In perfect weather conditions we went to look for this cache today. It was a very pleasant walk and we were soon at GZ. Accurate coordinates led to a quick find. The cache and contents were in good condition. Thanks for the cache huxiekez.
Presence of a fair amount of green weeds made this one a little tricky but eventually found it! FYI not much green paint left on container
Found It!
This one took me quite a bit longer to spot than it should have. I don't really know why....
No ducks were seen and no quacks were heard. Nice place to sit in the shade though...

Bummer! DNF, but may have been due to wearing thongs and trying to avoid being attacked by bull ants!
Yay first find of the New Year. Heading into the city to see if we can find some city caches while the muggles are still sleeping off last night.
Cute swapables and thanks for bringing us to this lovely area of Hallett Cove. We will be back to explore more.

Out with Roffer enjoying a walk on this nice warm spring day and grabbing a few caches. Had to wait for a couple to move from GZ before we could move in and make the find. Not much water flowing here at the moment, but a nice peaceful spot nonetheless. TFTC!
I got excited by the promise of ducks! Managed to grab this hide reasonably quick then made my way up to the ducks. There was a huge one and I probably got far too excited than a guy in his 20s should but I like ducks. TFTC
Caught a glimpse of it when i was close to giving up. TFTC Great quiet spot for a walk.
Night hike, picked the weather beautifully!
Raining all day, we got clear skies and a full moon:) TFTC

Having never been to the Hallett Cove Conservation Park before I thought it a good opportunity to go for a walk this morning and pick up a few caches along the way. This was the first. It was an overcast morning but there were still lots of ducks about and birds flying and squawking and I had a great walk. The water was flowing in the creek and all was peaceful and serene. Got to GZ and found the cache after sussing the area, signed the log, left TB, replaced cache and continued on my walk. Thanks for the cache and for bringing me here huxiekez.
Lots of tall grass around ground zero made searching a little more difficult
Took trackables for a visit

Out for the day with Earthlight, The X-Trailers & Dayseekers on yet another gorgeous sunny day. Sleep deprived due to an early morning finish with Locus Cache last night.
Fourth Cache for the day on a cub scout walk through the Conservation park. Quite an easy find. Make sure you take the time to read all the signs throughout the park, explaining the geological formations. Quite fascinating
daddy daughter mission with maicoolz missed out of the tb by one day this was my first cache find after a couple of failed ones. very good.
Took some time, my so called smart phone was playing up and it was taking me backwards and forwards and sidewards, so I took a deep breath and searched again and then finally found it YEEHA!!!
took me a bit to find is as there were muggles in the area. But even with no signal on my caching device I managed to find it. TFTC.
Found during another day's caching in the Marino Rocks to Hallett Cove area. Enjoyed the walk around the Hallett Cove Conservation Park, having walked down from Long Forgotten Dreams. Very impressed to see the creek cascading along after this morning's rain. Thanks for the cache huxiekez!
No water flowing at this time of the year and therefore no ducks, but my iPhone GPS was very accurate with GZ for this one making this an easy find. TNLNSL TFTC.
The first of the three that we choose to do in this area today, what a lovely spot. No water therefore no ducks near the cache but we did pass some on the way to the cache. L 1 x TB TFTC
We had lunch out this way this friends and this was one of the caches we were able to do. Lovely view on the walk. Thanks huxiekez
Started on wrong side.. Thought I could take a short cut while driving by that area... Not so..
Off to the park itself, but fab day for a walk anyway... Couldn't find it at first and wondered if it had been distrubed in the re vamping of the creek, but found it just as geokids wanted to give up..

Pic enclosed, showing gz, which is about 8m from where gps wanted me and where the pic is taken from!

Swapped bowling pin for ring. Don't try and take a short cut through the river, it's like sinking sand

Out for a nights caching with Trail06.
There was a group of what I suspect were scouts and guides nearby but they didn't stop us from logging the cache.

Nice little spot while walking around the area. No dodgy doctors were seen during the caching of this cache. TFTC.
I was really hoping to find things that go "quack!", but we didn't see any. Instead, there was lots of splashing noises and I took the opportunity to throw things in the water - one of my most favourite things in the whole world! TFTC.
No Ducks today, it was a little cold and late in the afternoon, can imagine would be nice spot to sit on a warm day. TFTC
Lots of birdlife out today. A quick find in a beautiful little park!! Thanks huxiekez for the hide!!
what a peaceful place wanted to lay down close the eyes and enjoy it all but was with CPWanderer and we still had some more caches to do TFTC
Very nicely camoflaged container nearly missed it first time round, took clapper board keyring and left blue fold out ball.TFTC
Lovely area for caching took 4WD DVD and left Pink woman with red laser that will destroy your night caching vision if your not careful. Also put log into zip bag THTC
A quick find in the wind, rain and cold that seemed to turn up every time I sopped and got out of the car to find a cache.

Still early but geting lighter, so off I go, but then a fence, oh well there must be a way over this? So up and over. Cross a river thats flowing well due to last nights rain and then at last I get to cache.
A quick and easy find. The only ducks we saw tonight we on those road side signs. Definitely no ducks watching us. Clear skies.
Great spot and excellent walk in from the road.
Thanks huxiekez, had to wait about 10 min. foran adventures scout group to go through. nice to sit around for a while.

Easy find after a nice walk through the park before the rain set in. Took penny, left clapper board. Dropped off Cotton Candy TB. SL TFTC!
Found two items belonging to a geocacher. Please contact me if you want them back.

Nice peaceful walk along the lakeside and also along the creek. Nice hide, left Mississippi Geocoin. Thanks huxiekez for the cache.
I checked out this listing this morning to find that there were no finds logged. I headed out with the hope of getting a FTF.
After a pleasant morning walk in the park I arrived at GZ and located the cache easily enough. But there was some markings in the log book from a finder claiming the magic FTF for this cache, very frustrating.
Thanks for the cache huxiekez.

Very quiet in the park this morning. Nothing but the sound of a collapsing bridge. TFTC huxiekez SL
Bronze for me I enjoyed my stroll towards the cache but it took me a few minutes to find it. Yes, it was good GZ. Nice area. Plenty of ducks nearby.
Thanks Huxie for the cache.
