We set off early to beat the heat and soon had this one in our hands. TFTC AusTrackers
Found it! First cache on this continent for us! What a wonderful view! -cheers from the Netherlands!
Made an hour this morning for a trip before school. To add to the lovely views on this walk we also saw some Rainbow Bee-eaters catching some breakfast.
Came to do the CPS series but, after seeing that the parking waypoint was right next to the first in this series, decided to double up.
This cache was not where I first thought, but a quick look around revealed another likely spot. TFTC AusTrackers.

*Out and about letting my GPS be my guide*...
This series caught my eye, I needed a cache or two to continue my streak and I thought that I would take a bite out of it.
A beautiful walk through this lovely area search, found the cache, stamped and returned.
Thanks for placing and maintaining this cache for our enjoyment AusTrackers. Appreciate your efforts.

TFTC! Another Thursday out with Cravo10 to pickup a few more series in the outer suburbs of Perth, I think we may be finally starting to make a dent in the list
We headed to gosnells/kenwick area first picking up the Charli series by Grannett which was similar to the Charli walk series we did quite some time ago but a nice walk along a sealed path for most of the way apart from a few deviations into the bush. We found them all except number 3 which we may return to in the dry season!!
We then tried for a few allied prankster archived caches from the ants and birds series, with 5 of the 6 attempted located safe and sound although we did have to add a logbook to two of them as someone had damaged the micro caches. All still there and working well otherwise.
With Cravo10 rolling his ankle it made the day a bit tougher, but I did make him soldier through the CPS series near roleystone and the carpobrotus series by austrackers nearby which were both enjoyable and all found in easy logical spots, we will return another day to grab the three final caches as well as me and Bs caches further up the road.
Thanks to the local COS for a great days caching. Thanks

Nice hide, had us tracking through the bush. Hope rainbow fishy finds a new home soon.
After caching in the area last Saturday we decided to come back and visit the nearby Araluen Park and hunt down some of the remaining hides. The two series in the Wungong Regional Park were very inviting, so we left the car at the published parking area and off we went.
The hides in the Carpobrotus virescens were pretty easy to find, so I just add a generic log saying thanks for the effort.

Headed out to do this series today with the muggle son who sometimes likes to tag along on some of my hikes. Parked a the suggested waypoint and about two hours later we were back at the car after a nice stroll albeit with a few ups and downs to get the heart pumping.
Found all the caches plus a couple of others easily enough along with the final although it took a while before we stumbled upon the main track. Muggle son's name is in the logs as Shano88, he probably wont log online.
Bit of an up and down to get to this one and found quickly not far from the path. Took the trackable to move on as it could be stuck here for a while.
AusTrackers I found your cache at 12:44pm, this was the 5th of 9 finds for me today and brings my total find count to 2054. The cache was in good order and I replaced it as found.

Found it. Left the travel bug for the next lucky finder as we already have one
After Vire I found the walk up the hill reasonably easy, though I've had a few days off from any exertion. The cache was found quickly and signed before heading off to the next in the series. Thanks to AusTrackers for the cache.
KID FREE DAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
These only come along once in a blue moon, so Janine and I took full advantage of it and headed into the hills.
The day was a bit warmer than we had thought it may be, but we still had a pretty productive day.
Overall we had one DNF and one failure to complete a really easy puzzle.
Thanks for the cache Austrackers

Headed out with MNS13 for some kid free caching in the Wungong Regional Park... With not much shade on the walk from the last cache, we were happy to quickly spot GZ here MNS13 took respite in the shade whilst I took care of the important stuff!
Thanks AusTrackers Cache was in good condition.

Out today with Geodad with 1 1/2 hours to kill so we tackled The Carpobrotus series. Most were good co-ords and 1 cache took a while longer then others but found in the end.

I had this series on the radar for a while and today was the day to grab some smileys up here. A nice early start and I found the first few by torchlight However, I did have a blonde/senior (which is funny as I am neither) moment in that I recorded the clues for the final wrong and I was not able to grab it . I am not too disappointed though as it means I will have to come here again. The coords were very accurate and all containers were quickly found. TFTC and series Austrackers I will be back
I think we might just have the record for completing this set of caches in the longest period of time!! We visited this cache again today, almost three years after first visiting it, to obtain another clue card (previous one long lost!). Mystery cache, here we come!!
After work with 2 hours to spare, I decided to do the caches in this hill, I came a cross a number of good hide and all caches were in good condition...TFTC
whilst on Holiday visiting my big sister who is lucky enough to Live in Perth we introduced her to Geocaching her and her Hubby are now hooked we had done plenty of other caches on out travels but this was the first time that she had done a multicache puzzle and oh boy what a puzzle this was it is very well thought out and nice easy finds you have to love the Australian Bush, came across a few Kangaroo's whilst searching the bush land for these which were 7+ feet tall and were not that amused as to having there territory walked all over lol but our year old loved having the roo's so close, hopefully one day these caches will be our local ones.
This is the last one of the series that we have time to find today, will have to come back for the rest at another time
Out on a morning of caching with the geohubby and we were only intending to do the CPS series but we parked in the wrong spot so we did this series as well. We have definately had a workout this morning walking up and down the hills but it was a nice cool day and we only got rained on twice. All caches were found quickly and info picked up for the final cache at the end TFTC AusTrackers
Nice as you are approaching GZ to be able to think, "I bet it's there" and there it is. The walk is challenging enough at times without having to be frustrated by the search so thank you AusTrackers, geoson loved being able to say "FOUND IT"
Gotta love weekends! After a crazy week, was great to get out on the geocaching trail again. Another quick find here too. Thanks AusTrackers
Ah... no ants... I was able to take a break and munch on some peanuts whilst Ian worked on the mystery ending.
A great view from here which was an added bonus.
cheers.

Re-logging under new team name ONLINE ONLY (were formerly part of TheChatterboxes but the team had got too large). If CO is not ok with this please contact me. Thanks.
Think this is the one we stopped for afternoon tea at. Lovely and peaceful, geo-mum even saw a few kangaroos.
Yet another quick find ... accurate coordinates made this a dream series to do. SL. LN. Grabbed a finder's card. TFTH AusTrackers
This doubled as a rest stop and rehydration point. Thanks for the cache AusTrackers.
Was starting to warm up by now...fortunately a mild day.....thanks again AusTrackers
[:(!] Went for an afternoon of caching with Go Allblacks, arrived at GZ and after wandering around for several minutes we finally had the cache in hand. TNLTBSL TFTC/TFTH
Was checking all the caches in this area whilst on the way doing a circuit of my own.
About 12 cards left. It was near here that I met donaldoduck1 on his way back from Vire.

Out with iluvtrekking for the day so we decided to make a men and ladies team and split the three series in this location between us. The guys headed off to do their half and the girls completed the fabulous Austrackers set of caches before locating the final.Loved it Austrackers.
Found as part of the girls team during a day out with richlink. TFTH Austrackers.
Sure enough, following the magic arrow on the GPSr leads you to treasures! Once again it did not fail and lead us straight to where this cache was located. We were ahead of Fairwaydrivers I think, and having noticed their log now explains who we saw as we came out from the CPS series!
A quick find meant we were on the way again soon there after
We grabbed one clue card between us, seeing as we were hunting together
Thanks for the cache AusTrackers

Last of the series. Nice easy one. Grabbed the card and solved the puzzle cache. SL TFTC
We saw red tailed black cockatoos. Well we heard them first. Noisy critters. So large when you get up close to them. Thanks for bringing us out to this great place.
I found this one just as Sno Seeker and Fairway Drivers were returning from their walk on the way back to the car. I remember walking down some big hills thinking this is going to hurt on the way back, lol.
Thanks for the cache AusTrackers!

WanderingAus wandered by, chasing the Carpobrotus virescens series so that I could hopefully find GC2V13Y Carpobrotus virescens as my 4,500th find. I was getting my breath back until I rounded the bend and headed up the hill, and made another extremely quick and easy GAFF 0 find. BAck on the track again and there was a terrific view out towards the city.
My find No 4497, LCC, TNLNSL, dropped my WanderingAus Happy New Year 2008 Gold GC, my WanderingAus GeoMobile TB and a couple of other travellers in for a visit before grabbing them back again.
There was a pencil in the cache but no pencil sharpener, so I dropped in a pencil sharpener.

Thought I'd get our for an afternoon of walking and geocaching , so I looked for an area of high cache density and found this spot. Great area for a walk, a little hot today but there was a nice breeze when it opened up a little. No problem finding any of the caches... TFT series.
Huge ants mounted an attack on my ankles on the way, kids starting to whinge...still, gorgeous day for a walk in the hills. Tf the new trail!
Keep walk along to next cache and search - found and signed the log. Thanks AusTrackers.
GPS got a bit confused with this one and we wandered around, though it was simple find in the end. TFTCSL
Continuing on along the slippery path. Bit tricky trying to take in the magnificent views while keeping an eye on foot placement as well. Another easy find, and another finder's card added to the collection. Thanks for the hunt AusTrackers.
Nice walk up the hill trying to beat the storm. The millions of ants on the path new the rain was coming as well. TFTC
Making good progress through the series as we go deeper into the forest.
With spectacular views over the valley.

This Regional park is a great way to spend a plesant mild winters afternoon strolling along the pathways and disturbing the native animals. As usual, caches are in excellent condition but clue cards are running very low. TFTC
