Found today while a break in the tennis, unfortunately I found it muggled on the ground and empty, sorry to be the bearer of bad news
Found today while in town for some personal admin. This was a quick find while the area was muggle free. TFTC.
Day 1 of KmanNZ's latest roadtrip. Today had me travelling to Narrandera, NSW via Yarrawonga on some long, back roads.
Find #14
My first visit to Yarrawonga.
My cars GPS had me driving around in the holiday park before I took over.
A quick find when I managed to get to GZ.
Thanks

Whoo hoo. A find for the team today whilst on holidays .Dropped in a trackable too.
Catnap777 & OZREG formed a team on 10 May 2020.
Logging FOUND Caches as individuals on approximately same dates since 07 July 2019, this
is one of those found Caches, and backdated as shown.

Apology for late log. My geo partner Catnap informs me I should log immediately so I dont forget. Such is this case in question.. I did in fact have a DNF prior. (GPS probs) TYFC.
Blow me down. Ozreg had a dnf on this one before, but miraculously came up with the goods this time. Picked up a TB as well
TFTC, great cache. it was a beautiful afternoon and we were having lunch. The title was clever.
Left Adelaide heading for the V8's at Winton, what a better way to seek a few Yellow faces along our route.
Some have been interesting as others not so, but without having a go we wouldn't have been brought to those special places in the Geocaching World.
Thanks to the CO for maintaining these hides and getting us out of the car.

In town doing a delivery for work I thought I might as well find a cache on my lunch break. Love checking out local footy grounds....and the surface here is like carpet....and they actually use the ground as temporary tennis courts when the Tennis Club hosts a major tournament. Parked close, quick easy find. TFTC skullracing
**Find #2651**
After attending a huge Anzac dawn service at Mulwala RSL, it was time for a cache. Parked within metres of GZ. Quick find. Excellent footy ground. I wonder if there is a game today.
Thanks **skullracing**

Quick find once we found the entry for the footy fpground rather than the caravan park.TFTC
Initially tried to get in through the caravan park and realized needed to check in, and decided cbf. Then saw there was another route which provided to be the correct way in. A big of a search until a derrrr moment and a nice purple find in hand! All quiet here today. Turned off a tap which someone hadn't twisted shut properly. And that's Yarrawonga almost cleaned out!
Staying in the caravan park to close to miss.
After compass settled down it was a quick find

Camping 200m from here, we had to find this one. Yesterday the football crowds were here, today it was the groundsman and a few important-looking men - nobody cared about what we were up to.
Made a quick find, signed the log, and off we went.

TFTC quick find, checking out the area. Here on grandparent duties for a few days

This one was too close to the way back over the bridge, so I detoured in the warm conditions, envying the swimmers at the pool as I passed, and enjoyed the vista while signing the cache log after fishing the container from exactly where I expected it to be.
Third purpledreamer cache of our visit. Thanks again, skullracing, for keeping it in play.

Quick find - TFTC! Log and cache in good condition, replaced as found. Cheers
Footy ground fenced and locked. Holiday park now surrounds. Too many kids nearby. Dont know if locked access permanent.
They are doing roadworks here so it took a while to work out how to get into the footy ground. Nervously went through the caravan park and some tennis courts, but got there in the end. The cache proved no problem.
Bit of a popular spot on the afternoon we visited. Tennis behind us, joggers and footy players in front. But we were able to surreptitiously grab the cache and log our find.
Get out of jail card is in play, we have taken two weeks off from the farm. Mini tour from Porepunkah to The Grampians and back catching some caches on the way.
Day 3. Warby-Ovens National Park to Bruces Beach Camp #2
Wow, what an amazingly huge caravan park. I have heard about it from people I used to work with and never thought I would ever drive through it. But caching bought me here, and a cache I had to find. This was a good sort of "mumsy" hide. Thanks for the cache purpledreamer and the adoption skullracing.

Found whilst doing a trip around NSW following the Murray and Darling Rivers, visiting the following places, Young, Mulwala, Barham, Wentworth, Mungo National Park, Copi Hollow, Wilcannia, Louth, Brewarrina, Warrumbungles and Tamworth, crossing over the border to visit some adjacent town on the way. Great hide, had a good walk before getting locked out by workers!! All good AnsMisty
The first problem was how to get to the footy ground !!
It isn't obvious
After a lap of the swimming pool,
I headed a bit further along the road and found that you have to drive through the caravan park
With access all areas granted,
a stroll around the ground got me to GZ for a quick cache find

Thanks for the Smiley, on an nice winters day, no footy today but lots of muggers exercising.

Staying in the local area for work it was a perfect opportunity to grab a few caches between jobs. However, finding caches that required stealth mode was very difficult dressed in a recognisable uniform and a fully marked car. This cache was perfect as it was away from the busy streets and the hustle & bustle of muggle life.
Being a weekday the sports grounds were all empty and caravan park only accommodating those lucky enough to enjoy the quiet life of retirement.......a little bit jealous!
The cache is in great condition and the logbook was dry, which was signed and replaced to its hiding place. Thanks skullracing for adopting another one of these caches to keep them in play.

A quick and easy find this morning before we left town and continued to follow the Murray.
We are staying in this lovely area for a few days and today toured around the Lake via geocaching. We had no idea how to access this cache as not local. It appears you have to drive through the middle of a very large caravan park, which we did, to reach the football oval as we couldn't find any other roads that would take us to the ground. A cleverly hidden cache. TFTC
A nice easy find late at night in the dark with no muggles around. The possums above kept a close eye on us while we signed the log. TFTC
Found this cache on our way to the OZ Geo Muster at Morisset NSW. It has been such a long time since I have heard the name Purpledreamer, so many memories came back to me when I read this was one of her caches. May she be resting in peace.
thanks to skullracing for adotping and maintaining this cache in her memory.

So cool used our car as a sheild because there was some people were playing tennis used our bat and ball to look normal while one of us went and sighed the cache
Thank you. Great easy find for our son. Left a couple of surprises in there for the next person. Enjoy
A quick find as we take a last look around Yarrawonga before heading off home. Thanks for the hide and bringing us here.
A rainy day with big puddles of mud everywhere made me replication at to look in certain places - but an easy find thankfully.
The geo wife and I had planned a trip up to central northern Victoria. We worked our magic to become kiddie free for a few days and made the most of time off work. After making our way along the murray from Cobram, we spent a little time here in Yarrawonga & Mulwala to see the sights, have some lunch and find some caches. We wondered how to get this one, making a few turns before arriving close by. There was a school group over the other side of the oval so our search was a quick one today finding after a few moments. Stamped and replaced as found.

With a TON of people around for Easter Tennis tournament, extreme stealth was required to get this cache. We did a quick grab and go. Easy find! TFTC
A week of work road trip Ballarat, Creswick, Bendigo, Echuca, Cobram, Yarrawonga, Wangaratta, Wodonga Gundagai, Yass, Canberra, Cooma, Cann river and Bemm river areas we put some kms on the car. Thanks for all the caches we done over the week with aqau.

Found it in the middle of a football game. Too many people to even notice us. Left our turtle trackable - finally - after a lovely visit to Yarrawonga, a play at Aquazone and an enormous ice cream.
Found this one with the kids while camping nearby for the Labour Day long weekend.
Big game of footy yesterday!

A big camping adventure with our new Camper Trailer saw us end up at this Holiday Park - Ri just fell in love with the massive playground, Splash Park and NEOS machine. It also gave us an opportunity for a quick bit of caching. Found this one easily enough, TNLN, SL and then went to town for ice cream. TFTC
Quick find while in Yarrawonga at Country Week tennis Tournament with almost 200 teams so surrounded by muggles but happy to make this find discreetly. TFTC
A beautiful location that would be the envy of many towns/cities.

A fairly quick find, some boys practising on the field but they paid no attention to us. Cache in very good condition. TFTC and greetings from Finland
Staying up here for a mini holiday,
I got a few hours off from the family and headed off all by myself in the car around the area,
I got here through the caravan park, boy it would be cold staying here,
A very bold cache spot,
Thanks skullracing for maintaining this one [:x]

I was in Melbourne for an appointment, TeamThommo decided they would take me home and come and stay for a few days during the school holidays.
TT had plans of filling some dates in her grid.
This was one of the caches we found to do that.
