Friday after-work geocaching walks are getting to be a regular event for us. No luck for us here though. But it's always nice to feel these trees. I know a little girl named Aleuca after these trees. Cheers... Gaztek
Nope not for me, I gave up after a 25 min search for a well- camo- box big enough of a swap - checked all trees low and high but zero result... maybe I am totally blindfolded and it's time to go home - walked from ashfield to Canterbury and I call it a day

My 3rd DNF conversion for the day! Makes yesterday's misses less painful. Nice camo! Dropped off a TB
was pleased to be back in this area, having been a student many years ago at the nearby Canterbury Boys High. Found cache without any trouble given good good coordinates and the hint. Camo was in place but I think it might be difficult to keep it there if there are storms and winds, and the cache might be short-lived. Thanks for bringing me back to the area.
Nice camo. Lucky camo was a bit off on one side and I spotted it.

This one was easy to spot. Have left it with more camouflage. Took a small toy out. This was my first find of the day. Lovely sunny, breazy day to be out geocaching.
A challenging one!!! Second cache for the day with the kids.
Great camo would not have seen it after having poked around.
Not reachable by kids.

Nice cache in a very quiet Park on a sunday arvo. Out: TB, in: none (too small for TB I was carrying). TFTC! -geppp and family
Loved this cache! TFTC! Our 22nd find in the Great Scout Geocaching comp!
Ttfc. Nice easy find. Good one for the kids to find. Great hiding spot. Log a little damp, pencil blunt. Byo pen or sharpener.
Lovely little park. A nice way to start the mornings adventure with the children!
27/06/13. 8:02 AM. Cache #716. Current streak: 291 days. Consolation prize after a DNF at an FTF attempt in Five Dock earlier this morning. Easy find. Now off to work! TFTC }:)
Took me two attempts. Came back with a more accurate GPS and found it pretty quickly. Great hide TFTC
A very easy find and a beautiful container. Really blends in well with the surroundings.
First find with Mrs Tino after going on and on about this addictive game

Quite a well camouflaghed container. Well done kuwtjones.
I met up with some new geocachers at this nice little pathway between fields. I had already done the deed with the log and on wandering away decided to watch a couple that appeared a bit 'sus'. Nice to meet up with you JonDell & partner.

Found with JustR & we were lucky enough to hit GZ during one of the few dry spells today.
The wet weather also made the area muggle free, except for a few kids playing footie on the other side of the field.

Ok. What is wrong with my brain? It seems I did fix this up and put it back and then completely forgot to reactivate it. Then I forgot that I had fixed it!! It is there and ready to be found. Sorry.
I completely forgot that I had disabled this. I was wondering why I had not had any hits on it lately. Brain fart! Will get on this ASAP.
TFTC,
After a nearby find yesterday, I decided to come back over this way today for day 165 continuous caching and try my luck. I have found a cache like this one before and saw it before getting to close. It is in need of some TLC as the camo is starting to peel away. Visited a group of trackables learning about Caching in the Sydney suburbs.

Very clever camo, impressive. In good condition. Found it with SouthpawSoldier this morning - and someone else had been there earlier.
Quick grab while boo plays tennis nearby! Nice cameo. Needs some attention. TFTC
Awesome idea for a container, might steal the idea and use it at some point in the future. Container does need some TLC and maybe a bit of super glue. Thanks four the cache.
Found on a nice arvo with adl06 riding shotgun and geobub snoozing in the car. Melaleuca rang a bell and sure enough there were plenty of them in the park. Nice hide.

Nice camo, very original hide it blends in very nicely. The top bit of camo has come loose, may need some readjustment. Log book was nice and dry considering the atrocious weather we've had. No muggles about on a quiet afternoon, while I waited for an appointment. When replacing the cache, I replaced one bit of camo that had flopped down and something squishy touched my finger. Ewwwww a slug!
Found it relatively quickly. The container needs some maintenance because the camo on top is loose. TFTC
I'm searching at GZ and I feel something crawling up my leg. I look down and I'm covered with ants for the third time today. I'm starting to think we're beng invaded by these little guys. After doing my ant dance I was able to make the find and head out. Other than the ant invasion I really like this one. Excellant cammo and hide. TFTC
Dropped in to use the public toilets and as you would have guessed, there's a cache in the park. Nice walk up find on this wet day back in Sydney after Oz Mega in Albury.

I have replaced the container. There is a new log book as the other was too far gone. I have written in all the cachers who have found this so far.
Too good for us today. Looked around at GZ for quite a while, then progressively circled outward, but we could find no sign of the cache. Gave it away then to carry on with the remainder of our list for the day. Our thanks anyway to kuwtjones.
PS. We didn't have the benefit of the last few logs, and were unaware that it had been disabled. Now we know why we couldn't find it.

Sounds like this one might have been chewed up and spat out. I will try and replace it this week.
Checked four or five spots with no luck. Then noticed a pencil on the ground and the log book nearby. A few fragments of white plastic may be the container remains but nothing else. SL, then bagged log and pencil and left in a likely hide. Will contact CO. TFTC
Great camo, it took me ages to find it. Left a green plastic ring. Took a toy chicken
Thanks For The Cache

The trackable I dropped in this cache does not match the trackable description.
Great hide!
Camo is in need of a touch up however if placed correctly back in place it disguises well still

Out replacing my ...And World Peace Cache which had been muggled and grabbed this as it was close by. This ground looks oddly familiar. I think I used to run here in junior athletics. Found the cache no worries but as stated the camo need attention

Good one! The camo was very clever though I think it needs a bit of maintenance. The lid needs the camo re-glued on though at the moment it still sits pretty well hidden.
In: Traveller Purple People Eater placed in for pick up. Out: Blue marble.

Nice cache, well hidden but the camouflage is coming off so it needs some new glue!
Parked nearby and started wandering up thinking that this wasn't anything special - non-descript park and nothing out of the ordinary. I was therefore surprised by the cache. Clever use of camouflage, but I do think this will need regular maintenance. Nice work.
Not sure why they call paperbarks, melaleuca - mela is Latin for black, leuca means white. A black and white tree? The camo on the container is starting to wear off, but it still does the job if you put it back right. When I arrived a nice bright red top was showing. Wouldn't last too long like that. Thanks.
A nice easy find today, just far enough away from some nearby sitting muggles. Nice camo. Thanks kuwtjones.
This is our 3rd GC - great camo. TFTF ... Put coin in for next fellow geocasher.

I had cricket next door at Blick Oval, so as soon as I had the chance, I went off on a little cache hunt!!! The hint was a really good one, and after a bit of a search and an accurate gps (for once) I managed to locate the little fellow!! TFTC TNLN
Parking a nightmare in closest streets due to a school sports carnival at the adjacent oval. Muggle factor also upped the difficulty a few stars but a quick find spotted on approach. Just a matter of timing the grab as the mothers briefly diverted their attention to their kids instead of their picnic and chatter.
Another very good find on my holiday around Sydney area. A short search had the cache located. SL Thanks for the fun!
