###**CACHE OWNER ACTION REQUIRED PLEASE**###

----------

Hi there Cache Owner,

It looks like this cache needs your attention in some way please, as one or more seekers have indicated in their logs that there is an issue with the placement.

The guidelines indicated that periodic visits to check on the cache, as well as prompt attention to any logs that indicate there is a problem, are part of the [**cache owners responsibilities.**](https://www.geocaching.com/play/guidelines#listingmaintenance) If you can't attend to the issue promptly, then you need to [**Disable it**](https://www.geocaching.com/help/index.php?pg=kb.chapter&id=38&pgid=235) - I have Disabled it for you this time.

**Can you please respond to this situation (or indicated your intention) within 14 days,** so others know exactly what is happening with this cache?

You have lots of choices so pick the one that applies from this handy list:

- Check on the cache, repair and/or replace the cache or do whatever else is needed, post an [**Owner Maintenance log**](http://support.groundspeak.com/index.php?pg=kb.page&id=404) indicating the cache has been checked and [**ENABLE your cache.**](https://support.groundspeak.com/index.php?pg=kb.page&id=235 ) Then sit back and wait for the praises.

- If you really hope to get it fixed but there is some unusual reason why you can't do it soon, then at least post a Write Note log (within 14 days). Be sure to indicate the actual date that you expect to have it fixed so that everyone knows you are on top of it. For ongoing issues (where you don't have an actual date) please ensure you visit the page and post a note every 28 days so as to keep everyone up to speed.

- If you don't plan on fixing it then you could consider passing it on to another geocacher by asking them to [**Adopt it**](https://www.geocaching.com/help/index.php?pg=kb.chapter&id=38&pgid=54) or alternatively, you need to [**Archive it,**](https://www.geocaching.com/help/index.php?pg=kb.chapter&id=38&pgid=56) so it is removed from searches and someone else can have the spot. Don't forget to remove any remnants of your previously enjoyed cache too.

You might wonder what happens if you don't pick one of those. Well, if nothing happens, then a few weeks from today, when I next look at the cache page, it is likely that I will, unfortunately, have to de-list (Archive) it on the basis that it has been abandoned.

Honestly, I'd rather you decide so please do something before then. Please don't send me an email but instead follow the information/advice posted above.

Found with omegaman1971 while grabbing a few caches in the area while heading to Chiltern. We managed a nice quick find with this hide today and initially thought we would have to contend with some muggles with this morning being a Sunday but it turned out to be the off day and we had no troubles locating the cache container. Thanks Lostmonster & co for the hide.

An interesting little building in an area I would never would have visited except for geocaching - cache was well hidden but could be seen from a way away. Also had a couple of eight legged guardians that thankfully disappeared quickly.
Log is very wet - logbook is difficult to remove and so pages appear to have been extracted only. Most are damp with limited dry space to write, but did scrawl my name.

A bit of maintenance took BettyBoo3747 and I away from a very busy Beechworth.
A few new caches to collect on the way.
A little difficult to do any damage to the church from this far corner.
It looks as if they have given the church a new paint job - looks very flash.
Thanks, Robmc.

Quick park n grab. Logbook took a bit to extract. SL & put it back in on a better angle so hopefully easier for next finder unless it twists back to old shape. May need a different shape container. Thanks for bringing us down a track we previously hadn't ventured.

Got up early to 'go out and play'. What a gem I found first up! Found quickly and SL. Then, sat on a fence rail and just took it all in. Cicadas were at it in the cool morning air and the sun was in full swing, beaming soft light over the paddocks. The church is lovely. Thanks LM for bringing me here.

Looking up some old cache finds to see if I qualify for a challenge cache I am working on and found a few I have failed to log on line. I clearly found and signed them as they were logged (in a much more timely manner) by Cybergran V who I was traveling and caching with on that day. Red Face
I understand that with the lateness of this submission the log sheet I signed with my mother that day may be well lost, and that as such my log not be accepted or counted but just for the record.......

TFTC Lostmonster & Co. [^]

Sorry for the late log. It looks like I have a few more late ones to submit from that weekend and a few more appologies to make. Sad

I set out for two days with the intention of doing some high D/T caching, starting in the Cathedral Ranges and then working my way to Mt Buller where I would spend the second day. I was looking forward to the caches and hiking around Mt Buller but unfortunately mother nature had other ideas with my plan as on the Friday afternoon, as I arrived at Buller, severe storms hit the region and thats when the downpour started and continued for the next 48 hours. So the long hikes were out this time and some slip sliding muddy 4WD caching resulted instead up around Yackandandah and the Barandudah Ranges.
Up bright and early this morning, the weather was still atrocious, so I decided to head north and try my caching luck up around Beechworth and Albury. A lovely little country church. Very peaceful here today and with the cache found and log signed I was off to the next cache just around the corner.
Thanks for the hide.

A lovely detour on my caching journey around the area today Smile
The church is rather quaint, but the amenities block next door is rather a surprise [:o]

The 'other' amenities block a bit further afield is more in keeping with the setting [^]

And somewhere out the back I found me a cache, but only after a 5 minute wait for a local cocky to putt, putt past on a very antiquated tractor Big Grin

Nice n easy one. While we were there a neighbour popped down on his tractor and told us a little history on the grounds. The new shed is built partly on top of the old school that was here many years ago, and the outhouse is built from its bricks. The church is non denomination and services are 7.00pm first Sunday of the month.
