I solved the puzzle back in 2019 and decided to come by today. I noticed the cache was showing up in the middle of the road near the cemetery, which didnt seem right, so I headed off to find other caches. Once I got home, I realised I entered typos in the solved coordinates. Ill be back next time! Thanks for placing the cache, Aussie Liahona

24/1/2024 Find #6802KezzBear and I had a day of chores and mayhem planned, which would take us to Harbour Town and a number of other locations. So rather than pre-planning a load of caches, it was going to be a case of choosing a couple of particular ones along the way. Ones that happened to be on a target friends list were of particular high standing to get picked. This was our first of the day, and we both recalled coming here previously on separate occasions but not being able to get in to do this cache at the time. Today however, it was a different story, and we were soon having a Whalley good time finding all the family members and doing our calculations. With numbers crunched we made the short wander to Gz where we found another odd item not far from the cache. Then we wandered the rest of the cemetery and noticed a few very recent graves and a row of tiny childrens graves. A very enjoyable multi. Thanks for the cache Aussie Liahona.

Finally got back to this one today with 1MinnieMoo. It was a hot day but with the list in hand at this small cemetery it took us less than 10 minutes to get the names and do the maths. Cache is in good condition! Thanks for bringing us here!

We were on a drive to the GC for the weekend and I told the kids we were getting just one cache and that I would appreciate their help. They didn't help and this took longer than it needed to.

While kids fought and whinged, I finally worked out that whalley was the surname I was looking for. Of course! So back to the beginning.

Then I missed a couple of names because there was a 3 for 1 deal that I raced passed to get back to children threatening each other with sticks.

James was really faded and hard to read so I had to call children to time out and help me.

Coods I put in had me in the middle of the highway. I knew that wasn't right. So, I started again only to discover that I had nothing incorrect. I had typed the numbers incorrectly in my waypoint. Should have checked that before heading on adventure 2!

Once at gz I was hoping the cache was on this side on the fence, not that side. Didn't take long to spot it and log found.

I love the stepped puzzles of an adventure. Thank you for putting this one together.

I decided to go check this one out since I’ve done most of the caches around where I live so I had to eventually check this out. It’s a very interesting experience walking around fading memories of those I do not know, and feeling the lasting grief staining the headstones. Some of the graves were for children, babies, and that is a scary reality that I do not think about much. As I was finding the Whalleys to jot down the notes, I spoke to them and told them about my life, and why I’m there. I’m not spiritual, but it felt right.

After finding them all, I went to look for the coordinates. I spend so long looking for this cache that I was going crazy, so I had to contact the owner. I walked to the local petrol station and waited for a response. Turned out, I was completely wrong in my coordinates and was going crazy for nothing. Now I know the “hole” truth. I was so confused why other members who found it was talking about some random hole haha. Anyway TFTC!

I've often driven past here and seen the icon on the map so today I stopped to make the find. Thanks for the fun Aussie Liahona

After a lengthy search , the geowife and I solved all the clues and finally found the cache. TFTC

20-Feb-23
Now, if that didn't caused a geodivorce I think it's safe to say that our geomarriage is safe
After completing calculations, we set off with the cache nowhere in sight. I told the Geohusband @Nosmada that we should go back to the car and recalculate (even though I knew my calculations were correct). We head back to the car, only to discover that somebody had given the age and year around the wrong way. Needless to say, Geowife to the rescue and we soon had CIH.

Now in Brisbane for work and this was a puzzle that looked fun... and was close to my work. Found what I needed but stuffed up the calc and was near a school 600m away... hmm. OOo. I see the rookie error.. now back I go and just couldn't find it. Had an idea and was thinking to DNF. Then I noticed that me Melbourne biddy Spiffy- had found it.. now I had to as well.. so another 10min and ahhh got you. Spot on coordinates and all nice and dry. Fav.

Thanks to Aussie Liahona for the fun and the adventure.

After a feed of Teppenyaki at the Westfield we drove up to check out the cemetery. I can’t remember a time before geocaching when I would have been so excited to see buried people. Sure, I could think of a few bullies from school that needed detention six feet under, but normally we don’t attend graves to celebrate.

These days I do celebrate those that have come before us. Those lucky buggers that grew up without the internet and constant lockdowns must have lived a great life. It all comes crashing back down when you see the grave of a child. I hope to never have to visit one of our own children’s graves although at times they have sh*t me so much that I started digging them.

My wife loved the cache name so much that she thought a favourite point was in order. With a GZ plotted we walked over and my first instinct was to climb through the hole in the fence until previous logs said we didn’t have to. Another great spot that we wouldn’t have stopped at or even known existed without a cache. tftc

We had noticed that we had found 195 of Aussie Liahona's caches so planned today as an Aussie Liahona only day to find some more and get our 200th cache by these very prodigious hiders of caches in this neck of the woods. We have learnt a lot from their placements, styles and variety of hides since we found the first AL cache 4 days after starting Geocaching back in June 2017. We certainly would not have visited 19 cemeteries in the region without their caches being there!!

After grabbing 8 caches further west and a celebratory beer at the English pub we headed back to the M1 to grab this final cache of the day at the 19th cemetery that Aussie Liahona has led us to! (not that we are saying that it is a macabre obsession) When we arrived there was a council truck and a small backhoe in the car park and three suited persons under a marquee next to a white hearse and a fresh pile of dirt. Yep, a live event was about to take place.

Fortunately the planting was a fair way down the cemetery and at this stage there were no other attendees so we quietly moved through some of first rows of graves and started to find some Whalleys. We had two to find but were getting a bit close to the still vacant plot for comfort. Fortunately a quick search with other means turned up some figures and the maths were done and some healthy co-ordinates were loaded in to the Garmin.

The cache was quickly spotted and with some dithering with phones taking imaginary photos of old headstones we outlasted the gaze of one of the three suits that was facing in our direction. we managed to subtly sign the log and retreated to the car park. It was sad that there didn't appear to be any attendees for the funeral. A favourite from us. TFTC Aussie Liahona and another enjoyable and interesting day chasing your caches. #204

After joining CHAMAD on a busy caching morning and nearby lunch, being such a hot day we were ready to call it a day, but CHAMAD was keen to complete a cemetery cache. These are my nemesis ... they always take me much longer than they should, I was prepared to spend a while here.
With the information we needed captured, we did some sums and of course had a final that wasn't correct. Checking again, we thought we had one part right and revisited the graves again to double check. Hmmm still not right ... wait, we did this and shouldn't have. Yipee - we finally had some numbers which lead us to the cache.
Thanks Aussie Liahona for a fun cache.

Out with Willis007 after the CITO event we discussed about doing some caches on the southside. After a big day of walking in the heat and lots of trail walking we were ready for some lunch and a big cold drink. Sitting there we discussed about doing one more for the day, willis007 was not impressed as her love of cemetery caches is her down side. Knowing Kay’s love for cemetery caches I was ready for the unexpected. A walk around gathering information I got 2 pieces I did not need and this was our downfall and made us have to do it all over again, I’m going to put it down to the willis007 trait.

Our first coordinates had us outside the fenced area and I knew this was wrong, second look at it and we had some better numbers. Not sure if the hole in the fence is for people get out or people wanting to get in, weird. The cache was found easily then and the log was signed and cache replaced as found. Thanks for another cemetery experience I’m sure I have not completed all of them yet, lol.

Out for some caching fun with Brislions. We were following a lab cache and picking up a few other caches along the way. I had been here once before to look for this cache, unsuccessfully. On that occasion, my phone had me searching in a slightly wrong area. Today, calculations were done again to ensure I had them correct. This time, my phone had me searching only a few metres away from where I had previously searched. This time, the cache was located after a short search and our names were added to the log. TFTC

Selva Girls said she wanted to head down to Currumbin to pickup a few caches. We grab 24 today. Virtual, 2 mystery, and 16 traditional and Adventure Lab with 5 waypoints.

We had lots of fun today and we got very close to NSW border. But we don’t have a pass to cross the border, and that cache was only 2km away. ok maybe time.
Sorry for the generic post.

Did the research on the one before heading out here and soon had some good numbers. After a little wander with Swearah and reezielou around this lovely resting place, we soon spotted what we were looking for. All good with this cache. A nice one, TFTC AL.

Have visited the little cemetery many times over the years as my Aunt and Uncle are buried here. Today was visiting for my Aunt’s birthday and decided I should take the time to find this cache. The last time I looked for it I was interrupted by some other visitors and didn’t feel comfortable hanging around to make the find. In my log I think I said I’d be back to finish. 9 years later I did!

First lesson for following finders is read the whole description first. I went around found all the info for the ages worked it out and then realised I needed more! So off I went around again. Final now calculated if to GZ I went. No joy but expanded my search another 10m or so and made the find. The difference was probably down to my phone’s GPSr. Everything safe and dry here. TFTC

Solved this mystery long time ago but it was getting late and dark so I opted to find and sign it when it's convenient.

Rubber was missing but log is ok. Cache nicely blending in but might need another holder.

I used this coords for driving and park S 27° 51.410' E 153° 18.613'

On our way to the Gold Coast for the weekend, we stopped at the cemetery which we did not know existed. After some searching, we soon had the answers that we needed. We sat in the shade in crunched the numbers through and went back for the short walk to GZ. Log signed and we did enjoy our meander through some history here.
Thanks for the field puzzle.

Arrived in the general area and Wallet appeared to be outside the general area but I decided to intensify my search without my GPS and cane up with some numbers so went and sat in the car to do my maths. I had a reasonable set of co-ords so set out in that direction but having trouble with my phone so I put it away until I stopped walking and though I would see if it was going to play now. Got it out of my pocket but as I did I saw something suspicious and sure enough it was the cache. While collecting the data here I saw the graves of the Hinze family who were on my husbands side of the Family Tree. Cemetery caches are always interesting. TFTC

Have been past this a few times and was with Black Flag Angel who loves the history of old cemeteries so had to check it out.

We did the usual, walked around finding the names of those on the list until we had them all, worked out the coordinates for the final and sure enough wasnt long before Black Flag Angel found the cache.

Great spot, TFTC, signed and returned.

Such a good experience, especially to acknowledge the graves we came across, especially for a local area we always pass but never go in - thank you for this cache!

Was planning on doing a few closer to home but when we were getting ready realized the bikes tyres were flat so ended up at the nearby servo to pump them up and thought we may as well do this one while we were there. Took a while to get all the info. Had to go back around a few times to find the right things and finally got our new coordinates and had the cache in hand not too long after that. Nice cache to start off after a long break. Tftc

Catching up on some logging...EB3...found with mum after visiting the orthodontist. TFTC Aussie Liahona.

17-Dec-18
Enroute to Upper Coomera today from Toowoomba for an orthodontist appointment for the youngest Esky Boy, I missed the turnoff at the round-a-bout and ended up in the carpark of a cemetery...it suddenly dawned on me that this was the cemetery with the cache I had on my "to-do" list today. With the appointment looming but with a little time to spare I made the decision to give this a go now...lucky it's a small cemetery and the info was quickly gathered and a good looking GZ obtained but we could not spot the container. Time was ticking and I made the decision to keep moving but not before reaching out to the CO for confirmation we had the correct coords...a very timely reply meant we were able to return afterwards and without the pressure of a time limit and breathing space to think we made a quick find a short distance from where we were previously searching. All good here. TFTC Aussie Liahona.

Gold Coast Day 1
Todays trip took us north into the Coomera area. Lots of new housing estates we visited not knowing that they existed. Even my GPS didn't know some roads.
While compiling my list of where to visit today this one was on the list. I had used my old mate google to help with a new coordinate. I think the road has changed since we were last in the area.
Thanks for placing this cache Aussie Liahona

Struggled at first but once we got the right numbers we found it quickly. Well camouflaged tfth

30-Apr-17
I collected all the info for this one a week or so ago, but the resulting coordinates didn't make sense...so I contacted the CO for clarification and then realised I'd made a silly mistake! With the numbers now making sense I had a likely set of coordinates and today I made my way to GZ to find the well hidden cache.
It was good to see that the council had laid some fresh turf since my last visit, and that they were taking care of this interesting little cemetery.
Fave point from me for this cache, TFTC!

22-Apr-17
We were about to look at this one back in late 2015 when it was disabled due to the roadworks / bridge construction. We've had a bit of a geocaching break recently so we were keen to do this one now we are back and it is active again.
It is great to look at the history of regions and cemeteries are certainly in keeping with these. Being very respectful of the place, my young son and I careful found all the numbers we needed and did our calculations.
Once we had the final GZ, we took a little while to find the cache as it well hidden. TFTC !!! A fav point from us.

29-Jan-17
Not sure why this was not logged when I found it but catching up on logs I saw it was still not smiling at me. I loved looking through old cemeteries and finding details. Our leg work was done but we had to wait for roadworks to be finished to sign this one. TFTC

29-Jan-17
Another late log for me, as I am staying in Qld I have been looking for which caches I need to do to avoid my beeping on the highway, this one I can turn yellow as it was signed a couple of months ago but obviously not logged. Thanks for this cache I love doing the research for these type of caches you learn so much about the area and how it came about. TFTC

01-Jan-17
Pleasing to see this 'Resting Place' has been so well looked after especially since all the new roadworks have now been completed. Walked around most of the graves and spotted all the familiar names as mentioned in the description and if I had paid a bit more attention to those details I wouldn't have had to go back twice to get the information for the South as I forgot to write them down the first time.
This was a very enjoyable and different type of puzzle to do, thanks Aussie Liahona, a worthy favorite point from me and TFTC Smile

Woo hoo. The area is now accessible again and we can enable this cache and open it up for finds again.
Cheers and happy caching!!

12-Sep-16
Just letting you know reviewer that this cache is not forgotten. Please read the previous note and please do not archive.

09-Jul-16
Dear Reviewer:
We are very keen for this cache to be enabled. We just have to wait for the construction to be finished of the building of a new bridge over the top of the M1 which is quite an undertaking as you would imagine. We could have replaced it already if the roadworkers were not using the cemetery car park as their worksite setup. It looks like it won't be too much longer before it is ready. We are going away July 24th and I won't be back until the first week of October. Therefore I will be unable to check on the location between those dates. Please do NOT archive this cache as we are actively watching the location, but just won't be able to while we are away. I will check it as soon as I get back and activate the cache if I can.
Thank you very much.
Cheers,
Kay and Bob

This cache will be replaced. There is still construction going on here. The bridge looks nearly done but now they are widening the road and the area is inaccessible.

01-Apr-16
Cache is not forgotten about. Construction of the bridge over the highway is going well and shouldn't be too much longer. As soon as the workers stop using the cemetery carpark as their work base we will replace the cache.

10-Feb-16
Keeping our eye on the area. Progress is being made with the bridgeworks. The heavy concrete structures are across both sides of the highway now and it's getting there. We've not forgotten about this cache.

21-Jan-16
We are keeping our eye on GZ and the bridge construction next to it. Will enable the cache asap.

01-Dec-15
Visited the GZ to check on the situation here. The bridge seems to be nearly complete so we hope it won't be much longer before this one is back up. We will keep checking.

11-Oct-15
We are just temporarily disabling this cache while it appears they are in the throws of building a second bridge across the highway which is impacting on the front access to this GZ.

We'll keep a watch and see how this goes.

05-Aug-15
Had all the numbers to this puzzle but just could not make the final stick until today.
I wandered around the area and gathered all the information.
Did some calculations and plugged into the GPS
Headed into GZ and the cache came to hand.
TNLNSL TFTC Thanks Aussie Liahona Cool All good with this cache
A favourite from me

Well, how many times is it said that without Geocaching these little treasures of places would probably go unnoticed. And the history forgotten. So I like visiting country cemeteries - mainly because they are invariably small and don;t take long to soft out a geocacher's puzzle. Found at 3.35 pm on 5th August 015. TFTC.

01-Mar-15
Wandered from gravestone to gravestone with notepad and pencil, ( as you do in a graveyard), then quickly had the coords worked out. Just as we spotted the very clever cache, another couple arrived and they too, seemed to be looking for something, Hmm, fellow geo-cachers maybe? They weren't taking notes though and soon left. Great, cache soon in hand, log signed and happy to add another smiley to my list. Tftc AL top one and a fav to you

Lol, we were about to grab it when interrupted by a couple...muggles or GC'ers is the question! Looking at headstones...mmm...they've gone SWOOP! All done so TFTC Liahona.
PS One small part of the container is starting to come away.

After yesterdays run down to NSW to find a few different types of caches for a challenge I am slowly working on back in Melbourne. The kids wanted to return to Wet 'n Wild today and my lovely wife happily let me go caching for a few hours instead to gather some Queensland caches for the same challenge.
This I solved a few months ago in preparation for our holiday. Twice earlier this week when coming once to Dreamworld then again to Whitewater World there were council workers right next to GZ so was unable to look.
Today on the Australia Day holiday it was deserted and even though my GZ wanted me to search where there was no way I wanted to, a minute or so later I thought where I would hide it and then the sneaky little hide was found.
Thanks Aussie Liahona for the cache, the puzzle, the hunt and the fun. A favourite from me.

The bf sat in the car. I ran around getting all the details, doing the math and tried to find the cache. It looks like I might have made a mistake somewhere. I was all set to do the puzzle over and old mate gets out of the car and walks straight over to it. Some people have all the luck. What a great cache container.

24-Jan-15
Having driven past here numerous times, today I was in a position to stop and attempt the cache. With my questions printed out, I found everything that I required. It was then over to the shade of the shelter to work things out, and then a brief stroll back to GZ and a quick and clever find! This is a pleasant little location, and it was interesting to learn more of the historical families.
Thanks to Aussie Liahona for the cache.

This cache has been a little bit of a problem cache for me on a few occasions.

The first visit to the spot, I was tormented by Plovers who decided they would attack if i even tried to step into the cemetery. So it was down to heading home and doing the research online.

So with numbers available it was now to actually get to the cache and make the find.

The first attempt, resulted in a DNF, with no container to be found anywhere, and confirmation after a lengthy discussion with a PAF, as to what and where it should be.

The second attempt I did not even stop as there was a guy camping out nearby sharpening his knifes and had masks hanging all over his car.

Finally third time lucky and I was able to pull up with no one around and quickly make the grab and get my name on the log. Glad to finally have this one logged.

We attempted this one about 6 months ago, and enjoyed finding the info from the graves while we were here. This cemetery is very very special to me, with a parent and 2 grandparents buried here whom I visit semi regularly. Having grown up in the area back when it was all hobby farms and sparsely populated I recognised many of the surnames here as founding families, and went to school with plenty of kids who had those same surnames, and belonged to those historic families. With the clues figured out and a set of coords we looked high and low but had no luck finding a cache. We went home disappointed, given the significance of the site to us. Being new to the hobby back then, we didn't realise the importance of logging a DNA to notify the CO of a potential problem, so instead sent an email to the CO, which went unanswered for whatever reason. Today we returned, and using the stored coords made a quick find in the rain. Thanks for making this puzzle, we're happy to keep an eye on it when we return to visit. FP awarded

06-Dec-14
After finding a cache at Pimpama, the result of the ruthless murder of most precious brain cells, it was off to continue our trip along the M1 towards the event at Canungra. As we approached the on ramp at Coomera I noticed that we were passing a spot for a cache I had meant to stop at on a previous occasion but hadn't had the opportunity. I swung the good ship Victor Del Prado into the car park and Swellerfungus and I commenced our search for the required information. After a bit of a wander around we finally had the first part sorted before we noted the second part which required us to retrace our steps around the area. With everything finally to hand we paused to do a bit of number crunching before entering the adjusted coordinates into our GPSrs. As Sweller called out the numbers I noted that they matched those that I already had recorded in there. That's strange I said, I don't have to change anything. It was then that the realisation had struck me. I had been able to solve the information at home some time ago and had already saved the correct coordinates but had completely forgotten about it. Could have turned this into a park and grab! Oh well, at least we can say we did it the right way, hey Fungus. Umm Fungus why are you looking at me like that? No I wouldn't like my head separated from my shoulders.... As I tried to avoid grievous bodily harm I quickly signed the cache and raced back to the car to escape an agitated Swellerfungus. TFTC

Out for a day of hight difficulty/terrain rating with Seffnjarah. Heading down to an event in Canungra gave us the chance to attack a heap of caches from the Dark Side of Brisbane down to the Gold Coast.
We happened to drive right past the doorstep of this one as we left our previous puzzle and en route to our next one. SNJ noticed the location and said we should stop. We raced around and grabbed all the information, calculated the next step, realised what we had missed in the description, raced around again and recalculated GZ. It was then than good ol' superslueth SNJ calls out that he already HAD those coords in his GPS. The silly bugger had forgotten that he had worked it out already from the comfort of his office! DUH

We then set about finding the cache, and soon enough Jeff had found the little blighter. Log signed, and all is well with the cache. It was a joy to catch up with the CO later that day at the Canungra Event. Thanks AL!

Glad to get back to this one once it was replaced. We knew just where it should be from our last visit here. This time it was a quick find and soon had our name on the log. No problems with the Pluvers today. However, there was a guy in his car in the carpark who was sharpening a large knife which was a hit of a worry. TFTC

Wooooo Hoooo My 400th CACHE!!!
Firstly solved this awhile ago and attempted to find it but pluver birds didn't want us to get the geo that day.
So today I wanted to do Queens Land cache oldest one in QLD for our 400th but guess things didn't want work out as dad needed our help to move house and we fibishe the very late plus heard it's a hike to get QUEENS LAND cache. So THAT'S NOT gonna happen haha
I have a streak going at about 53 days or so at the moment and I WASN'T going to break that....hahah THATS WASN'T gonna happen lol....so.....

This cache! Became the cache for our 400th. I had lost the puzzle cords so I had to quickly 're-do it and head out.....arrived at GZ 1.15AM hahahha perfect timing for tomorrow's streak as helping dad again and Pirates of the Caribbean audition so most likely won't get a cache tomorrow unless it was midnight. So this midnight instead looked around for a bit and then looked abit left and ty spotted the cache and giggled and said I'll let you find it.
So looked for couple of seconds saw something bit different and HELLO I GOT YOU !!!!!
Haha and New log F T F since replaced hehe.....signed and replaced well. !!

Favit point from me!!!!!

TFTC - Thanks for fixing cache also and disabling while doing so Very Happy

Visited the cache location and it was indeed missing. That seemed so odd to me. I hunted around and couldn't find it nearby so thought it must have been muggled and removed. Just as I was leaving I looked further away in another direction, and lo and behold, there it was. I took it home for some refurbishment and have returned it to it's location. Please be aware to take care of it please. Thanks.

Happy caching............

Happy to see this disabled unfortunately has went twice and couldn't even get to the gate without being swooped by plovers ( birds can't spell their name)
So was bit dangerous at the moment till they move on or council removes them.

Following the log by OrionJ it sounds like this cache must be missing.

Most peculiar. We'll check up on it soon. In the meantime, our apologies.

I am not usually to concerned when I log a DNF, as there is still a chance the container is there, and maybe I did not have my looking eyes with me on the day.

However today I am fairly certain the container in missing in action.

I had made a visit earlier in the day with no luck, and had sent out some messages for more information, while looking for another cache I got a response and with a fairly good idea what and where I was looking, I went back here.

Well even with detail description, a picture of the cache and a really really good look in other spots nearby I could not come up with the goods today.

After solving this one some time ago we decided to make a trip down from Brisbane to look for this and a couple of other puzzles we had solved. In the end we spent much too long searching and trying to avoid upsetting the resident Pluver family. As I had solved this online I decided to double check on site. The names we found checked out but the Pluvers prevented us getting to them all. Calling back a second time on our way home did not help. we still left empty handed. Will return another day for another look.

The one and only puzzle caches for the day. Found all the Whalleys graves and found their ages at time they died and went back to the car and added them up.

The read that we also needed to know when the latest of the Whalleys died. Oops back around the graves again.

Started looking for the cache without success. Wht, because I worked out that I can't add up.

Started looking again and after a while was ready to nearly give up. Decided to looke up a bit and low and behold there it was.

Drove past on our way to a few other caches and we couldn't see where to park - but on return the car park jumped out at us. Richmond Lad and I collected the info and put in co-ords but no cache found. Checked calculations and co=ords changed we searched another area but with no luck. Just about to give a DNF when the cache jumped out at us. A great hide Aussie Liahona.

I had decided to go get some caches today as its actually the first time since being in the GC that I have had a couple hours to myself. The sister, bro in law, mother, father and nephews were all down for a rest so I said stuff it and in the car I went.

I first grabbed a weeping angel that was close by to take with me to ACT then headed off to this one.

I decided to head over to this little quaint cemetery to try my luck. Wandered around reading the headstones while cars whizzed past on the nearby road. After collecting all the required information I decided to have a seat to work out the GZ. With GZ calculated, I made the leisurely stroll over to find the cache, haha oh there it is [:p]

Signed the log and replaced as found.

Thanks for the cache and for brining me to this quaint little cemetery Aussie Liahona

Out for the day with Gullivers Travels and this was next on the list.

Collected all the answers and sat down to do the calculations. New numbers entered and we set off. Come to a fence, nope not that way. Approach from a different angle, nope can't go that way Twisted

We must have done something wrong and I think I know which one. Back to one particular site and sure enough, 50 out. With new co-ords in hand the cache was quickly located.

Log and all but full and sadly we had none on board today.

Cache replaced. TFTH

spending the day out caching with our friends GT54

ooo fasted is taking me to a cemetary Big Grin
maybe he will be distracted by getting info and not make me hurry Smile

fasted and Mrs GT54 have all the info and have worked out the sums separately to check
yep, same answer
yep, same mistake Razz

PAF says we are not in the right area
back to the grave they think might be wrong
yep, well weathered but zooming in on the camera shows the true number

nice quick easy find now

great hide

thank you Kay for another cemetary visit

Out and about with fast ed59 and barbbowman, and chasing some smiley faces for our geomaps. With the clues in hand, and pen and paper we strolled around this little resting place, and gathered our answers to the questions. Quickly had the answers and started off to locate the cache until we reached a wire fence. mmm something needs recalculating, so back to the grave which we thought may give us a different number than we came up with. Yep, sure enough we had miss read one of the gravestones. So, now we had the cache in hand. Signed the log, tucked it away, and back into the geobus for another cache. TFTC.

Out and about with teamdfl for a Freaky Friday, gathering up some stragglers around the Gold Coast Big Grin I do like visiting cemeteries! And there are so many local names resting here. teamdfl's done this one before, but helped me collect the details I required. Then I crunched all the numbers and got a GZ she approved of and we headed over. She delighted in pointing out where the container was to me Razz but I was able to make the grab myself! TFTC, Aussie Liahona.
