Logs
Visited GZ today to walk the dogs and discovered that a new fence has been constructed and the cache site disturbed. Sadly no sign of the cache container.
Will revisit this one once the area has been tidied up.

A couple of Aussies based in Paihia to spend a few days around the Bay of Islands area. A bit wet and getting wetter, but we got a few caches done and this was one of them. A bit wet for the pooches this morning. Or at least for their owners!
TNLN . . . SL . . Thanks for the hunt CHLYBN.

This felt like a FTF with an empty log book, but I guess it's not, just a re-activation.
**Sniff** sniff hase gone, along with all the trees. But wait! There was some interesting hardware put along the roadside yesterday. Maybe a resurection is in the air? GO CHLYBN
Haha, now I see why I didn't find it! Stopped by here on my way home from the Hokianga, and thought it was just because I was tired that I couldn't work this out. GPS took me to a spot that just didn't seem likely and a quick look around some nearby objects revealed nothing. Didn't notice that it was disabled! I feel better now
Tree felling work and general construction taking place at GZ. Will replace when complete.
I just wanted to do these 3 caches so close to where we parked our campervan. And... it was dogfriendly hahahahaha
So went for a short bikeride in the park (up and down).
Lucky me...for this one. Did found the cache at the first spot I looked at, was amazed it was still there. It was so in the open.

Stopped by this reserve for three doggy caches before tackling the new cycleway caches. A quick find at Sniff, having read the hint and guessing what it meant before we arrived. TFTC.

3.22pm. Looked all over the place and made it harder for myself.
Was about to ride off.
Cheers M+S [:O)]

On the search we met up with tikitour and flowernz. With all of us looking we managed to find it. Thanks!
we lost track of time, as cachers seem to do, LOL so post event,as we emerged from the pub, the ole "pup" rose from his long powernap with a great stretch & gave us "that" look... yes- he was well & truly ready to do this series of caches.
Thank goodnes we saved this as our last for the series; our noses had finally recovered from being overworked while hunting the new cache at Ngawha! We sniffed this one out right away (having read the clue).
TFTC We all enjoyed the series and nice legstretch.

Nice easy cache after trying the bolts on the sign, must be what you mean by obvious
On way to mid winter far north event with Flowernz, finding some caches on the way. TFTC
Tackled this after a feed at McD's and a long chat with Minimaxy and Riser5! Beware of the partially uncovered drain sump in the long grass! TFTC
Found out with Riser5. Would have been a quick find if I had seen the hint, rather than had it read to me. Was planning to do the others in this area, but nature called so headed up the road to the golden arches then off to Kerikeri before the fudge shop closed. Thanks for the great weekend and hope to catch up again some time soon
Out with tikitour on our way to mid-winter cahce-up so had to do a few caches... Had Krazy Koala with me but someone must have logged picking it up before I've logged dropping him off... TFTC

Took a bit of rummaging about to find this one ... off for a Scratch and a Woof next.
Our furry friend nearly had this one first. sneaky hide. Not to happy about storm water drain concrete lid being half off nearby. Please be careful cachers. Joint FTF with new cacher "Hokiangler" and Butchie bum. TFTF
