Logs
Found after extending my search. I was about to sign the log when I dropped my only pen into the thick grass. I searched and searched for minutes with no luck. I took a picture to prove I was here. The picture quality isn't good because it was taken at night. Tftc
Thank you,l for the cache, located on my way home with Glenda after dancing. Quick find, although discovered a slug with my foot of course.
With a bit of spare time in Pukekohe this evening I put the time to good use to take a tiki tour and pick off some caches. I looked in a few wrong places before standing back and realising that there was a far more likely place to hide a cache. A little overgrown but a nice quick retrieval. Thanks thejaybees#5272Logged using Cachly.
Found it within 5 mins of being at the location. It was a cold rainy night and we jumped in the ditch to investigate. One of the guys wandered down the large culvert but to no reward. Sneaky hiding spot. Surprised it hadn’t been washed away with the massive flooding not all that long ago
Everything was covered with dihydrogen oxide near gz and quite slippery. Quick find! TFTC!!
Let's hope we never have to leave the back door of this place. Found with Reny90. The log book was FULL. Maintenance is needed
Delighted to get this one fairly quickly having failed over 2 years ago when I last visited NZ. Easy to find if you sit down
Found it along with a few extra visiting inhabitants clinging to it. Logged and back in its hiding place critter free for now .
Found this one after a bit of a feel around. A new log is needed, this one is full. TFTC
Was running around in circles but then looked for the hint item. Felt around & there it was. Really dark now so time to head to our motel. Tftc
This was the last find of the morning for me before going to pick GAR up from canine tracking training (they don't stop for much, not even cyclone conditions). My GPS had GZ at the wrong place but logic held out and, witht there being a severly limited number of other places to look, the cache was soon in hand. I am not sure if this was another full log or not - I know there were two this morning. Replaced as found. Thanks for the hide and the adventures in Pukekohe this morning thejaybees! Hope to be able to return for some further finds at some point.
A nice quick find thanks.
Time for another trip to the North Island for Ms_KR and me. Today we did a little cruising around to the Franklin area. Will this long hot summer never end?
Thanks to all CO's for publishing and maintaining their caches. Cheers.

Out and about with cragger, laval and B4Dawn. Had planned a nice walk but the weather was not playing ball so we decided some drive by caches would be a better option.
First DNF of the day....no luck for us here.
We will be back!

Up from Taranaki for the weekend and on our way to our families house for the night but still time to find a couple more before they get home from work. I spotted this one while trayc.g was feeling around someplace else. I’m on a roll today! TFTC
Another quick find for gigiEV today..thankfully as I didn’t want to be poking around there for long....And first time it’s been found in almost 2 yrs! TFTC
We made a nice quick find thanks to the excellent hint and were careful to retrieve and replace the container when there was no traffic passing. Thanks thejaybees for the cache and the interesting information about the hospital.
Headed South with Merlot and Pazza today for a caching trip on the shortest day of the year. Another quick park and grab whilst in the area looking at all the power boxes.
Pazza2, Jag50 and I headed South Auckland way to find a few caches. This was a nice quick park and grab while cruising around Pukekohe looking at power boxes and collecting the caches we passed on the way
Probably should have read hint properly, and then I might have looked in the right place. Fortunately I was with company who did! tftc
Decided to take a break from my studies and spend the day out caching. I offered to also take out my 2 nephews and niece along with me. We decided to head out to Pukekohe after picking up my nephew in Opaheke.
We parked on the road and I spotted the cache on approach.

With time to spare before I had to head to the airport and home, I continued to wander around Pukekohe finding a few caches along the way. Muggle across the road asked if I was looking for a lost dog. I told him I wasn't, sat down for a bit while he lost interest in me and then I looked for the cache. Found as per the hint. TFTC, Biggles.
Yay. Geo mermaid is hooked. Two of two. TFTC. Busy spot. Especially when you coincide with shift changeover unintentionally.
Up from the Naki with some time to spare so had a walk around the block nice place to visit TFTC
Geocaching day in Pukekohe. This part of the town visited on my bike. .... The hint here .... UFF But the hide is well placed TFTC
On a 24hr mission to Auckland with Philip.Perry and three of my kids started caching at about 3pm getting back to accommodation at 330am then up and back on the road for a xouple of hours before heading home. We decided we had three caches we had to find this mission then the rest was all about getting our numbers up so concentrated on a high cache area. Meet Sethraven just on dusk who helped us on a cache we couldnt find before she headed home so that was great. Really enjoy caching in Auckland at night no traffic and no muggles to get in our way. We only had a few DNF caches for the day which isnt to bad. Thanks to all th CO for the caches.
Had a cheeky Auckland Mission on the cards this weekend and this was day two. It was a late one last night so today we figured we'd take it easy and try to clear Pukekohe out today before heading home. This was our fourth stop and the cache was found eventually after discovering we were searching the wrong pipe haha. Cheers thejaybees, TFTC

Quick stop while looking around the area for transformers. This one appears to have moved from the original coordinates? but looking at the GZ it is obvious why. TFTC.
Phew....longest part was getting back out on busy road!
Good hide....won't be washed away that's for sure.

Was well hidden by nature and slippery to get to but found it after quite a bit of a search. Took swaps and left some.Tftc
Dear Cache Owners,
I am a German guy who stays in New Zealand for eight months.
My English is not perfect, so please don't wonder or be angry if my log entries sound a bit strange. Thanks!
----------
Today I made a Little trip by myself in my new Homezone area. Unfortunately I forgot the most important Thing, a pencil [xx(] . Thats why I add a Picture from the logbook to every log entry.
I could find this one quickly

Easy find, but busy street, so there were many muggles around. Took me a while before I was able to grab it. Tftc
Found with RX. Log full, but came prepared today with extra logs. Ours not water proof though so double bagged, signed and returned. TFTC
Busy road, very hard to be stealthy down on your knees. But managed to find the cache. Unfortunately the logbook is full, so squeezed in our name. TFTC
Parked up really close on this very busy road. It was not long before we found this one after exploring a few different options. TFTC
Tftc. Good description. Quick find. A couple of earnings jumped out to great me.
Out and about tonight, heading to Pukekohe to clean out a few caches with Iammrwalker, Kyb3r and HKCB. We only had a few hours to spare and so we left Hamilton at 7.30 and finished up just after midnight before it was time for home for a few hours sleep so we could all be bright eyed and bushy tailed for work the next day. (silly idea!) Perhaps next time we just keep going and don't sleep!
A nice quick find here, just what we needed as it was very late and we were very tired and needing to get back to Hamilton

I decided to organise a mini night mission to Pukekohe before things got busier at work and found some other keen Geocachers in HKCB, 11hpg11 and Kyb3r to join me after putting the feelers out for any interested parties at a local event. We left about 7:30 once I got the kids into bed and left for home just after midnight. We had hoped to find more than we managed so we will have to come again and grab those we missed. A big thank you to all those CO’s for hiding and maintaining the caches we found.
After plenty of hard to find caches tonight it was nice to make a quick find here tonight.

Joining HKCB, 11hpg11 and iammrwalker on a geocaching mission to Pukekohe on a school night.
Approaching our final caches for the night, this one was found nice and quick. Cheers.

Teamed up with Iammrwalker, 11HPG11 and Kyb3r for a night raid on Pukekohe. I've been wanting to find a few caches up here for a while but never had the time or other missions got in the way. Had heard talks of this night raid at an event recently and quickly put my hand up to tag along. It turned out to be a very successful mission, even with the handful of DNF's we had. A big thanks to the CO's who's caches we found. Signed the logs as HOAC to save room.
I remember hunting for this cache a few years ago, but had no luck,as I think I spent more time searching the wrong spot back then. No problems tonight though as it was a nice quick find this time around.

This was the first and was quickly found.
My hi viz vest coming in very handy for this find.

I have never had a visit to a hospital that I would call 'nice' [:o]
Places best avoided
Unless there is a cache to find of course
The operation of cache extraction is one of the few pleasures that hospitals have provided for me
This cache procedure went smoothly,
and me patient's were not tested [:o)]
TFTC on one of the hospital's arteries

2379 Pulled at GZ and parked in the driveway. Muggles across the road but by venturing into the drain (had my gumboots on) I was out of sight. While sitting in the car, after signing, looking at next cache workers started leaving so I had to move on.
Lucky we didn't need the hospital. Last day of our 4 day road trip from Hawkes Bay to Auckland and back to collect as many caches as we can. Log signed as b&p.Tftc
