No luck here today but we agree this stick is for some serious big ones! No use today with some nice small breakers out there. Will watch and see what happens here. The area around GZ is quite clear and wonder if the container has been accidentally cleaned up. Cheers... Gaztek
#1515 - Found by M on our cycle into Sydney central, fully loaded. Wind is less than yesterday. Much overcast. Cache in a busy area!
Great coords
There was a tell tail sign which gave it away

Staying at the nearby sands hotel and just had to fit in some geocaching to fill in the afternoon. Not too many muggles so had the cache in hand and signed log undetected. Thanks for the great beach outlook
Nice found straight away log is very wet. Had a little time in the sun to dry out but needs some TLC. SL. TFTC.
Thanks g-2 bodyguard for the hunt today. A really nice spot to visit so thanks for bringing me here. Found really quickly with a newbie
Quick find during the "Bloody long walk"
Signed log faintly in pencil but log damp and needs replacing"
Thanks for the hint

Thanks for the hint
Found on a school holiday caching afternoon around the Narrabeen Lakes area. A quick find in a nice beachside location. Log is quite wet but managed to sign regardless. TFTC.
21/09/14. 8:42 AM. Cache #1859. Streak Day #91. 3rd of 5 caches for the morning; continuing to work my way up the Northern Beaches. I walked up the hill with my coffee to this cache after a find at "Enchanted forest". I had a quick look at the surf (very chunky today), with one eye on GZ to pick a good muggle free moment.
Then straight to the spot described in the hint, a quick grab and took it to a table & chair to sign - the log was slightly damp but signable. An equally stealthy replace and then off to the car to drive on to the next cache, "Bazinga!". TFTC }:)

Quick park and grab whilst on a birthday trip to Sydney. The log is very wet and needs replacing.

Council workers nearby, didn't notice us. Signed log, replaced cache and left as found.
Found on a run to Sydney's Northern Suburbs with The Rats and Hoojar as The Rats pushes towards 10,000 finds.
A quick find as we headed up to the lakes. TFTC!

With The Rats closing in on his event to mark 10,000 finds, he asked steeba and I to accompany him on one last push to get closer to that number. The Northern Beaches of Sydney was our target
No problems finding this one!
Cheers

Out for a days caching in the Northern Suburbs with steeba and Hoojar. In an attempt to bolster my numbers prior to the 10k event we tackled a few heavily populated caching areas.
We headed along the windswept coastline and beaches collecting find after find. Another nice spot and good choice board for today wind. Sorry for the generic log, it certainly doesn't detract from the cache.
Thanks

After getting petrol and bread, wandered down here to check out the surf. There was a decent swell, as the low pressure system usually gives, and quite a few surfers. Took a couple of photos and Google turned them into a pano pic. TFTC G-2 and akira13
Found w/ AM on a lazy afternoon. Log was pretty scruffy but signable. TFTC! Cheers
CJ and I found this one today on an stinking hot and steamy summer afternoon.
We've also been wanting to knock this one off the our list, after driving by frequently on the norther beaches. Thankfully the only muggles were the surfing variety on the way to the beach. It wasn't too hard to find the cache although it was a bit sticky in the steamy heat of the day. After reading some recent logs and then rechecking, I quickly spotted the tell tale sign before showing CJ. We soon had the cache in hand, signed the log and replaced it quickly. The container is in good nick.
It was a satisfying find. Anyway, it was a great day to chase down more caches. Thanks glyn(the only one) for another of your caches. SL TNLN TFTC

We had to take to geogirl to a Girl Guide camp at Ingleside so we decided a few caches were in order before we continued with our day. This was the first on the agenda. The cache was located quickly but we were concerned about the potential need to trample the vegetation to get there, but we managed to find a path in where, when stepping carefully, we were not walking on the vegetation.
The log was barely usable as it is quite damp.
Thanks for bringing us here glyn.

A quick find, and a lovely place to put the cache. TFTC , found with Jormit.
Breakfast with friends, had a bit of time before meeting up with them, so caching it is. Made my way from enchanted forest, crossed pittwater rd and took cover as the rain became a bit heavier. I only had a few minutes though so continued on, made the find easily. It had a beachy fishy smell. Finding it was easier than signing it in the rain. Returned to its spot and made my way back to the car and onto my friends. TFTC.
Came down this way for a few new caches, as had a work related quick visit nearby before I go away for a 3 day trip to country NSW and this needed to be sorted beforehand. That done pulled up nearby to find a party going on at GZ. Luckily they were all on the other side of the bushes and I was nicely out of sight to duck in and make the grab. Signed and returned the same way, thanks for the hide.
Out capping some nasty evil blue Ingress portals and discovered there was a cache I had overlooked nearby so while waiting for some XM to regenerate I decided to find this little one. Being careful not to squash anything it was a simple little night time find.
Cheers Glyn! Narrabeen needs more Enlightened... if you have an Android phone you should consider joining us! Great addition to caching http://gplus.to/OpenIES

I have found this before but most not have logged it, so while in the area decided to find it again and this time log it. Thanks glyn
Easy parking and a nice quick find. The cache was damp so we dried it out as best we could. Thanks glyn......
'Twas overhead today but not too solid. Out caching with the grandkids and this was a good one for them. TFTC.
Driving past so made a stop and a find. Log was damp so I put in one those silicon gel thingies. SL TFTC
Nice sunny evening ti puck up this cache. Log now very wet and needs replaced.
Found quickly enough. The log is just dry enough to sign but the other stuff is a squished mash down the bottom. TFTC

I was in the area for work and this was was relatively close by. The cache was soon discovered although I did feel a little uncomfortable walking on the ground cover. Upon opening up the cache, I found the logbook to be damp and because of this it was beginning to fall apart. I was still able to sign my name but the CO will need to check on this one. The beach looked lovely today even though it was blowing a gale. Thanks Glyn for placing the cache.

Parked in the car park near the cache and grabbed this one in between surfers etc coming and going. Bit damp inside the container and we dried it out but no doubt it will be damp again tomorrow - probably from condensation. Nice beach.
I've never tried riding a board and I reckon if I started with this one, I would be sunk before I began It was fairly late in the day so we had no trouble with people around and found the cache pretty quickly. TFTC
My first cache in Oz! At the same time the most southern, the most eastern and the farthest away from home cache.
TFTC, greetings from Hamburg, Draisman

It took longer to put the cache back together then it did to find it! A simple and easy find, thanks, glynn(the only one).
Found this several months ago with the geofamily but am only now logging it. TFTC
Found it easily, the muggles were watching the surf (luckily)

#2 of 3 found during our Narabeen morning walk. The rain started not long after we visted here and were walking along this great beach. Thanks G-2 & akira 13.
Grabbed this cache quickly on the way home at about 10:15pm. Nice and dark and no-one around, found cache by light of gps Signed log and returned to its hiding spot. TFTC ^_^
Reperio at 1705. Pulled up to GZ, and whilst there were a few muggles floating about, the surf board concealed my activities well enough so as not to be seen retrieving the cache. Another beautiful lookout point visited along the coast today.
Gratias.

Took a late Saturday afternoon bike ride to as far as the Antler (opps I mean new Sands) and back. Cache was easily found but a few muggles turned up and I had to ride around the block a few times before I could put it back. Thanks the one and only glyn
