We looked high, we looked low, we looked in, we looked out, but today there was no way we could work this one out! Checked with previous finder later in the day and we were looking n the correct spot. Also checked the grass around the site and didn't find anything.
Thanks anyway to Blacklegend for bringing us to this location.

Maybe my map is better now......or not. Who knows....
What I do know is that I couldn't find the cache.....so be it.
Thanks anyway Blacklegend.

I had a long weekend planned to visit the Victorian border region for a bit of caching. I had a great time and managed to get to many caches over the time I was away. Things got a bit hot which slowed me down, but I was happy to see so many great places and hides. I had a good look around, and it seemed like there were only a few places to look, but no luck so I hope it turns up. Thanks.

A lovely day for a ride finding caches! I forgot my pen will have to revisit at a later time to sign log! Still missing lid.
Found half the cache quickly and a little while later the log wet and in the grass. No sign of the cache lid unfortunately. This one needs a maintenance visit. Made the team mark on the wet log as best I could and had a go at replacing a little differently so the log has some chance of not dropping straight back to the ground. Thanks for another one Blacklegend!
Our GPS must have gone to the right school because it knew all about this intersection. TFTC.
Quick find container open log gone couldn't find it anywhere temp log installed needs maintenance TFTC blacklegend
And wadda yer know ??
My GPSr tells lies too [:o]
But I all ready knew that from many past experiences !!
Technically it isn't my GPSr that is telling the lies.
It only knows what the Map Sauce software tells it is true
To prove the point, if I switch to the other map set that I have fed my GPSr on, then it does show Golf Course Road running all the way to the Tocumwal-Barooga Road
So garbage in - garbage out !!

This cache was sitting nicely in place but the lid has cracked. I returned the cache so that the cracked part of the lid is facing downwards. TFTC
No lies from my GPSr here today, there was a surprising amount of traffic to avoid though. We had decided were the cache would be hidden and after waiting for car after car and truck after truck to pass we could finally grab the container.

Quick find after reading the clue in the dark.
headtorches are great, aren't they.
Thanks again Marshy

I like these quick easy finds. I did have to wait in between cars to replace the cache though, I didn't think it would be that busy. SL TFTC
Today is our last day of caching in this area, we are heading from Tocumwal to Cobram & return.
Gps spot on, geo hubby looked a little envious of the golfers.

1827th cache found by WazzaAndWenches. Log signed at 08:31Hrs.
A crappy nights sleep and little chance of the wenches waking early enough meant I headed to Cobram before sun up for a half day of caching.
Well, my GPS doesn't tell lies (not this time, at least). Cache found in about the only possible spot.
Thank you Blacklegend.

After arriving at GZ, which had us in the middle of the road, we searched & searched, checked recent logs, checked hint then made the find. TFTC Blacklegend.
We had a family reunion weekend up at Cobram.
The weather was really hot but we managed to sneak off and find a few caches during the weekend.
Fantastic fun and great to see some different landscapes than we are used to.
Thanks to all who hid caches for us to find.

The weather was really hot but I was really good and helped look for the caches.
It was fun to get over the border and thanks to everyone who hid them for us to find.

Looked on teh wrong side first and wondered where on earth it was. Looked at the other side and there it was.
Was glad to see our gps found the correct GZ, lots of other times we do see funny things! Even on an old back bitumen road today that wasn't on the gps, just as well we don't get lost!
Find number 6 of 37 for the day with Chaplain Mike around the Tocumwal/Barooga area. SL TNLN TFTC!
Find 6 of 38 with Smart Sassy Siren for the day, looking to complete a couple of milestones, including Tigersden's 25 in a day Challenge, Smart Sassy Siren's 200th and Chaplain Mike's 250th.

after a long day caching this is number 46 and thankfully the gps has lots of batteries left and the satellites are right above me so no lies are being told to me today had the cache signed it then off to the next one SL TNLN TFTC
My map under OziExplorer shows the road going all the way, so we had no concerns about driving down here. What is of more concern is your sudden usage of a 10ml Lip Gloss Tub!
Bettyboo being in the passengers seat was (coerced) asked to grab the cache.
Thanks, Robmc.

# 549. Found on a day touring with Robmc, Chewinprickles and Purpledreamer. I was the lucky one on the passenger side so was able to nip out of the car for a nice quick find. We signed the log and were on our way again - about to head to Albury for some Black Ops. Thanks BL
I must confess I didn't look at the map section of my GPS here but the co-ords were good. No lies there. If only it was on the other side. It could have been a true drive by. (ie, don't have to get out)
Thanks again
Thanks again
#646 on day 175 of continuous caching after a small day yesterday this was set to be a bigger day after going to Yarrawonga MacDonald and finding their WiFi to be a little lacking I asked one of the employees there and he told me about a Laundromat that had a WiFi hot spot so off i went and collected a few more geocaches for the gps and started to work my way toward the days goal of at least 50 and yes I got there and added 1 for good measure.
48 of 51 for the day and this was my biggest day yet. well it is only those small lies again as I did say in Lies 2 the satalite still tells lies depending on the day.
Thanks for another lie Balcklegend.

A quick find but a continuous stream of traffic made it difficult to replace.
Thanks Blacklegend.

I was doing a job at the 'Sporties' a little bit down the road from here, so I couldn't resist a quick drive by. TFTC.
We must be using a different set of maps on our Garmin as it seemed quite happy with the road. There was a man on a tractor cutting grass around the edge of the paddock so we waited till he was up the other end. TFTC
WanderingAus wandered by with the WanderingMrs (aka SWMBO) on day 123 of our annual Climatic Refugee trip, after 11 weeks in Darwin and a couple of weeks meandering across and down through Queensland then slowly down the Kidman Way to Griffith. The WanderingMrs had determined through the wonders of the Information Superhighway that there was line dancing a couple of nights in Griffith, so we checked in to the caravan park for six nights.
After that we continued on down the Kidman Way, through Jerilderie and on to Finley where we booked in to the caravan park for two nights, then on to Cobram for a night.
After setting up the caravan in the caravan park we headed out on the Murray Valley Highway to circle through Yarrawonga to Rutherglen before returning on the north side of the river to Cobram. On the way round I decided to pick up only a few caches, and this was a very quick and easy GAFF 0 find.
My find No 4260, TNLNSL.

Reperio at 1005. Stopped by here on an extended trip from Newcastle to Shepparton, and lucky for me today, my GPSr was telling the truth! So many times my GPS has told lies...everytime I log a DNF...lies...lies...lies...

Sorry its taken so long to log the cache, the dog really did eat my note book ripped it to pieces we picked up all the bits and put it away in the cupboard and forgot about it. Today after spending ages to sticky tape it back together I can now start logging, the ones I can still read anyway, the others will have to wait to we get back and check the log books.

#1709 Found on after Blacklegends Birthday Bash. Being one of the last to leave as our cable was being utilised in data transfer to other Garmin units, we didn't quite know which way to head. So we with our fellow Albury cachers Haveanez and DJ Rascal headed out of town. Saw this not so far off the beaten track so a quick stop, sign and continue on at warp factor 10 (within the speed limit of course...responsible caching ). TNLN TFTC Blacklegend....and the fun continues
Found on a grand afternoon with our fellow caching buddies from Albury, Skullracing & DJ Rascal.
We headed to this one first after being nearlly last to leave the event site as Skullracing were kind enough to let a number of cachers use their cord to get the file first.
A nice concept for a cache - wonder how many roads are "missing" like this one, however, this showed up on ours.
Thanks for the cache BL - and off we hooted to the next.

Out with the Coffee Clan we came to this one, we have at least one of these types of caches in Melbourne. We must have later mapping in our nuvi as it directed us straight to GZ for a very easy find.
Thanks once more Blacklegend

Found in the company of the lovely fiance, walenators, the Earthbound crew, and The Farmers 5.
It definatly was a group effort with this one.
Walenators found and retreived it, I supplied the pen, and one from the Earthbound crew signed the log on our behalf.

*FTF* with Quasar3671 whilst here for BlackLegends BirthdayBash Bonanza.. We were out today in HMAS Quasar where I was riding shotgun/navigator (however I was missing 13 odd caches (like a few others) due to some unknown bug with GPX or GSAK or the caching gods.. This was the first one we tried on the road and somehow despite a slow start we were still here first.. we waited around for a bit for Havenez however after a short time continued on.. Thanks BL for the cache, hope you enjoyed your birthday as much as we did..Find #1250
*FTF* #2 at 13:15 with Spladem. Found during 'Blacklegend's Bush Birthday Bash' event held on the Saturday in Barooga. Once we had a rough route to follow, this cache was the second find for the day. We weren't sure which way other teams had gone so when we opened the log book realised that they must have gone over the bridge into Cobram. We weren't sure which side to look so Spladem started one side and I the other. Spladem located the cache and we signed the log. I used to play a fair bit of golf and have played with my Nanna on the Barooga course many times. Thanks for the hide.
Found on the weekend of Blacklegends Birthday Bash.
A nice qucik straight forward find, many thanks for the cache.

Very little chance of FTF on this as our group was close to the last to leave the event but stopped on the way past in any case.
Liked the concept of this cache. My Gps map didn't have the same incorrect information for this road but does have a few errors occasionally. Will have to remember to take note and post them.
Found with Haveanez and Skullracing, Cheers.
