geo-pal kjwx's caches, en route from Wellington to Auckland (via Rotorua) today. Took me longer than it should have to locate the cache, but it put a smile on my face when I extracted it from its hiding place. Very cool container. I managed to extract the extraneous logbook, which I will return to kjwx shortly. Thanks for bringing me here, and taking the opportunity to celebrate your grandparents' lives. TFTC
find 4/14 with the Puzzlenoid during our Vinegar Hill loop trip.
cache container has two caches in it, but we could only get one out to sign.

Finally stopped after having driven past a number of times because the car GPS (for some reason) didn't have the cache location loaded on it. This time around it game up in plenty of time to make the decision to stop. Followed the arrow and numbers and quickly spotted the very appropriate cache in is hiding place. Log signed, it was tucked away again and our journey continued. TFTC
A straightforward find with markhnz, although it did take us a wee while to locate this interestingly hidden cache. TFTC
quick find on our way to home. very beautiful cemetery and loved reading about it all. very interesting tftc
Thanks for sharing the special story of your grandparents. Some parts reminded me of my own parents so thanks for those nice memories. A nice surprise at GZ. TFTC #3698
I met the funeral party at the Ang. church but manged to park and retreive that Frist marton cache and then I met the same part as they were about to arrive at the cemetery but I mangaed to be unobserved and grab/replace the cache. Nice memories/honour of your grandparents...We always recognise their worth until we dont have them...
We drove to the top, and yes, it is a great outlook over the surrounding district. Thanks for the cache .
On holidays from Australia enjoying a caching trip with J+J.au. Always amazed at the places and sights that geocaching shows me. SL..TFTC
