Logs
Coordinates were good on this one! Fun hunt for it! Cache still in good shape, thanks for putting this here for us!!!
We were in town camping this weekend with the BSA 194 Troop from Beaumont. There are a couple of active cache in our group normally but today there were two of us. This was an easy find on a log day of caching. We signed the log as BSA194 (Blindzman, MomShark, and a Muggle was with us but I think after today he will be a regular cacher. He has listened to us talk about it for a year of so but had never had the chance to go with us. Thank for the cache. I had a great day on the trail with great friends and really cool caches.
Working my way back to the interstate, I saw this cache on the map.
Pulled over, and hopped into the red zone. Of course I read the hint, I couldn't help myself!
Found the cache handily! I slapped my moniker on the log and scooted to the memorial and took a photo op!
Thanks for the cache!

Great spot! I <3 historical markers, especially when learning about local histories. TFTC!
#1220 Stopped at this one on the way home from Conroe, after enjoying the Sam Houston statue. Lots of grasshoppers around this site.
I've passed by this cache any number of times but never got around to hunting it. Decided to make a stop today for a quick grab.
Caching a good weekend with friends. Good thing sobercoats has arms of steel because she made the grab with a bit of effort.
US11. On the way out from the S Houston Statue I came past here, and despite the DNFs stopped for s look. It was in there, it just needs a careful look. Thanks.
