There is no lack o sticks, however, there was a lack of objects to use them on. Was standing at GZ and after going through the obvious spots I soon ran out of ideas. Not much close by. Likely a clever hide, that my skill didn't match on that day.
DNF @ 07:19.
DNF #1, but attempt #10 of 50 finds on a walking-day largely dedicated to geocaching to clear much of the area before moving in a few weeks!
Pretty sure I found the hide, but couldn't find the cache despite several 'rummages' during gaps between various waves of muggles...

Found after a chiro session in mt lawley, sneaky hide. Lucky someone left an 'extraction tool' nearby. TFTH col117

Out for a caching ride on the Geo bike Tracey with AndrewSWRT for the morning. Getting wet to start with but the weather soon fined up. Clocked up 30 caches on our 22.2km ride with one DNF. Had us looking for a few minutes before some reading. TFTC
After waiting for a family group to stroll by... ever so slowly ... we pounced on the hiding spot, but retrieval took a bit longer, with sticks being in short supply here. Thanks for the hunt col117.
Brilliant. Someone had left a stick but it wasn't long enough. Nearly got it stuck there. No pencil so photographed. TFTC
Had to approach cautiously as there were school kids playing sport on the nearby fields, I was satisfied GZ was far enough away not to raise suspicion. No sticks around but a pen works a treat. Thanks, a good hide.
Out for a few hours caching between a lovely sleep in and appointments in the afternoon
I was out hunting for this one for a bit but to no avail. I think I know where it should have been but there was no sight of it in the hidey hole nor on the ground nearby. Will try again another day.

[:(!] Went for a morning run of caching with Mrs GrumpyBump which was very successful, arrived at GZ and had the cache in hand in a matter of minutes. SL TFTC/TFTH
2nd time lucky. This was at a location I looked in previously and didn't find yet on the ground. Replaced in proper location.
Very quiet in the area so we were able to search unbothered by muggles and turned up a quick find.
A tough one in the dark. It had to be there somewhere and it was. It was not in the first place we looked. It was in the last.
Thanks to col117 and clear skies from TeamAstro.
- good fun we search at night but Astro have small torch - spotted it. Signed the log. Thanks col117.
This drove me crazy today - must have tried every one of them... (of where I think this cache is) but to no avail. Will have to return.
Living at the student accommodation up the road, it's about time I actually did this one.
Went with Stefie348, TFTC.

Attended here on Sunday 10:00am spent some time looking around and battling with our at times inaccurate GPS. In the end we had to leave because we obviously weren't being discreet enough and the dog walkers were casting their eyes our way.
We will be back on a weekday and hopefully have more luck!

tftc.sl. quick dash in the rain to grab & take back to car to sign log.
note: replaced log paper.

After an unsuccessful 20min search of every tree in the general vicinity yesterday afternoon, too many park users made a close inspection of the location fairly difficult. Checked the GPS this morning and the location was much easier to find (no surprise really!). No one around at 10am today and no chopsticks or wire required as in previous logs. The hiding place must clearly have expanded over time cause now my finger was all that was required. Thanks col117.
Found it Quickly but had to be careful as the nearby school was using the oval.
A piece of wire may be needed to get it sometimes but I flicked it out with a pen.
Thanks

Cache was jammed in hiding spot but finaly got it out after 10 mins and a broken pen. TFTC
Yes it was my pen that was broken. Good hide. Wet wood and jammed pokey sticks from previous geocachers really wedged it in there. Saved my pen and cleared it out good and proper to make it easy for the next hunter. TFTC
Out on a glorious day caching. That is until we got here! Geez Col we drove past here once before and thought we knew where the cache would be but too many muggles outside the school. Well we arrived this morning and only a few dog walker muggles out and about. But no way did we have any idea where the cache was. Eventually we resorted to the hint and then looked for the torch coz we thought we had checked all those spots! Doh! There it is. Hmm now back to the car for the Geo chopstick to move that little sucker. Ohhh it's made of plastic and when you try and bend it around corners what happens! Yep snap! Bugger!!!! Not going to give up your just a bit shorter but earn your keep! Finally cache in hand and log signed. (This was the start of trouble for today!) Lovely park nearby though, just a bit too busy to appreciate it today! TFTC we think Col117
A quick visit between showers. My pencil came in useful for more than just signing the logbook. TFTC.
Called in today to find this cache between showers. Found without problems.
Thanks col117 for the cache.

TFTC, nice hide in an unusual spot for a nano, but as Machman said, "exactly where I would have put it".

Found this morning while out caching with duncdonut73. Dunc found the cache quickly, and I was still rolling up the log when kellyxley and her mum parked nearby. Dunc re-hid the cache so they could also have fun locating it. TFTC
Out with bsurin65, and kellyxley and her mum - found this in the first place I looked. TFTC!
Phew! Found it, quick and easy in the first place I looked
After failing to find Quicksilver and Make a Wish in Victoria Park, this was the next nearest unfound cache on the way home, and I was running late for a dinner date!
Happy to find this one, and it was a good hide! Thanks for the cache col!

Another one just at extreme limits of my morning run but it was a lovely morning for exercising. The cache was quickly located then I had to look around for a suitable extraction tool, this was soon found and the log signed. Nice little spot for a cache and it was relatively muggle free at this time of the morning.
