This one was very easy to find, as advertised, but I don't see any way someone in a wheelchair could get to GZ, so that terrain rating is too low. Considering what one has to cross in order to reach GZ from the road I think a terrain rating of 2 makes more sense. TFTC! (NOte: I notice that this cache was hidden on the day I found my first hide; interesting coincidence.)
