Found with GizaGal. The coordinates were a little bit off. My coordinates:345943 S 1504728 E
The sharp grass dissuaded me from venturing too far in.. lucky for us, that was to our favour. Billy Shears has the scars to show for his intrepid venture into the wilds of the dune looking for the cache.
#15188 09:56A long weekend of geocaching away from Sydney. For this long weekend, a group of 8 geocachers descended down upon Callala Beach at Jervis Bay. Each day a different area was selected and all logs were signed with I'M ZEBRA, comprising of the initials of each member of the group. Wow, a deserted beach and a cache! A winning combination.TFTC
Boy that was tough going. My GPS said I was within 2m but 2m in a jungle is hard to look. I was standing right over it and didn’t see it but by accident.
Used to beach camp here many years ago and beach access was right here. If you look up you can just see the traces of an opening a cars width going up the slope.
It’s a bit too genteel now with parking and a lookout! Thanks for bringing me back to some very happy memories. TFTC

DNF yesterday with djboa. As he said, the erosion eats into the grassed area of the satellite image so may need checking.
Found today while taking a client out form work they absolutely loved this took awhile to find I was searching in the wood on the ground just when I was about to give up and head home looked over and the clue clicked.
Thanks for this one was a beautiful spot I had never been before

I was the only person on the beach this afternoon which made for an easy find, sign and return. What a lovely area to be at. Thanks for the hide.

A quick find after some local rock climbing. Great location all to myself!
Almost blown away. Great find for our first swim, getting back to the summer vibes.
Wondered along the beach from Currarong, found that I was near this cache. Quick find, for us anyway. No pen. So took pic of log. TFTF

A quick find over Easter. Headed out to Eves and Genghicat decided to detour to check out what was at the end of the road, a common occurrence and exactly how we've discovered beautiful places like this, and blow me down, there's a cache to. It was a quick find along the sand dunes followed by a lot of playing with photographs. It's a very interesting area with all the rocks and their attachments. Don't have a word for them. Lovely place. Tftc

Beautiful day down round Jarvis Bay. Nice escape for some caching and fun, fish and chips at the seaside plus a post caching swim. The number of caches found was not high but the enjoyment of being down the coast was. First time I have had the pleasure of caching along a shoreline – no shoes, feet getting wet and as the waves come in then ouch oooch as you need to duck into the vegetation to find that cache. Found my first red hearing – sadly not the cache so a return trip will be needed. Funny moment my screaming like a girl when the wasp I was photographing flew towards me. There were a few DNF’s this time and given that we had come all the way down spent a bit of time looking fore them before throwing in the towel. The trip was more about just enjoying what caching brings and the places it takes you and it definably delivered on the enjoyment factor.
Love that caching has me climbing over rocks and going to places I would not have bothered to if not for that elusive smile to obtain. Love being in the space and places that it takes me.

#4856 12th for today
Yet another lovely day out at the coast with CBRChic. No grand plan today, just grab some caches around Jervis Bay & have a good time. Well we managed that. A few DNFs ate into out available time, but that happens. Quite an abundance of wildlife encountered today including, but not limited to: spiders, stick insects, ants, pelicans, foxes, crabs, a flathead (fish) both for lunch and in the water and an amazing blue wasp.
There is an ants nest here. They look upset too, but we managed to avoid them.
Thanks to the COs: wandering stars

Hitting the bay region for a well deserved break with the geofamily, better get some caches while I'm here. Weather hit and miss, but better than it is at home. An early start to the day to get some kms under the belt, aiming to be back and out to the beach with the kids before lunch. TNLNSL TFTC
Beautiful beach. No one here today. Found with newbie Curious_Owl. Looking forward to more cache Grandventures in 2019

A windy, but otherwise fine, day saw GeoSon NationalSteel join me for a second day of walking on the Beecroft Peninsula.
On the way to our rendezvous spot I stopped here. I spent too long at the obvious object which matched the hint, only to discover that I was in the wrong spot. Eventually I found the correct spot and then soon had the cache in hand.
The cache was in good condition. We took nothing, left nothing, signed the log and replaced the container as found
Thanks wandering stars for the cache.

A late start to a day of caching that stretched into the night. A really nice stroll out Coomies way. TFTC
With another beautiful day free, I decided to head down to Currarong to find the caches in Abrahams Bosom Reserve along Coomie's Walk and the Wreck Walk. It took a little while to get into the swing of things. By late afternoon, we were operating at a decent pace and finding caches without many hassles. Thanks to the Cache Owners for maintaining the caches in the area!
Found with Muppet95 and Co. on an afternoon outing in Currarong. We had a great time walking around Abrahams Bosom Reserve & found a fair amount of caches as a reward. Thanks For The Caches
Great spot, thanks for bringing us here. Removed some litter.
BYO pen, we didn't so couldn't sign.

Took the long way to this one- note to others, walk along the beach then in! Cache spot seems to be home to an ants nest but cache in good condition. Tftc.
The caching list for today involved a random selection of caches around the towns of Greenwell Point, Culburra, Callala, Callala Beach and Currarong. All were found to be in good order and each log had our name added before being returned to its proper place. Found after just a little walk along the sandy shore. Thank you to the wandering stars for this cache placement.
Beautiful location. The beach was absolutely isolated. We had miles to ourselves. Quick find of the cache. Tftc
A nice spot, saw some whales in the distance. Hoping to do some snorkeling here, but seas looked a bit cranky. TFTC
Quick find- was a surf comp happening on the beach which was cool to watch! Tftc
Found on our trip to Currarong. After parking at the nearby carpark, we took a short walk towards the beach to find the now replaced cache. After a short scramble through the bushes and the soft sand, the cache was quickly found. Lovely and massive beach that we have been able to see from many vantage points throughout this trip. TNLNSL. Coordinates changed to:
S 34° 59.714 E 150° 47.473
Distance from original: 65.5 feet or 20.0 meters.
The original cache was removed or covered by huge waves, high seas and wild winds that destroyed beaches in the area in June 2016.
The beach has began to recover. While I have not been able to locate the original cache a new replacement one is in a similar position.
Please let me know if you discover a hammerhead in a concrete home made cache.

HH could be for Happy Hunting or Hammer Head.
These are often seem in the water here and the original and missing cache was a hammerhead in a concrete. A replacement cache is in place but please let me know if you find the original home made cache.

Unfortunately the cache (special designed for the location) is missing.
It will be rebuilt and replaced in the near future

I'd driven past here before but with that little road leading in it didn't seem as though it was be going to be too hard. A short walk from the carpark and at GZ the odd feature stood out and soon the log was signed. Another great spot. TFTC!
We're on the fifth day of our stay. It's going to be another good day for activity today - cooler, and cloudy. The GeoSchnauzers and I are again loaded for geocaches. Car, GPSr and sundry kit, ice water, and a sense of fun and adventure. We're heading north to where we left off yesterday, and, again, today promises lots of walking for the dogs, and me. It turned out to be our best day for walking - about 8 kms.
Thanks, wandering stars. Nice views. Couldn't take the dogs, so I went myself and collected the cache. Great hide. The sea breeze is much stonger on the ocean side. Great.

Found on our walk from Culburra to Currarong. Long way for geokids but this broke it up nicely. Favourite point from me! TFTC
